Hello, I am frequently experiencing an issue where credits are deducted immediately when I click "Generate." However, when the generation fails and throws a "Something went wrong" error, the used credits are not refunded to my account. I just lost 40 credits on a failed generation. Please fix this bug and refund my lost credits. My suggestion is that credits should be deducted only when the image is successfully generated, rather than the moment the 'Generate' button is clicked. Thank you.

i am having this issue of its constant pop up while generating an image - Can't save some items to generation history (download) even after multiple times when its closed, its again pops up. its a big turn down

Lot spelling mistakes are there

I just finished to subscribe about 520 i generate only one 5s video and then it's not working anymore. I'm frustrated I just paid it but it's not working 😭 😭 

When I try to use Firefly Adobe, it is frozen with my last request. I can not delete the reference images I’ve previously added and I can not remove the written prompt. Unless I empty my cashe. But I have to do that every time I close the browser and go back to Firefly. Also since yesterday Firefly says I have no funds left to prompt. But when I look at my available tokens I should have a lot more left to work with. (my apologies it’s in dutch)   

I cant even out in the problem...Plese return my credits,  if this is not resolved, I will have to cancel my subscription.  Have a person contact me!

I found that when I did get it to respond finally, it did not follow the prompt at all. 

The image I was trying to emulate is an outdoor scene outside a home of a truck. I asked the prompt to remove the truck and imitate the image. The image that was offered from Firefly shows a pink and blue pickup truck that seems to be underwater with coral in many colors around it and floating creatures. A pretty extreme miss on the prompt

I payed mountly payment but Firflay dos not work

I’m generating video from an image and the image presents a clear night.  There’s no rain.  The output always either presents lightning or some sort of super hero plasma blast.  I refined the prompt with Claude and specifically requested no lightning in the prompt, and it still appears.  Here’s the prompt:Use this exact still image as the background, with no changes to the environment, weather, sky, or lighting style. The scene must remain a calm, overcast urban evening with wet streets and neon signs, and there is absolutely no lightning, no flashes in the sky, and no storm effects of any kind. Only existing police siren lights may move, gently scanning in red and white across the pavement, vehicles, and characters. The female NYPD detective from the image runs toward the tactical officer in the foreground, shouting clearly, “Stand down! Lately, I have frequently tried creating short video animations. The model I prefer costs 400 credits, meaning I can generate 10 videos per month. On several occasions, however, an error occurred during the generation process, and no video was produced—yet the credits were still deducted.I discussed this with customer support, but despite their assurances, I did not receive the credits back the following month. I am very unhappy about this. I shouldn't have to pay for a product I never actually received.

i did not receive full 2250 credits on 6/17. on 6/19 there were only 250 credits. I had not used Firefly recently

L'application adobe firefly ne veux pas généré la vidéo car mes images ne respecte pas les conditions que vous avez mis en place alors que ce sont des images manga que j'ai créé et sa le fait avec plusieurs images que j'ai créé

Does Adobe have any plans to integrate Gemini Omni video generation capabilities into Adobe products such as Firefly or Premiere Pro in the future? If so, is there any estimated timeline for its availability?

I asked the editor to stylize a photograph with the same prompt I have been using for other pictures but this last time it produced something widly unrelated.

There is a massive, unacceptable bug in the Adobe Firefly video generation system. I attempted to generate an 8-second video, and the platform continuously failed to render, producing absolutely zero video files in my library. Despite the complete failure on your servers' end, the system systematically drained a total of 2,900 credits from my balance.Charging users for internal system crashes and failed renders is a major defect. I request an immediate technical review of my generation logs and a full refund of the 2,900 credits back to my account immediately.

que firefly no altere los rostros al editar una imagen! muy mala la edición!!!!

non funziona. non crea immagini. neanche semplici. si blocca 

Dejo de funcionar la extensión de GPT image 2, podrian solucionar el error ya que es una herramienta bastanta factible del adobe firefly

que su motor de ia es una perdida de dinero, el firefly es malo y tiene baja calidad y cuando quieres usar otros motores te sale error y nunca hay como cambiar eso, es una reverenda basura esa plataforma la peor que existe, me siento estafado porque yo requiero el servicio de todos los motores asociados como veo 3 etc y solo se puede usar el firefly es una mierda una basura, no puedo cumplir con mi trabajo y tengo que gastar dinero extra en entrar a los motore nativos mientras que aqui los asociados no sirven para ni mierda
