Hi, why for months now my review time of photos keeps increasing, to date I have many images in the queue for 2 months, that has never happened, usually the review time was 2-3 days,Anna Derewacz

Serious issues with approval time of content. I have pictures that i sent 4 MONTHS AGO, still pending for approval.What is happening ?

However, I noticed that I received a payment of $29.70 for a single download today, which is higher than the usual rate.This discrepancy has left me a bit concerned, and I'm curious if any of you have experienced something similar. Have there been any recent changes to the payment structure that I might have missed? Hello All. I would like to create a new contributor account to upload only AI images as I think is not good to mix AI with normal photos. Problem is I have already uploaded few AI images to my "photo" account. Should I remove them first and then re-upload the AI images  to new account? What is your opinion? 

But what is happening to Adobe? Photos sent 75 days ago have not yet been evaluated?Gianni

I have licensed an image but it will not let me download it? Is anyone else experiencing this issue? trying to connect with adobe support from the form but no answer and i have problem in my payment

I'm wondering if someone at Adobe can help. I've already ditched their software because of subscription business model. On the verge of ditching this platform too as keywording for submissions is too time intensive just for files to be ignored. I'm sure I'm not alone. Many thanks.

I recently submitted the two attached images. One was approved using the attached property release. The other was refused because of the same property release. Which is it? Hello All,I realize that I, and others, have inquired about this before, but I feel compelled to share details and ask again in case someone is in the know. I have 15 images that have been waiting for moderation for over two months (8 weeks), most are closer to three months. What exactly does the disclaimer about it taking "Up to Eight Weeks" mean? I'm starting to think it means nothing as I've emailed support at least three times to no avail.I was so proud that I got my holiday images in extra early, but they've been sitting so long, that I'm actually running behind now =( I'm cool with getting rejected, but sitting with no progress makes this a bit depressing and I always find photography fun.Thanks for whatever insight you can give.

Hi i have a problem in the last payment i didn't receive my money on Paypal and it shows payment done how many time it cant take to the money shows i my account cuz i allways get it when i see payment done    

The image I want to download cannot be found on my device but it can be seen on another device, and when I open the link to the image, it cannot be found. I have tried from Safari, Chrome and Brave servers, but they all give the same error. Hello, I am aware that the approval process takes 8 weeks, but after 2-3 weeks, only 8 out of the 51 photos I uploaded with a limit were reviewed. The people I've discussed these issues with have a review limit of 500. When will my limit be increased to 500? I'm wondering if my account is being overlooked. Why is this delay so lengthy?

I don't understand what I'm doing wrong, but I don't understand. Why didn't you warn me first? I've given my gut to this incident. How many days does it take to check? Maybe there should have been a warning before sending the email to warn, not turn it off completely.  

Hello. I have a small question... is each image moderated by a single moderator or multiple moderators? How is the image review done to determine if it's accepted or not, and what is the process? For instance, I have 4 images from the same set, 3 have been accepted and one hasn't.  And for the second question, if I have multiple images that have not been accepted, do I risk having my account closed? Due to the quality, I generate images with AI, and I'm not exactly sure which image I should upload to get accepted. Because I generate multiple images and models, I enjoy creating, and I find it to be an art. What is the maximum number of rejected images?

Hi guys, I am in the process of uploading 8 bit videos. I have uploaded a few videos.2 out of 8 videos were approved and I manually got the flicker free scrolling images. I also fixed the necessary areas and did some color grading. It was all similar concepts in the same place.Do you think I should do color grading before uploading? Do buyers want the videos raw and unprocessed or do they have clear, vibrant and beautiful colors?

So my first payout was on adobe stock. After the previous account was banned also after the payout. That's why this new account is experiencing the same thing. Is my account safe or will it be banned again?
