Hi. There's a feature in Adobe Express: Covert videos to mp4.to my surprise it doenst accept WEBM video files. hehe. what files can we convert to mp4? is this a tool that only accepts mp4s? that would be funny prank from Adobe. lol

I tried to power off, clear cache. How can I get past this message and download my video? Thank you!

I can no longer arch my text, could you please let me know if this is something that you have done away with? If not where can I find this feature? Kerri

I have an Adobe Freehand file (of our family tree) on a 1996 Floppy Disk and I'd like to know how to access it. Can anyone help please?

You can see in the screenshots how the line spacing increases when exporting to PDF, making the text take up more space.

Move all Files and Folders button from the old version doesn't working. I have hundreds of files but I haven't move a single files through that button unless I move it ONE BY ONE

I've never used Adobe Express - went to try it online tonight, and I'm getting this error message. I've tried all the suggestions and nothing seems to be working. Has anyone encountered this before?

Unfortunately, when converting previous Adobe Express web pages, not all brandings are updated correctly! Furthermore, new link addresses are also created when publishing! I have several projects, each consisting of linked Adobe Express web pages that no longer work or have to be completely rebuilt because the design is destroyed. What was Adobe thinking? First, Adobe Muse is discontinued, so I rebuilt the pages in Adobe Express. Now I'm starting all over again, because Adobe can't test its updates on a web application! Will the error still be fixed or do I, as an Adobe customer, have to switch to another provider to build a simple website?

I have an ancient desktop PC that doesn't have Bluetooth and a Bluetooth printer for printing barcodes - so I use Adobe Express on an iPad to print the barcodes for my products. it used to work until Photoshop Express was updated, and now all those files are unusable until Adobe gets around to launching the new mobile express version 😞  I pay £10 monthly for a professional service for my business, and now I can't run my business - unless I go out and buy a new PC! How long will I have to wait, Thanks

Finally I have got the real hack, after Talking hours to Customer Service of Adobe, I Have got my Adobe Express working on Macbook.Start by opening System Settings > Netowrk > Details (of your connected wifi )On the left menu Click> DNS.and please add the following addresses in the DNS Server, as per the picture. start open Chrome > Go to Three dots on right corner > Click Settings > On the left at bottom click System >Use hardware acceleration when available - toggle on if off, if already on, turn it of and relaunch.Next thing you will have your Adobe Express Working.Let me know how does it works for you guys on macbook.

the old interface was soo simple and also useful, now its just pay and use, I'm not using it, very frustrated

I created a bunch of projects with Express on my iPad, but they do not appear in the Beta version, even though I am logged into same account.

Uh oh failed to licence one or more images, this app was working fine a few hours ago which is very frustrating as I was on a creative streak and my creative role has hit a roadblock by this constant error, I've deleted, logged out, subscribe and unsubscribe and still the same error on something that has been deemed free, what on earth is going on, and there isn't a help chat option. This means the only thing I can do is post a message on this forum about what sort of company this can someone help me, please; please don't advise me to log out, delete and all that jazz as I've done that plenty of times today, thank you 

As I am trying to import any image into my design, I am not able to resize it at high quality. it was working just fine till yesterday but now it's not working anymore.

Hi, I'm just curious that I couldn't find any type on a path texts, assets or templates. Why is that? So I guess I have to do it myself in Illustrator? Elliott

Hello, new here! I found a shape and used it in my flyer but when I wanted to use it in another flyer, I had to go searching for it all over again. Is there a way to save my shape so that I can use it as a component in future  flyers?

Hi everyone, I have tried to search for an answer on this, but can not seem to get any good results. It seem I cannot zoom in on Adobe Express (iPad) and edit anything.
