Hello! I have been uploading pictures and videos lately for revision (ai generated) and I see that the images can be reviewed and approved or denied in 1-3 days and the videos havent been reviewed since a week now. I am just curious if anybody knows how much time does it takes to review 10 sec videos?
Can I upload my files to other stock websites? If yes, what are the rules I should follow? For example, should my name be the same on all stock sites, or will anything be tested or investigated about me?
I applied for an image created with adobe fire fly and it was rejected. It was a quality issue.I would like to know what is wrong. The images I created with firefly produced 4 images after inputting the prompts. I enlarged those images, downloaded them, and submitted them.

I’m a new contributor on Adobe Stock, and I’ve been trying to upload AI-generated images. However, my submissions keep getting rejected due to "quality issues." I’m struggling to figure out what is wrong and how to fix it.I use high-quality AI tools and upscale my images to meet resolution requirements, but the rejections still happen. Could it be something with noise, sharpness, or other technical details? If anyone has experienced this or can offer advice on improving the quality of AI images for Adobe Stock, I’d greatly appreciate your help!I appreciate any help you can provide.
It was a quality issue.I would like to know what is wrong. I am seeing below the message most of the image rejection cause. But Why sir?"Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection.Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise."
Hello Adobe Community, I hope this message finds you well. My Adobe Stock Contributor account was recently deactivated, and I have submitted an appeal following the guidelines provided. I am writing to ask if anyone has experience with how long it typically takes to receive a response or result from the appeal process. I understand that response times can vary, but any insights or advice from contributors who have gone through a similar situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time and support! Best regards,Hadafee
I am an icon and illustration designer. When uploading to Adobe Stock, which file do buyers prefer, SVG or EPS?
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to kindly request your assistance regarding the 3000 designs I have submitted for review over the past few months. I am eager to continue contributing new work to the Adobe Stock platform, but I am currently unable to submit any new designs due to the pending status of my previous submissions.I would be very grateful if you could review and approve the designs that are currently in the queue, as this would allow me to submit fresh work for your consideration. I understand the review process can take time, but I truly appreciate your support in moving these designs forward so that I can continue contributing to the community.Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you soon.Best regards,

I’m a new contributor on Adobe Stock, and I’ve been trying to upload AI-generated images. However, my submissions keep getting rejected due to "quality issues." I’m struggling to figure out what exactly is wrong and how I can fix it.I use high-quality AI tools and upscale my images to meet resolution requirements, but the rejections still happen. Could it be something with noise, sharpness, or other technical details? If anyone has experienced this or can offer advice on improving the quality of AI images for Adobe Stock, I’d greatly appreciate your help! Thanks in advance!
I would appreciate honest and constructive citique on our Ai work, since Adobe labeled as not applicable for the Stock - Quality Issue.
Hello,I submitted around 300 images, all of which were rejected. I've attached some examples for context. These images were carefully cut out, upscaled, color-corrected in Photoshop, and cropped properly to avoid empty space. At first, I thought the issue might be with the cropping, as I ensured the shapes (like hearts) fit symmetrically with other images. However, I noticed a user with 250,000 images had the exact same shape and cropping style approved.Could you kindly share why my images might have been rejected and how I can improve? Thank you!

Will I be penalized in review if I upload low quality?I only upload illustrations that I personally draw. I think that I put my heart into them and that they are of good quality. They are usually approved within a few hours, or even the next day.The approval rate is also high because out of 2,700, only about 30 were rejected because they were uploaded without much knowledge in the beginning. But recently, I've noticed that once I upload a low-quality image, it won't be reviewed for about 20 days. Then, I usually delete that image.I upload pictures once every three days, but I think the low quality of the pictures is preventing them from being reviewed.Until last month, whenever I uploaded my drawings with sincerity and consistency, they were almost always approved the next day. Is it just a feeling that if you upload a low-quality drawing, you get a penalty in review? Is it true?
