all of my credits were burned to create images that i didnt even ask for. i wanted to revert back to previous version and instead firefly created a new image with people who werent even in my source photo. and the rest of the images skin was auto smoothened and faces were completely unrecognizeable

As in the pictures. Top starts correctly person handing the keys in his right hand to the person on the left, left hand.  It continues and generates the man on the left receiving the keys in his right hand. I have wrote different prompts to correct this and it continues to get it wrong.

I am not able to generate image on website of firefly whenever i try even to generate an image of a tree error comes “Something went wrong,Please try again later.” i am able to generate images on my ipad app but not here 

after i click manage plan and cancel free trial, the loading screen doesnt end. what i mean by that is that the roating circle in the middle goes on forever without ant progress. How can i cancel my plan if it doesnt let me progress any further 

I have multiple boards where the history is gone and so my prompts. I can access it still at “My stuff” but the board and all my work over weeks is useless. No prompt can be loaded. This is a big big lost of work I have to suffer.

Same thing over and over again. Cant use the program, cant work but loosing the credits.

I can't download generated graphics on macOS or Chrome. Pop-up windows aren't blocked, and I've cleared my browser cache. After clicking "Download," nothing opens; the download window doesn't appear (I don't have pop-up windows blocked). I have credits.

I want to do somethign with generative fill, but the “Fill” button doesn’t do anything. Enter doesn’t work. It’s not intuitive how to make the feature work. It should at least provide an error message saying “your prompt is not accurate”, or “you haven’t selected a valid image”, or “this type of object doesn’t support this feature”. It’s very difficult to use it.

When I edit a photo in firefly it sometimes immediately  disappears. I waste at least half my credits on designs I can't download because they disappear a second after they pop up. This is on safari, Firefox, and chrome. 

I have over a thousand credits remaining and is set to reset withing the next two hours and Firefly will not let me create anything not even a simple prompt of "a picture of a cat" works. I do not understand what is going on and feel as if I'm being rob of my unused credits that will disappear in the next hour or so. I am not happy about this.

I keep asking for a prompt for a photo and it keeps giving me a completely different photo it's used 100 credits

I have a photo of me, my daughter, granddaughter, and mom. That’s four generations. I just wanted it to show my mom smiling and hugging us, but it keeps blocking me. I was getting help from one of the people from the site and they said it was not allowed. They tried 4 different ways to get it to work. It still blocked them. I then asked if they could just get us to wave smiling and that was against the rules. What do I need to send in, somebody rolling around in the hay. I am highly disappointed. These memories mean a lot to me. Is there any way around it. This has upset me so bad. 

YOU CANNOT CHARGE SOMEONE 500 CREDITS FOR AI VIDEO THAT DOES NOT DO WHAT THE PROMT SAY AT ALL. fix this crap. its understandable that some ai video WILL not work. but changing credits for a ai video that does not do what the prompt says is a scam. 500 credits for crap.

i Havent been able to generate anything for the past two days doesn't matter what model nothing will generate. I keep getting a red error pop up at the top of the screen saying "for security reasons, we limit too many generations....." i have not been generating that many images. It also doesn't mater what browser or model i am using. 

It does not work.

 it shows something went wrong since 8 to 10 times.

I have the issue, all downloaded board images have 1-2px transparent border or a black border. A lot of manual work after is needed. Those borders were not part of the prompt and it just happens on boards.

On 5-17, I started to create a video using the wrong video creation model. I hit cancel immediately right as it started to create and the creation was cancelled however the credits for the video creation were deducted from my credit balance anyway. Shouldn’t those credits have been returned to me since the creation was cancelled right away? This error cost me 1375 credits.

I am looking for a beach scene with waves and surfers.  In the foreground would be a surf shack with surfing boards and other paraphernalia typical of that type of property.  Want palm trees, coconuts, beach chairs, etc and all in a cartoon style.

Images can be mostly photos and a mix of illustrations.
