Hallo, Wir haben 2 verschiedene Firmenseiten die über einen Facebooklogin verwaltet werden jedoch denn dich das Login in Adobe Express bei den Verbindungen eingebe dann komme ich zu keinem Auswahlpunkt welches der beiden Konten ich nun hinzufügen will sondern es wird automatisch das Ältere der beiden gewählt. Ich finde dafür leider keine Lösung denn ich möchte eigentlich beide hinzufügen . Denn es sollten ja eigentlich bis zu 3 Konten möglich sein. Bitte dringend um unterstützung

App crashed while i was working on making video caption

I can not edit a picture because is always loading, I was trying to add some text to my project and it reloaded and erased my work, also, it feels like my phone's gonna burn because it gets so hot while using the app, how can I have a better flow editing in this upgrade?😭😭 

Why not just make an entirely new Ai app instead of diluting all your previous apps because idk if any of you Adobe developers actually use the app on mobile or not but it is absolutely horrible and this used to be one of my favorite apps, and all this just to showcase some sort of chat gpt 3/llama 2 based AI. Like everything that made this app truly special is gone... literally everything might as well just rename this app now to Adobe Depress since that's all it's caused since the update. Also been over 5 days since I last saw the 3 files I had been working on and edited the day before and have been editing them for the past 2 years so I'm paying an annual subscription which comes with 100gb of cloud storage for nothing if it doesn't even save the dozens of projects I've been meticulously working on!?!

it wont let me down load my creation because of some stock id not allowed. WHAT IS STOCK asset ID #342247417

I am new to Express and am trying to view a library I created. When I click the Libraries tab on left toolbar, it lists the libraries I have created (simple color swatches). When I click on a library expecting to see my library, however, what I get is a window that says "Start adding to your library" (see screenshot). I am not sure why my library would not show up here automatically and is only prompting for me to add content and not showing my swatches. Do color swatches not work with Express? How do I see my library assets?

My images always come back in a foreign language. Is there a setting I'm missing?

hello, I have used adobe express for over a year now and the recent update I'm finding it super challenging to tackle. Why have you made it difficult, when it should be an express tool. very disappointed. 

I have worked for hours today creating a poster for use in a project with international colleagues on a USAID project to pilot test in Zambia a method of helping African Universities improve their internet connectivity and improve their local ICT infrastructure. I used a base template that was for a flyer and started adapting it for my purposes. Finally at the end of the day, I had a poster that I was pleased with. (See screen shots of the final poster). But when I went to download it (as either a PNG or PDF), I got a cryptic message that the download had failed because you were not able to license all Stock content. (See screenshot of error message). It suggested replacing the offending item with something else: Stock asset ID #342247417. Now I had to figure out what that offending asset was. I then spent about an hour isolating each element in the poster, deleting it, and then trying to download the file — and each time I did that, I got the same cryptic error message. I would then d

I lost my previous editing files. I want only old version style.. plz help me.... How to recover my previous editing files..?

I placed an image at the back, and layered grids over it with writing on top of these white grids. This has worked fine before, but now with a new page I created, the background image does not appear when I download the .pdf document. It DOES appear if I download the page as a .png file. I have tried setting the image as 'background image', as well as simply placing it as the lowest element. Nothing seems to be working.  

I am trying to make this letter inside this design to go full screen so that it’s bigger than the actual design itself but it only lets me go this size. It’s absolutely tiny please it needs to be expanded.

Hello please can we remove the restriction on the font size? This is so important and we are waiting for so long it is easy in the other app. I don’t know why the old app you can do this but in the new app you can’t do this please let us have this restriction removed. Please see the image. I have used the letter O in the centre and I want it to be going outside of the design. It is now set at 400% and as you can see you can hardly see the letter O in the centre of the page. I need it to be 1000 times bigger like you can just expand the letters in the old App.

I can't acces templates to work on them I have premium acces. It is the first time from the Last upgrade when I experience this situation. What should I do ? Thank you.

I'm using the invitation 5x7 card template. Want it ot open like a regular card with the actual announcement on the inside of the card.  But Adobe's layout of the bifold card shows it all on one page .  I would think page one would be the outside of the card you see when you pull it out of the envelope.  Page to would be the inside of the card, when you open the card up.  So Adobe;'s layout is confusing.  There is no way to see the outside of the card and what the inside of the card would look like.  What am I doing worng?

I am looking for a way to make the current Express similar to how it used to be - I used to be able to create 30 sec tutorial videos in minutes. I had all the templates set up, music chosen...it was awesome. Is there any way to change the settings with the new set-up to be like it used to be? With every "improvement" Adobe has been making, they seem to be getting worse and worse.

How do I delete a project in Adobe Express on a Macbook Air?

A nova versão é péssima. Não consigo salvar as imagens num formato bom para converter em pdf depois. As imagens ficam minúsculas dentro do pdf. Vou cancelar a assinatura se não resolverem.

So I get it, update/upgrade but this learning curve is confusing. How do you put/select multiple photos onto a project?
