Pretty much the title. I've searched through the entire site and it seems the 10 assests per month I purchased are completely useless because I was lied to? There doesn't seem to be a single Adobe Premiere template within the entire site which can be bought with assests. They are either free, or cost 20 dollars. I sincerely hope I am just missing something because all I've managed to do is accidently spend assets on images I did not want. The filters are no help either, the options are free, or premium, or subscription. Free and subscrition seem to assets I already had access to without ever buying credits. Does premium mean they can only be bought with money? What exactly can I buy with only credits? Please help.

Is anyone else having Adobe steal money from their account for adobe stock?

I manually cancelled my adobe stock subscription before the trial ended, but in January I was billed for it. I contacted support multiple times. The first 3 representatives prematurely closed the chat for no reason. The last one told me my trial was successfully cancelled.However, I checked my bank account today and I have a $43.99 bill from Adobe stock, as well as an upcoming $28.78 charge, so I logged in and somehow I was signed up for Adobe stock. I manually cancelled it but I was told I'd be charged a $200 fee. Adobe, please cancel this properly and refund me. This was not an error on my part, there is something wrong with your system or your support reps are not doing their jobs properly (probably both).I refuse to be unfairly charged for these fees. Is there anyone else I can contact? I don't trust the people at helpx.adobe.com/  because they didn't actually cancel my subscription when I asked them to.

Hi - I'm a newbie and have been looking at stock to use in my annual report. There is a 'save to library' option but that requires purchase of the item. Is there anyway to bookmark items so I can find those I liked after I've finished my search? At the moment I'm dragging the link into the browser bookmarks which is extremely cumbersome.Appreciate any advice

I licensed this Airline Ticket Template for an invitation (80013139), but as ALL of the text is outlined, it is completely unusable!  I don't know how they created the date stamp, but the date of my event is not 11/1/19. What is the point of licensing this if I cannot change the particulars in the text using Illustrator? There is no description or feedback area that tells me if there is editable text on the vector file I am downloading. What is the point of allowing creators to upload a file like this? Also there is no feedback arena to warn others that a file is useless for the purpose intended.I am very frustrated by this. This creator has dozens of templates for all sorts of items, if they are all like this, then what is the point and how do I ensure I get editable text when I license a TEMPLATE?

Dennoch habe ich dieses Problem.  Beim vorgeschlagenen Button "Zahlung aktualisieren" öffnet sich ein Fenster mit der Meldung: "Es liegt ein Problem mit Ihrer Zahlung vor. Aktualisieren Sie Ihre Abrechnungsinformationen, damit es zu keinen Unterbrechungen bei Ihrem Dienst kommt." Egal was ich ändere (und viele Möglichkeiten gibt es nicht) - es tut ändert sich nichts.

I licensed some pics after a lot of time.  I want to use these for my website.  My web builder platform says the image file size is too big.  Limit of 5MB.  How can I change the size?  

Can a buyer use stock photos for personal use such as a wall hanging or desk displays?  I can't seem to find an answer on this.  I would think they could, technically, as mine are full resolution, full size photos, but maybe there's a license issue here.

I want to add free stock music to my business video for commerical use on facebook and instagram. I got the free stock music license but its a code for youtube. What do I post on my fb/instagram vid so platform knows I have license to use stock music? PS: Yes I read terms & condition yet facebook flagged my video due to audio. How do protect myself using this free music for future social media post?

The description of this item says:"this is a text effect that can be edited with a single click you can use it for promotional purposes or others with an attractive appearance"The preview image also says that it is a fully editable text effect. But it is not. It is just a vector image where the text has been converted to outlines. 

I'm so frustrated and hoping someone here can help. I've been on the chat option with Adobe for over an hour and they are completely useless; called them too and no help.....I just signed up for a monthly subscription for Adobe Stock. I downloaded the first image I wanted and it asked me if I wanted AI or JPG ...I didn't know so I picked AI. Turns out I can't use it in Canva or Keynote - the two places I need it. So I tried to download three more images and they now by default download as AI files (and I don't want to waste buying images since they are expsenive and I only have so many). The images I've bought specifically say that with the License you can download in both AI and JPG.....but I only have the option of pressing Download and when I do it automatically does in it AI without giving me a choice of getting it in JPG. I'm so annoyed because I've paid for someone that isn't working properly and they are useless to help me .....can someone please help me figure out what's wrong?

I have a problem downloading a vector image in Adobe Stocks. The problem is that the vector image I am trying to download does not correspond to the file that downloads. The file has the number 222798566 and the Artist is shockfactor.de It should be a vector image of a father with baby bottles, but when we download the file and open it, what we find is a vector image of a frying pan. Could anybody help me?   Thanks

Hi, I accidentally clicked the button to purchase an image.  Since there is no dialog confirmation, it just purchased it.  Can I get a refund for image 184026629 that was purchased in error?

Ciao a tutti, spero possiate aiutarmi a risolvere questo inconceniente..ho fatto la prova di adobe stock (1 mese di prova gratuita) per capire quanti contenuti andavo ad utilizzare effettivamente, ed in caso passare ad un abbonamento annuale.Se non che mi sono accorto di non utilizzare spesso contenuit già pronti, tanto che non ho usufruito nemmeno di tutte e 10 le risorse messe a disposizione dalla prova gratuita.  Vado per disdire l'ultimo giorno della prova e mi viene chiesto di pagare: 36,59 € per il piano annule con pagamento mensile..Come posso fare a disdire questo abbonamento indesiderato? 

I signed up for the Adobe Stock 1 month free trial on December 20 2016.Today, I chose 10 videos, and downloaded them. And I saw to my horror that I have received email receipts for each video charged at $79 and in 2 cases $199. I am still within the first month trial period. My bank account web site shows pending charges for each of the 10 videos.I simply logged into Adobe Stock and chose the videos I wanted. I did not have any options to click or types of licenses to pick.I used the chat functionality to contact support. I chatted with a man named Manish. He seemed to want to tell me that I had chosen Adobe Stock "on demand" instead of Adobe Stock. I did not see "on demand" indicated anywhere.This is very misleading. There was nothing I saw on the Adobe Stock web site to indicate that I was doing anything other than following up on the offer I had signed up for. Ich muss diverse Bilder für einen Kunden lizensieren. Ich kenne es aus anderen Bilddatenbanken (z.B. GettyImages), dass ich beim "bestellen" eines Bildes dort auch einen Endkunden angeben kann, für den das Bild lizensiert wird.Ist das bei Adobe nicht möglich?? Eine eigene Lizenzvereinbarung zwischen uns und dem Kunden zu treffen, in der ich auch immer alle Bilder genau aufführen muss, ist doch recht umständlich und aufwendig.

How do I get my credit back and how does this get fixed?

The discussions posted on preventing automatic renewal of a monthly plan direct the user to go to manage plan and cancel. But when you do so you lose any unused credits. How does one prevent the plan from automatically renewing month to month?

I am nearly beyond words right now, but not quite so please excuse the long rant.   For a recent video job I need to use two clips on Adobe Stock. I purchased the first clip with no problem. When I tried to purchase the second clip I get text that tells me my order can't be completed, and that there's a server error, and to wait a few minutes and try again. Fair enough. I do just that. Same problem. So I call customer support and am told to wait 10 minutes between ordering clips, which is a policy to reduce fraud. I think this is strange, because on other services I routinely purchase 60-80 clips for projects and that would take all day, but whatever. I just need this one clip. After 10 minutes, it still doesn't work, so I call back and they tell me to wait a full 15 to be sure. Still doesn't work. Now they're trying different things and telling me to delete and put my card in again. No success. They're changing things on the backend. No success.   Finally, they tell me to ch

Hi,   I am new to Adobe stock and accidentally licensed an image (thinking the "License" button was a link to the license not a verb to licence the asset). I see in other similar posts that an image credit was given. Can I get this please (FILE #:  207309896)? I intended to use all 10 this month.   P.S. Also may I suggest an "Unlicense" button that is available if the access has not been downloaded, for such occurences.
