What can i do better ?  

I am a UK individual. The US (IRS) will withold tax on any of my Stock sales.I have been asked to provide a Foreign Tax Identifying Number (FTIN)item 6a on the W-8BEN Form. I am at a loss as to where to find such anumber?Any UK-based Aobe Stock Contributors there to help me? 🙂

I posted the attached file which was rejected for quality issues.  I have recently posted similar files, which were accepted.  Usually I can figure out rejected files, but this one has me puzzled.  Any thoughts will be well received.

I've uploaded two images with slightly different processing. Could you please help me identity quality issues with either version of the photo?

I sometimes get "Quality Issue" rejects but am never sure exactly what is wrong. What do I need to do different?  These photos were shot with a Nikon D3200.  1/60 sec., f-5.6, ISO 200, pattern metering, with flash on, focal length between 18-20. Is the problem with the camera, photo settings or post processing. I want to learn to do a better job as I absolutely love photography.

Adobe's critique of most "unaccepted" photos is unreasonable and I've found hundreds of much poorer quality images on Adobe Stock that I myself would never purchase due to unfixable color balance, not being HDR, poor composition, out of focus, etc. My submissions, though obviously not perfect, are none of those. Seems Adobe stock is very inconsistent. As a customer, I'm tired of wasting my time not finding images that I need to purchase for projects, but also, that same platform not accepting images that I or someone else would use for similar projects.Any ideas on what the problem is and where I could go next? I'd love to hear about other stock photo companies that users have had luck with. Thanks!PS. photos supplied as examples are taken during wildfire season and was noted in keywords.

SFTP/drag and drop, and select multiple files all failing to upload. tried turning off firewalls and virus protections. All files ar with in parameters for size and format. not sure what i am missing that is causing it to not upload. had files do the same alst week and then they uploaded all of a sudden on a different day.  Error log gives not clue why it failed. clear browser cache tried differnt browsers.

Hello, i try to login in my Adobe Stock account, but i cant, because i stuck on fotolia account sync. when i fill in login and password of fotolia account, i get an error with "accaount is already in use". I already sync fotolia account long time ago, have no idea, why it ask me to do it again. Could we somehow unsync this account?

I have a problem with rejected photos, according to you "because they do not meet our quality standards". Why don't you explain better what you mean. In the other agencies where I upload the same images, they do approve them. I don't understand anything.

Adobe blocked my account because two of my videos were similar to two videos they found on the internet. I have accounts on many other stock sites, none of them attempt to close the account for inconsistent reasons like Adobe. I don't understand, how can you close my account because you find one or two videos similar to my videos on the internet. How do you know that the videos you found on internet are not mine? Or how can you be sure that those videos were not stolen from me? Or is it a software that manages this whole process, not real people? It scans the internet and finds a video similar to ours, then it immediately closes our account. Is that the amount of value and respect you give to the contributors? We have been working and producing videos for years and you close the account with simple excuses without asking us.
