I just purchased my one year subscription, but I did not receive a serial number.

@I downloaded the 30 day trail version to create PDF files, now I'm unable to do so, and it hasnt been 30 days. What do I need to do at this point?

I have Adobe Creative Cloud.  How do I edit a PDF form I created at work and e-mailed to my home tablet?

I use acrobat 9 pro and made the entire process to crate a form and distibute itfinally, when I want to send a mail to contributors, it can't create my workspace on the server.Could you help me ? Thanks denis

When downloading a free trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro XI, it starts downloading Adobe PhotoShop Elements instead.  It seems to be recognizing a previous download using the Adobe installer.  How do I get it to download the correct application?

When trying to download or print a document from adobe acrobat.com is says "Unable to download the completed PDF. An unexpected error occurred" [ref: j38ob]

I converted a pdf to a word document.  What happens if my subscription gets cancelled or I lose service for some reason?

I have had a two hour session with a lady in India (Case # 186222233). She took control of my computer and changed many things, looking for the problem. No luck! When I click on Sign In, it either gives me a pop-up telling me to buy exportPDF or a pop-up for signing in. If I sign in, it gives me the pop-up to buy exportPDF! Thonly way that it works is by signing in through the "Welcome to exportPDF" email.
