I am from India and I want to inquire about the W-8BEN tax form which i am not able to find details to fill for "Part 2" Claiming Tax Treaty Benefits. I am not able to fill all the three details required in point 10 and it is highlighted also. Please help.

Hello, My payout date is Tuesday, October 8, 2024. And today is 19 October. i have a pending payment for adobe stock and it is still not reflected in my payoneer account. what the reason.

I've spent what seems like hours trying to determine if a property release is required for exterior photos of the US Capitol or other DC area landmarks, such as the Washington Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, National Museum of the Marine Corps, etc.  Would really appreciate some insight/guidance from anyone willing to share.  Thanks!  -Marshal

Hello,I have to post my question here, cause e-mail support doesn't help me and saying that they can't comment rejections.May be you know that some time ago Adobe add more restrictions to "sensual" images. Ok, I can understand that even partially nude now not accepted. But for example this image is not nude, it's just fitness woman on cube in studio. But this image and similar was rejected because it's "non-compliant image". This is very-very strange for me... do you have any comments, any similar problems? May be you know how can I request inspection of rejections for second time by other reviewer?(P.S. Sure I'm not uploading stock images with logos, it's just for internet posts, also there is 0 chance that it's problem with quality or something like that, it's only because reviewer thinks that this image is to "nude".)

Yesterday I had an image rejected for what I consider to be a spurious reason: "During our review, we found that it contains elements that appear to be protected by intellectual property (IP) laws, so we can't accept it into our collection. Elements protected by IP may appear in the image or in the description, title, and/or keywords."  The image is File ID: 366979325Original name: 1.20 lisbon elevador de santa luzia.jpg It shows a stairwell which is public access, part of normal pedestrian areas of Lisbon, with no graffiti, posters, etc..  Is it possible to appeal rejections (as it is in most stock sites)?  If so, I can't find how, and would appreciate appropriate directions!Will Perrett

What happened to my rejected files if I close my account? I definitely want to close my account.Why do they preserve the files? Are they full resolutions files? And if they keep them, what is the use of those rejected images if I close my account?

Hello friends. Two days ago, I was blocked without any reason being given, but just like always, I’ve been receiving daily income reports via email at the same time for the past two days! Does this mean that Adobe has taken ownership of my photos and they are still being sold, or could there be another reason for this?

in guidelines for AI submission it states to not use any artist or fictional caracters etc.does that include an art style, like pop art style?a art style doesnt have a copyright, right?! When trying to submit something referencing a pop art style i got a notification to double check guidlines.surely pop art style is similar to saying a grunge style or rustic styl etc? 

Hello, I'm hoping someone could provide some feedback. I recently was rejected on four of my AI images based on a christmas theme. For instance, I submitted four images of gingerbread elves on white backgrounds. Two of the variations prior to these four, were accepted. Is it because I provided too many variations of the christmas elves? 

Hello, I am new here at Adobe stock photos . The most uploades photos are rejected. Can someone give me some advice what could be wrong with the photos? I use a Leica camera SL2 with a 50mm and 16-35mm. I edited very little in Lightroom. Mostly just edited the depths a bit. No color changes at all. Thank you. Timo

Hey, my Account was deactivated. i reupload and sumbit same content by accident, i understand it after Adobe accept some files 😞 and i saw the similars , i start removing them, but my accaunt was blocked after a few minutes .. i  have submit an appeal, i have almost 90.000 files. mostly AI but also videos, photos, i'm contributor since 2018. 1. is it more likly that i will be reactivated (((?2. i have almost $1500 on my balance, will that money still be there?3. how much it's usally take (( cause i submited  a lot of videos for free collaction .

Hallo, ich beschreibe erstmal die Situation. Vor einigen Jahren habe ich Kinder beim Sportfest fotografiert. Meine waren natürlich auch dabei. Es sind teilweise sehr schöne Sportaufnahmen die ich gerne bei Adobe Stock anbieten möchte. Ich habe natürlich keine Model-Freigaben o.ä. Meine Idee war, die Gesichter durch Ai generierte zu ersetzen und dann als Ki-Bilder zu anbieten. D.h. die ganze Situation, Körper sind real die Gesichter "fiktiv".Frage: sind die Fotos jetzt anonym genug und die ohne Modelfreigabe einzureichen? LG

Last day I received and Email Adobe Contributor Relations Team about My account. Its Temporary Blocked because I have submitted Generative Ai content that is not within guidelines. I've been working full time for the last 5 Months with 5 people's Team and ot was around 10K+ Images on adobe stock & Today I Saw an Email, My Adobe stock contributor account is blocked, when i login my account, It shows Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us. I Mailed also on given mail id and did apologies. I request the adobe team to kindly review my account and please give me one chance i will take care of it. I read all the information and submission guidelines and apply in future uploads.As you know my files are generated using AI. If you think any File is problematic feel free to remove them. but please restore my account. How Much it will Take. can anyone Help Me. 😔 

Hallo liebe Community, Bitte sagt mir, warum die Bilder abgelehnt wurden.Benutze seit gestern Copilot mit Dalle-e3 und finde die Bilder noch wesentlich besser als die vorher mit Dalle-e3 über chatgpt erstellte Bilder. Trotzdem wurden alle mit copilot erstellte abgelehnt. Bitte um eure Meinungen, die mir helfen können, es das nächste Mal besser zu machen. Danke Euch Viele GrüßeTanja
