Hello community, I recently changed my email address from old email to a new one. But, unfortunately I'm receiving emails to my old email address. Take a look of the time of  the emails in old email inbox. What's wrong? I'm new. Any help appreciated.

That didn't make sense to me.Can someone help, please? Thank you. 

Our school does not have Adobe Stock as part of our Enterprise license. I'm curious if someone has any good resources for FREE Adobe templates?

Hello.I know for stock items you need extended license for reuse on commercial items (shirts etc.), but with the free options that are available, only a standard license is offered? Are the freebies covered for extended license as well? I've searched and it's very ambigious as to what is available as far as license for the newly added images,vectors etc. Basically, can the free items be used for commercial use with the standeard license?Thanks

Signed up for trial for some images, tryed to cancelled kept directing me to samsung be trying for months , never agreed to 12 month this was not clear and going by all the comments lots have been scammed same as me I want a full refund and I will go to trade and standard about this shocking behavior   

I tried the free Stock use of Adobe and I'm POSITIVE I canceled the free trial before it ended. Now I'm looking at my plan and the Stock subscription is still alive, not only it's still alive but I tried cancelling and it's charging me $60USD to do so ?! What, the literal, hell..... Stock is something I DO NOT use EVER, I cancelled the free subscription but now I have to pay Adobe for their mistake? How can I get in contact with Adobe to fix this?????

Hi!I am a graphic designer and I have been trying to purchase a subscription to Adobe Stock. However, when I try to use my saved method of payment, I keep on getting this message:"We're unable to approve your transaction at this time. Please check the information you've entered below to make sure everything is accurate. If you continue to have trouble, please try a different card or contact Learn & Support for help." I'm not quite sure why I would receive this message over and over again, as I've checked my address/email and it all lines up. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!

Hi I purchaced #114122981 and #114123812 years ago for a project that went on standby. I am ready to start it now but no longer have illustrator, I'm now on affinity designer on my ipad. This file says its eps and opens as an embedded document in affinity designer. When I double click this and go into the layers panel, it shows two groups, there is no background later to turn off so I'm not sure what to do with these files, I need a translucent background and not a grey chequerboard one.

Hi, I bought a design thinking that it was a template that I could edit. But this is of absolutely no use to me. Can I get a refund? Thanks!

Does It mean I can get 10 pictures for free a month?Or do you pay extra for pictures?

I recently bought this adobe stock images because I need to import a spray effect into one of my images. I thought this would be a transparent background but when I open it in Photoshop there is still the dark grey squared background. I can't isolate the spray effect from it. Any way of doing this without having to have Illustrator?

Wenn ich auf einer Website das Bild redaktionell verwende, darf ich auf der selben Seite wo dasBild erscheint auch Werbebanner anzeigen? Muss der Quellverweis in diesem Fall dann auch auf derspeziellen Seite sein, oder kann ich den dann auch ins Impressum schreiben?Würde mich über eine Antwort freuen.GrußMarco

Hi! I want to use an image for an artical in a yearbook. I am using the standard liecense and I am not sure abuot the term of use. The book is used commercially, but serves more as kind of addess book. The picture ist not the main value of the book. Is it okay to use the image in the yearbook? Thanks for your help!

Adobe please die! Why is it so difficult to deliver an easy to use process. We are paying a lot of money every month! Is this so difficult to allow your customers to buy a pic? So take care Adobe Stock!

Does anyone know what day of the month your new credits are added to your account? Is it tied to the date of the monthly invoices? I've just run out so wondering if I can hold out or if I'll need to do a manual top-up. Thanks

I am an author and I am deciding whether or not to use a Stock Image for the back cover of a novel.   Are any special permissions needed for use of a person on the back of a novel?  Or, are permissions granted automatically for using People in Adobe Stock? The asset would be licensed under a Standard License. The image would be of a woman smiling.  Head and shoulders.   

I have an Adobe monthly account that I pay for. I want to finally take advantage of the 10 free stock photos I am owed but when I log in it doesn't seem to recognize me as a paying customer.  It only gives me the option if I make a trial account, which I shouldn't have to do since I have been a paying customer for years.  How do I get my photos?

Hello,I recently signed up for the free 10 asset trial of Adobe Stock and to my knowledge I should of been able to cancel this subscription at anytime before the free trial ends so that I am not billed the following month. I have gone to the "manage my plan" part of my account which does not give me the option to cancel my subscription before I am billed. Please can a staff member cancel my subscription before my free trial ends so that I am not billed as I do not wish to use/be billed for this service.
