Hello. As i saw a announcement a week ago about Adobe Stock is starting to accept transparent images. So i went and carefully took some object pictures to be used as transparent images category.Today i checked and i saw 2 of them is already rejected.  Now i have 2 question and thought. 1) Image is really not up to Adobe's standart2) Image is not uploaded as transparent so it got rejected. How i uploaded my transparent images, i will explain it here- I shoot my pictures.- I removed background with photoshop on PC- I transfered all background removed pictures to my Lightroom Cloud.- From my PC/Lightroom for iPad i edited and fixed the color problems and the rest NOW, i have a very big issue that i can't find anywhere. 1) After i load my pictures to my Lightroom for iPad mobile edition, after i finished editing, when i want to download the image to upload to Adobe Stock, it downloads as "JPEG" file. Now i know JPEG files are not transparent.2) Ok, i said

Hallo allerseits,habe jetzt zum zweiten Mal Fotos hochgeladen, die aber alle wegen mangelnder Qualität abgelehnt worden sind. Da beim ersten Hochladen einiger Bilder keine Mängel angezeigt wurden, habe ich anscheinend noch kein Auge für die qualitativen Feinheiten eines Fotos. Daher habe ich mal eins der abgelehnten Fotos dem Beitrag hinzugefügt. Kritischer Feedback wäre schön. mfgHermann

Hallo, ich wollte nach längerer Zeit mal wieder meine Stock-Aktivitäten intensivieren. Zu den Fotolia-Zeiten hat sich einiges geändert. Vor allem bin ich nach dem Upload auf die Frage gestossen ob Eigentum sichtbar ist. In Bezug auf die Panoramafreiheit verstehe ich die Frage nicht. Ist selbige gegeben, spielt die Frage nach sichtbarem Eigentum, zumindest in Deutschland und den Niederlanden keine große Rolle. Antwortet man auf die Frage mit ja müsste man immer ein Property Release beilegen, was man wegen der Panoramafreiheit nicht notwendigerweise hat, bzw. was auch zu aufwändig wäre zu beschaffen, bei Städtetouren in D und NL. Sprich wie wird das realistisch gehandhabt? MfG.oriwo

This vector design of mine was also rejected because of missing property release. I do not understand what would require a property release. I'm sure artists in the past has drawn eyes with wings, spray cans and mushrooms but this is my drawings from my sketches. why do you think this needs a property release?   Is the eye with wings a protected character I don't know of?

Once my photos are uploaded and properly tagged, it doesn't allow me to "send" them. It's as if that button on the top right was not active on my profile. It changes from green to blue but does not execute the action of sending the photos for review. could you help me? Thanks a lot.

I can't get my photo of my great-grand uncle's cigarette case accepted because of an IP refusal.  They think the "BH" monogram for Blake Hill is actually a company logo.  It's not.  Ideas, or is this a lost cause?   Best regards, John

Hi,I'm a Fotolia contributor and today I try to sync my account from Fotolia with Adobe Stock. After this in my new Adobe Stock account I have zero photos and zero earnings.How can I get all I have on Fotolia to Adobe Stock?

I am new to the community. Could someone help me understand what the quality issues are with this photo so I can correct them in the future?

Maybe a check box by the evaluator would help, Is the problem technical, subject matter, etc.? I like last rejection it was clear as included recognizable buildings copyright issue, but this has me scratching my head.WT

Dlaczego adobe odrzuca mi tego typu zdjęcia

Hi there, I had an acrylic painting of a sunset, I'm new to digitizing my artwork, therefore I'm unfamiliar with many of the basic requirements. My JPEG was refused on the grounds of quality issues that stated this:Your file has one or more of these issues:Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file.I'm attaching a picture of the work. How can I overcome these issues and export the files the right way? Any suggestions will help tons. Thank you.

Me llego el aviso de que me desactivaron la cuenta o la bloquearon basicamente. ya habian aceptado varias fotos y hasta tenia dinero disponible. me pueden decir la razon de porque me hicieron eso¿? gracias!!!!!!!! ___________ I got the notice that my account was deactivated or basically blocked. They had already accepted several photos and even had money available. Can you tell me why they did that to me? Thank you!!!!!!!!

Please explain why my photo was not accepted, according to what features it did not fit

Hello alll,I have uploaded and submiteed 50 photos, and all photos got rejected due to the quality issue. Not even singel photo were accepted. Most of the photos were shot in studio environment with proper lighting and zoomed 200% and checked properly. But all were rejected as once as bulk. Is there any purticular reason for bulk rejection and not even 1 photo didnt meet the criteria for accepting. Also wanted to know all photos were checked one by one before rejection or singel photo checked in a batch and if its failed in any criteria , all were considere as rejected. Please share your experience, its really frustrating and disappointing to see all photos in the rejection area. Thanks
