When I joined, it insisted I create a name for myself, which is different from my account, and I mistyped it, and I can’t find any way to fix it. This is silly.

I set the output to Square, but my Start and/or End frame are still expecting a landscape dimension.  Do I really need to crop or expand my precise and precious image to some unwanted start or end reference frame size ? This is giving me a headache…

Was ist mit der Auflösung in Firefly 5 passiert ? Gestern konnte ich im Format 16:9 noch die volle Auflösung (2688 x 1536) generieren. Seit heute gibt es ein Auswahlfeld (1k oder 2k) , aber das Bild wird nur noch 1344 x 768 klein generiert. Mit so einer “Briefmarkengröße” kann ich nicht arbeiten und “Bild erweitern” macht die Qualität noch schlechter.Wieso wird die Bildgröße/Bildqualität verschlechtert anstatt verbessert ? Schliesslich zahlen wir eine Menge Geld für “Premium” Qualität … 

I have an example of when I used Firefly previously to create images that I needed (the first row) based off a similar style composition I wanted. However using the same settings now result in a very different result that seems to ignore the composition/ style reference. I have played around with the sliders but nothing seems to work any suggestions?

Issue Description:Every time I attempt to remove an object from an image using the Remove function, the system does not properly reconstruct the background. Instead of generating a clean fill, it produces visible streaking and striped artifacts in the edited area.Expected Behavior:The removed area should be reconstructed smoothly, blending naturally with the surrounding textures and lighting.Actual Behavior:The tool leaves noticeable linear artifacts or “scratched” textures where the object was removed. The result looks visually broken and unusable for professional design purposes.Steps to Reproduce: Open an image in Adobe Whisk. Select the Remove tool. Brush over an object (in my case, a small book on a table). Apply the removal. The filled area appears with distorted streaks instead of a natural reconstruction. Hello, I’m trying to generate videos using Firefly with Veo 3.1 Fast and Veo 3.1, but I keep receiving the message “An issue occurred, please try again later.” I haven’t experienced this problem before. Also, my credits were depleted while attempting to create the video. Could you please help me resolve this?

Additionally, the PDF export is completely broken—the output is fragmented into multiple parts and does not maintain the correct dimensions or layout of my original design. I need to export this work in the correct format immediately without losing my progress.

All of a sudden images stopped downloading at 2k even though I’ve selected it in the menu.

Very often Gemini will give an error instead of an image. The credits get spent, regardless of whether it returns an error or an image. I expect to receive an image, or not be charged if there’s an error. The failure rate is well above 80%.
