So firefly took my credits and it didn't save my photo after I pressed save .  So it's all lost now

When using the term "Eiffel tower", I get a warning message that one or multiple words are not respecting the guidelines....Example of a prompt: "a fashion model is dancing in front of the Eiffel Tower by night. The Eiffel Tower is illuminated"Result: Generated pictures of a fashion model dancing, but no eiffel tower...

Hello! I am using Adobe Firefly. I am trying to create graphics that are a complete image. I cannot figure out what prompts to use. I end up getting images that look cropped. I don't want any part of the image cropped or cut-off. I tried prompts like "white margin around image", "complete image", etc., but I cannot make it work. Please see attached photo. Thank you very much!  

I just purchased the year (in full) to use this program. I have made about 10 outputs (generated photos) with this product only find out that I have almost used up all my credits to make any images. It hasn't even been 24 hours and I am already beening asked for more money or wait a month to be able to make any new images. To say I am put off or annoyed would be an understatement!I am not a fan of paying for something and then finding out there are more costs ascocaited with using a service or product. My responce is to stop using those services. Since I can't find anyway to get my money back I assume I am hooped and have a year that needs to go buy or contact my credit card company and see if they will charge back the cost to my credit card. If this would have been stated upfront that would have been another thing. But then I would have read that an not paid for the service. Another money grabb. Tobad. 😞

The current firefly model is almost unusable for 2d art. It is one of the worse in the industry. Can you please train a model for 2d style art? This one generates drawings that look like they were done by a 3yo kid.

For example a Photo from our library to a cartoon style or a painting or a poster.

I would love to be able to use my own image, and change it into art. Same image, but different AI effects. Is that possible?

Hello. I'd like to suggest, using object recognition, an option to only alter coloring and lighting instead of having to necessarily change the structure of everything. That way we could add, retouch or change makeup on a person instead of firefly changing the actual face. Thank you!

Stating in the Generative Text Box: Boy not wearing glasses, generates all images of boy wearing glasses.Leaving the phrase "not wearing glasses" out of the text, generates 2/3 out of 4 images wearing glasses.

I can't share image as it then shows a blank screen that can't be closed even after closing reopening you must uninstall it to get it working after that you must setup again but if you try again to share then must reinstall again now it doesnt ask to setup anymore it just says its signing in but fails to do so so now the app doesn't work at all uninstalling it does NOT fix this new problem so BACK to DRAWING BOARD fix this app so that it can actually WORK in vision pro OS

I'm getting a messeage that some word are against the guidelines and has been removed but it doesn't tell me which one so I can't learn what's wrong. It should say which word is being deleted and also a promt to give feedback if one feels it to be incorrect.My description is:"woman and kids bouldering indoor. Clean, bright and vibrant image. Close wide angle shot from above her head from the side. 35mm film, Kodak Portra 400 film stock."I can't see any guideline problems with that but your algorithm does.

now after first screen bug I just posted after uninstall reinstall now it doesn't ask me to sign in anymore and when I try to generate it then says "signing in" but does not finish signing in so basically now app does not work even after uninstalling it and reinstalling it its BROKEN

when you ask to generate images for Nurses, it returns only females, i think thats something you should try to solve., However i must congratulate you that when you search for "doctors" it gives both male and females which for now you are the only ones doing that, i have checked Dall E and stable fusion, which gives all makes for Doctors.  thanks and keep up the good work.

Hard dislike. I have 200 tabs on my browser with different creations. When the browser restarts or a page reloads it goes [actually it went] back to where I was. Now it goes back to the main page which is very disruptive. It means I now have to favourite everything and depend on the vagaries of the browser cache to preserve them. I am sure there were technical reasons for doing this, but as a user, I am now worse off because of it. Also, Nightcafe does not do this AND Nightcafe saves all

Hi,  Can anybody let me know where to start using AI to generate a backround image with sunglasses being the main product in the foreground? Sample image below, would be good to put some backgound options such as: 1. Ski Resort / Mountains2. Road Cycling, Tour de France backgrounds etc3. Tennis / Padel (A Court in the background) Thank you!
