Several issues were listed as possible problems with my vector files. I think this might be the relevant one: "Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)".I resaved one file that I think solves the problem. I have very many such files and I want to know if this fix works before reworking and resubmitting. Here is a file to check.

Out of a batch of 9 photos recently submitted, six were accepted and three were rejected: two for quality issues and one for similar content. I am looking for specific feedback on the quality rejections, since all 9 images were similarly processed and should be fairly consistent. Plus, I am concerned about my acceptance rate on Adobe Stock, which is consistently lower than the other two stock sites to which I contribute (Shutterstock and iStock, both of which accepted all nine of the images). Thanks in advance for feedback.
“Hello, your company has asked me to obtain permission from the person in the picture for one of my images. However, the image was generated using artificial intelligence and there is no such person in real life. I have deleted these images and re-uploaded them as “illustrations” instead of “photographs” and checked the “ai” box. Would this be sufficient? Thank you.”
I notice a general increase of photos not accepted . Evidently Adobe has changed the standards of evaluation and that's ok.....But it would be nice if they said exactly what is wrong (focus, noise, low commerial value...or what). Is it possible or I am asking too much ? I think it would be useful

Hi all! I have a fairly common problem as far as I can tell. but I still couldn't figure it out. everyone throws off links and stuff, how to make a release for an ai picture, but for some reason it didn’t help me ... I just want clarity. can someone just upload a photo of this release?👀 I just need a photo of this document, which will pass the selection. I want to see exactly where and what people write. You can choose a picture with fictitious data. the main thing is what it looks like. I will be very grateful to you! Very❤️ just throw someone a screenshot of this release for Ai, as an example🙏🙏🙏😭
i upload same image. Before, i was upload the image and then accepted. But, when i upload same picture this week, the image not accepted with reason quality issues. i'm not agree my image rejected because that reason, because the image exactly the same with before. May be an error in judgement or something?

All of my photos have been rejected. These colors and lights are intentional. What could be the problem? For example: [moderator cured the topics. Do not select all topics available, select only the relevant ones]
Is anyone else experiencing an excessive number of rejections, or is it just me? By excessive I mean 60 out of 60 rejected. The last 5 uploads. every photo submitted rejected for "Quality issues". Which in itself is BS. Why can't reviewers just as easily say what those issues are?
Hi, I can't link my Adobe ID in contributor.stock.adobe.com I just press continue with Google and it says (Sorry, your access has been denied)
I am attaching this photograph of "altocumulus stratiformis" clouds that was rejected due to "quality problem." The image was captured with a Canon EOS R5, with a resolution of 8192 × 5464 pixels. I kindly request that you provide me with more information or specific details regarding the quality issues that the photograph may have. I am interested in understanding the reasons for the rejection in order to improve future submissions. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a more detailed explanation of the identified quality issues or any recommendations for enhancing the image. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Vicenç Marco [moderator deleted the external link]
Dear Adobe Stock Team,I am writing to appeal the recent issue with one of our submitted images, image case (601338928, 595488547, 597166383, 605788284 and other related), which has been flagged for potential copyright infringement. We would like to clarify that the image in question was created by our team using the Canva editor, using a commercial licensed template. We would also like to bring to your attention that Image case (595494011, 597166474 and other related), which was submitted by us and created using the same Canva editor with all commercial licensed elements (Canva Media License Agreement attached), has been approved for sale on your platform. Additionally, we have reason to believe that the person who submitted the takedown report against Images also used the same Canva editor to create their own content. We understand that maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity is critical to the success of your platform, and we take these issues very seriously. We have
Hola a todospor primera vez cargó en adobe stock, 15 fotos, de las cuales 2 fueron rechazadas, pero las otras 13 siguen en revisión hace 10 días. Esto es normal o debo hacer algo al respecto?
Just curious. I prefer to upload images to Adobe Stock that are 300 dpi at 30" along the long side. But now and then, images that large begin to degrade, but look fine if they are at 300 dpi at 14" or 15" along the long side. Are those acceptable or would they be rejected? Today, we are announcing our policy regarding generative AI content, and I’d like to share that we have begun accepting illustrations made using generative AI into our collection. We believe that generative AI tools can help our contributor community continue to create amazing content, and we believe in transparent, clear labeling for customers when it comes to this content. We have prepared generative AI content submission guidelines and a page to answer common questions. We believe that our policy to accept AI generated content will enable contributors and customers to benefit from the value that AI generated content can bring. In our Discord channel for Adobe Stock contributors, we opened a new channel #ai-generated-talk as a forum for addressing further questions. As always, I will also monitor this thread daily and will do my best to answer any questions not covered in the FAQ. Submission guidelines: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/generative-a
[Moderator branched & moved to new topic.] Nancy in regards to the vector..upload requirement ...if your file size is smaller than minimum size for upload...what what you recommend to reach required size?
Like others recently, I've noticed a significntly higher rejection ratio lately. I might disagree with some of the copyright infringement rejections (photos of a downtown cityscape with multiple buildings and no visible logos .... really?) but I suppose that is the view of the reviewer and there's no point arguing with them. But with my recent uploads they've rejected a bunch of photos because they deemed them too similar to other photos I've already uploaded, which is complete bunk. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on what to do?
Good day. I requested a payout on the 23rd of May to my Paypal Account. I see the payment status still says pending and after reading the help section i see i need a Payoneer account as i'm in South Africa. Please advise what i should do now?
