Hi very frustrating can't seem to post instagram content via adobe express. Facebook works fine. This is for our business account and has stopped working since we switched from Content Cal. 'We couldn’t publish your post. But don’t worry, you can fix this in just a few clicks.'Any Ideas why? Images are small square sized ready for posting. 

Hi everybody, I would like to make the background of the attached table transparent as well as the columns and rows of the table. Is this possible with Adobe Express? I try it but it does not work. 

I cannot find a solution or answer as to why Adobe Stock images added to a webpage in Adobe Express are no longer showing the credits/attributions at the end of the page?  Is there a way to fix this?  I showed a group of students the Adobe Express webpage and noted that the credits for Adobe Stock images added to them will have their attributes automatically added to the end of the page.  However this is not happening. Any help is greatly appreciated! Lynn

Keep getting error: UUID: 84f647b9-9b86-47fc-a982-2eee3dab7d35 when trying to play back stock media.  Anyone else know what this means?

Hi All- I have had Adobe Express for a few years. It seems when I first signed up I was able to upload as many fonts as I wanted. I also pay for Illustrator and Acrobat. I tried to upload new custom fonts and saw on the community board that this is only on paid Express plans, so I signed up for the $9.99/month plan. It has been 24 hours and I still don't see any option to upload a font- in brands or in direct edit of font on a project.I tried deleting all other uploaded fonts and even waited 24 hours to check again. Is there something else I might be missing? Is it because once I signed up, I am thrown into a free trial of Express for 1 month (without an option anywhere to just pay the $9.99 up front?

i am using adobe express schedule to plan social media posts, it works fine with instagram and linkedin however i cant seem to schedule a post for twitter? i am wanting to upload a video but it says the video is over the maximum height allowed for twitter. I have checked this and it is within the twitter requirements. Even if i make the video smaller adobe still gaves me this same message. any help with this?  

Hi - When removing the background from this picture, the logo stays intact but the words "LADY HURRICANES" disappear. How can I keep the words? Thanks!

When will LR be brought back to Adobe Express. I see it is now back on iPad however it is not back on the desktop or phone. I was so excited when I stumbled upon it when I was working on my iPad after watching the new rollout for Adobe Express only to realize after searching that it had not been added to the desktop or phone. Please bring this feature back, it is much more convenient to work on my desktop/laptop than my iPad. We know it's possible because it was available before and now its on the iPad, so what is the hold up? It's what the people want. 

I am having a horrible time trying to do anything in the mobile version. I used the program on my phone successfully for 6 plus years & now I can't even figure out how to add a text box. It is not intuitive at all & small business owners who do their own graphic design & advertising don't have time to learn it. Why reinvent the wheel when it was working before? UGH!!!

How can you duplicate one offer twice on the same page saving paper?

This isn't the question that was being asked and the answer is unhelpful. I attempted to download an mp4 from Adobe Express (which is web only), and now I can't even read any of my files much less edit, save, or download.

I want to produce qr codes two different purposes:Contact informationLogin details for a Wifi networkNeither of these would point to a permanent URL.  Rather, I'd like them to contain text information, preferably read by a phone as .txt), or (in the case of the contact information) in .vcf format.  I've seen other QR code generators that do this, and I was wondering whether Express can do this as well.  Is there any way to produce a QR code like this?   Thanks for your help.

Hola. Estoy intentando importar a express un .mov con fondo alfa que he editado en premier. Me dice que no soporta el codec o me importa la transparencia como fondo negro. He intentado exportar desde premier con todos los codecs que he encontrado con opción de alfa y express no me importa ninguno correctamente. Si admite fondo alfa con imagen estática, pero no con vídeo. ¿alguien me puede ayudar a solucionarlo? Gracias.

I created a animation video on the adobe cores mobile app and when I download I receive the error "Unable to download to this device. Only projects up to 4096X4096 px can be downloaded" what can I do to get around this and download my video?

When you use canva the margins are preset. Are they preset in adobe express? It seems the text can go pretty close to the edge. I'm not a professional designer so am trying to figure out if I need to adjust and how. Also, is the 3mm bleed auto added? It appears to be. Thanks 

I can't connect Adobe Express to my Instagram Business account.  I click on connectons under New Post , then Instagram and dialog box comes up that says a business account is recommended and at bottom is a blue link to connect.  Nothing happens. When I click Connect Profile, it takes me back to connect set up screen without any changes.   I was using Adobe Express to post to Instagram successfully a couple of weeks ago for about a half dozen posts.  Then although it showed I was still connected  it didn't recognize the connection.  I stupidly clicked the Unconnect button thinking I could easily reconnect and now I can't reconnect.   I can't get to the screen that gives me the option "What Instagram Business Accounts do you want to use with Adobe Express?"  How do I get there? Any suggestions? Thank you!

Why you can't copy and paste pages from a project to another one? 

I honestly can say I HATE the changes you've made recently. It was much easier to work with before. .Now it's confusing, frustrating to the point that I can't find everything and I just do what I can and give up. It was great before, easy to work with, easy to find everything. ." It was all good just a year ago" 

I've been through all the other posts on this - restarted, turned graphics accelerator on and off, rebooted computer - nothing.  I just get the screen pictured below EVERY. TIME. Very frustrating.  I've been an Adobe supporter for a long time, but I'm starting to see the writing on the wall.App version: Web based (Chrome)Mac OS Sonoma 14.3.1
