Hi, is there a way to directly contact the contributor to inform his/her image has a wrong file attached? do we all have to create a post each time this happens?i have purchased a stock File #: 292075082 but i recieved a wrong AI file that is actually from File #:292082008. please advise link from actual image as soon as possible. thanks
Hi there,I often download stock images that I like only to find that they are AI files. Even though I have AI I have no idea how to use it, When I try and save an AI file within AI to a JPG file it is always so small or does not look like I need it to. Can someone point me in the right direction to learn what I need to or give me a simple step by step process to save an AI image as a hi-res JPG?A good example would be how to extract BAM from this 85268363 and make a large JPG.Thanks in advance for your help.Tony
Is there a phone number or chat where I can speak to a live person? I want to keep my Adobe CC subscription but I need to update my credit card. It keeps telling me something went wrong when I go into my payment area. I also want to cancel my Adobe Stock subscription but am afraid that the phone number automation will cancel the wrong account. Is there a phone number where I can speak to a live person? I've been searching, looking online and I called the 1-800 number with no luck. They sure don't make it easy to get help.

Hello there, I upgraded my Adobe Stock subscription from 10 pictures to 350 now. And yet two days after purchase still no credits shown on top right corner so I'm still left in the dark and unable to license/purchase pictures on adobe.stock.com - What shall I do now? I been waiting forever and an employee already refunded and re-purchased. But still NO credits shown on top. Please help!Marco
I cancelled my subscription early, and it even says if I cancelled before the 23rd that it'd be refunded anyways, but I was billed a few days ago anyways. I shouldn't have been billed at all, but now I need to have that refund hit my account. This is not an issue on my bank's end, I used to work for my bank and am in the finance industry. I don't believe any refund process was even initiated. Please help. Sadly this is urgent.
Hello, I have purchased Adobe stock with an annual plan. Unfortunately, it was a mistake and a shot for me in the knee. Is it possible to cancel the annual plan or change the price to a student plan if I am a student?
It used to be that clicking an image simply expanded the info on that image, now it is opening an entirely new window off screen. I do not think this is because of any screen resolution issues because #1, I tried fixing that already to no avail and #2, this is literally the only time I see this issue.I know how to go through the steps to move the screen back to where I can see it, but it is really causing some issues for me when I want to look at the details of several images.I saw on another post that some A/B testing is taking place regarding the new window vs expanding the info panel.... but the issue of it opening off screen was not addressed. Anyone else seeing that issue? any suggestions?

Ich habe herausgefunden, dass ich hierfür die Wahl habe zwischen einer „Standardlizenz“ und einer „erweiterten Lizenz“. Eine erweiterte Lizenz wäre, wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, ab einer Auflage von 500.000 Exemplaren notwendig. Ich hätte hierzu folgende Fragen:Ist es korrekt, dass grundsätzlich sowohl die Standardlizenz als auch die erweiterte Lizenz für mein o. g. Vorhaben rechtmäßig nutzbar wären?Wenn ich eine Lizenz über eine Grafik erwerbe, muss ich einen Vermerk (Copyright o. ä.) im Buch angeben? Falls ja, gibt es besondere Vo

Hallo!In last time I have problem with licencing images in Library CC (In Illustrator or Website). For sample: 04/21 I licenced image: #274957864 via Adobe Illustrator, I see this image as licenced in my Licensed History, but in Library CC in Illustrator or Website this image shown as Unlicensed, this problem begin from March 2021. Hello, we have downloaded image https://stock.adobe.com/images/view-to-the-river-mississippi-with-its-wide-river-bed-and-untouc/128201378 but the clone stamp tool used in it is really quire terrible. is there way to report the image / request a refund? i have seen many other posts like this and they ask that you talk to your support rep, but I have not been able to find that link. thank you.

I want to report a series of images by Nomad_soul of a man in diapers. They have tags of "autism" and "autistic" along with other offensive tags ("bizarre" "insane" "abandoned" "weird") none of which have ANYTHING to do with autism. It is super offensive to the autistic community. I have a severely autistic son and a brother and there is no such thing as "looking" autistic. Please make the creator take off the "austism" and "autistic" tags off of these photos. One of the images numbers is 210627750. There are many other images in this series, all having the same tags. Thank you.

Good morning. I am writing because I have a problem with deleting an Adobe Stock subscription. I have a full student (Politecnico di Milano, Milano, Italia) subscription to all Adobe applications; however, I needed to try the Adobe Stock free trial. The problem is that now I can no longer cancel my subscription and I receive payments that I would not like to make as I no longer need the service.I looked for the way on the site and found instructions that do not correspond to my situation (perhaps because my account is not corporate or tried, but is a student).I've been trying to solve the problem for days, but to no avail; it should be simple, yet it isn't and I find it a bit absurd that I can't delete a subscription that I don't need. I don't know how to do it anymore, I'm desperate and would like to avoid having to block the card to block payments. Thank you very much to anyone who will answer!!! 🙏Arianna

I accidentally purchased an Adobe Stock subscription. When I noticed the charge a month later, I immediately cancelled it and requested a refund, because I don't use the service. I was told if only I wouldn't have hit the cancel button a refund could have been issued, but now there is no way. This seems implausible and is incredibly frustrating. I've now paid €37 for something I didn't use. Help?

Aujourd’hui Fotolia m’a demandé de migrer mes 25 crédits sur Adobe stock, en indiquant que j’aurai le droit à 5 photos sur Adobe avec ce nombre de crédit contre 2 sur Fotolia. Je migre donc. J’ai effectivement 5 crédits sur Adobe stock.Je souhaite acheter la photo 172892437 et me rend compte qu’en fait je n’ai pas assez de crédit, mais à aucun moment on ne m’indique le nombre de crédits nécessaires pour acheter cette photo. On m’indique juste un prix en euros. Je clique sur acheter (en pensant arriver sur une page avec plus d'info et notamment le nombre de crédit), et on ne me demande aucune confirmation, on me débite directement 249.99 euros sur ma carte et on m’envoie la facture.Je trouve cette méthode inadmissible car en aucun cas je ne souhaitais acheter la photo à ce prix. Merci de me rembourser afin que je puisse acheter les crédits nécessaires.Merci de votre retour rapide.Cordialement

J'obtiens toujours ce message d'erreur :"Pour obtenir de l’aide, vous pouvez contacter notre service clientèle via ce formulaire."Mais aucun formulaire ne s'affiche et je n'ai pas trouvé d'aide pour mon cas ni comment contacter le support Adobe directement.Si quelqu'un sait comment procéder dans ce cas, merci !!
