Questions

Tarayıcım sıfırlanmış ve firefly yardımıyla oluşturduğum bütün görseller kaybolmuş. Nasıl geri getiririm ya da geri getirmem mümkün mü?

Hi, why didn't my generative credits reset in January? I still have 78/250 as at the end of December. I have Photography Plan (20 GB). Thank you

My cloud subscribtion renews every 19th of the month but my generative credits did not renew on March 19 and now I have 0 credits left. How can I solve this? I really need to use credits for a project.

Hi everyone, How do I find my recent projects on firefly ?I had an amazing genereated image yesterday and I couldn't locate it  thanks in advance

New user here. Does anyone know why when i select download all only 2 of the 4 images actuall download? I did not realize this was happening until after I had created and download what I thought was a total of 76 image prompts. So instead of downloading 304 images, i have maybe 152. Some prompts only downloaded 1 of the 4

This is an absolute great editing website I have ever seen

AI is here to change the world and let people express their ideas through the creativity of their thoughts and words. some of us are not talented at drawing or taking pictures but that is not a limit anymore with the generative AI of Adobe Firefly and other software that allow everyone to be more creative by just using our thoughts.

I bought 100 credits per month pack yesterday. But the account says iam exhausted my 125 credits in just 10 hrs. I was generated only 5 images using generated fill. After that i cant generate anthing, getting a popup message that shows buy more credit to continue. please sort out the problem as soon as possible. Thank you

Horses and riders in a group, have random horses legs, erroring on around six legs.  Riders are not scaled to the size of the horse.  Sometimes two riders on one horse disproportionally lengthed.

Why am I getting such errors? Why am I not using it? tell me the solution.

Asked firefly to create a logo for a fictional futuristic organization called Nemesis Degense Corporation. When it returned me images of humans, I added "no humans". No change in results. I tried "no people", "exclude humans", "logo only", and other similar verbage, but still kept getting only images of humans. How do you get it to listen when you tell it not to do something?

i cannot slide the "Strength" and "Visual Intensity" bar in reference panel

Desde hace algunas semanas, inntento generar imágenes con adobe firefly y no me da resultado, me dice que no tengo acceso

It messed up my photo and everything overlapped

Було би до речно надати можливість  перед створенням першої картинки надати можливість користувачу доступу до налаштувань генерації. Дякую.
