Hi, I accientally licensed an image instead of downloading a preview. Is there any way to undo this please?

While searching through Adobe photos, I accidentally clicked and licensed I photo I only wanted a preview of. How can I unlicense it? Image # 607477460

While I was looking for photos to advertise an event that would feature an Indigenous perspective, I was shocked to see so many blatantly culturally appropriative images on Adobe Stock. How can Adobe allow people to upload white people wearing headdresses, wearing face paint, and masquerading in skimpy “costumes” on its site? It’s 2021, I thought we were way past such problematic behavior.  I would hope that Adobe would review and audit images and remove these culturally insensitive and appropriative photos. How can I get them to take this issue seriously?

I am using Premier Rush following is the problem:( 2.9.0 on windows)   1) When I try to download motion graphic template which are free it says " an error occurred during downloard from Adobe Stock server.".    2) My company has full subscription for adobe stock , I go and download the template (Licenced) , I then add in the Premier Pro, but I get a prompt, " Premier Feature Added" there is a Star at the top on the template. It wants me to upgrade to Premier Pro....     

Hi. Wondering what`s the correct way to credit images from Adobe Stock on our webpage? We have news stories, blogs and info pages usually. From what i can see they want to use the person/company. stock.adobe.com or what other stuff that is written in Adobe Stock for that image as photocredit. But what if we put together 2-3 stock photos to create a brand new image? Do we have to credit all the people that took the original ones or can we just write our company/stock.adobe.com or someting like that? 

I am unable to download images from my Adobe Stock account as of a few hours ago, which it was working fine with no problems this morning. I can re-download previously downloaded files that are in My Library, however, any new downloads do not do anything. The blue button just sort of flashes and no files actually download or save to the library.  I have gone through multiple forums and troubleshooting steps including cleared all cache and browser history, checked all my cookie settings, security and browser settings and extensions, reset computer, updated computer software, logged in and out, attempted to log in on a completely different device, and still having the same issue. Another worker logged in under a different account and is also experiencing the same issues. Considering there are posts related to this issue from May which took a few days to get resolved .https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/cannot-download-adobe-stock-for-more-than-24-hours/..

This is not the first time that I download an image offered in AI/EPS but in reality is a jpeg.  Really annoyed. It was obviously created in Illustrator but is not editable as a vector graphic, therefore useless. Adobe should not allow this, author should specify in which format this image will download, not how it was created.  Waste of my time and money. Can we please tighten up these rules? Wondering, can someone from the copany I work for, that has their headquarters in Canada, use an adobe stock image that was downloaded by a licensed user located in the USA headquarter?

I was recently searching for fun plastic toys on Adobe stock and ended up with a number of adult toys in my results. This is beyond embarassing and innapropriate in a workplace enviroment if someone were to see my screen. I really hope Adobe can do something about it. 

Where do I report a photo that is suspicious?  The photo does not fit the content searched or ther description. The image is handwritten "help"  

Unless I missed it - there doesn't seem to be a way to filter search results by usage rights.  It's frustrating to find a clip I like and then find out it's internal use only.  Does that exist?

Hello, I am very confused at everything, I managed to have found my self in a contract for Adobe STock - I have no idea what this is and I think I signed up when I had a free trial of creative cloud some months ago - I cancelled everything and thought that would include stock.I have never received receipts or conformation of stock subscription emails from Adobe and last month I noticed that I was being charged money by Adobe each month - I have now spent the past month trying to understand what is going on by chatting to Adobe advisors on the chat function on this site - tonight I have spent roughly 4 hours - with not many responses and all I am told is there is a cancellation fee.  I don't know what Stock is - I'm sure its wonderful for the people who use it - but I want to cancel and I want. Refund - I have no idea what it is and I will not have any use for it. It would be helpful if there was a clear way of understanding how to get some support on here as well. I'm no

I signed up for ADOBE STOCK TRIAL but I almost never had access. today i received the payment invoice sent to my mail. i want to cancel and refund the transaction but i received a fee of US$164.95 . amount is too big. Can someone help me with this problem?

The issue is I have over 1,000 credits in Adobe Stock, however when I select a video file to download it says I have to buy it and that I have insufficient credits. Are there different types of credits?

I'm just trying to seek clarity on this. I am designing the cover of a book where a slightly modified (color) version of an adobe stock image is the main element of the cover (with the addition of title and author name added). Is the standard license sufficient as it says up to 500,000 print copies and unlimited web usage on the standard license?

I tried the Adobe Stock Free Trial because I needed to download a HDRi file for my 3D Modelling project, the file name said it was the right type. I signed up for the trial and then downloaded it, only to realise it was false. I have tried since then to cancel my trial but there's no option to cancel. How do I do it?

Do I need to give attribution if I use Adobe Stock's free images? I didn't find this information there, https://stock.adobe.com/license-terms. All the free images on Adobe Stock come under the Standard License, and as far as I know, I don't need to attribute with the Standard License.

Why is this particular "agent" deliberately ignoring requests and disconnecting from chats intentionally? This is probably the 3rd-4th time this has happened with the past hour. The individual's name is Ishaan is ignoring my question.  My oriignal question about Adobe stock audio and Youtube copyright claim is:  I licensed an audio track with content I.D. # 452607235. I uploaded a video on Youtube that contains the audio and a copyright claim appeared. I disputed the claim with the license code. However, the dispute was denied. The claim should not have been denied based on the terms and coditions of adobe stock use.  How do i resolve this issue. And something needs to be done about Ishaan because this person has wasted so much of my time.
