This isn't creating the images I wanted to help me as a painter. I asked for my dress lighter and it put me in a sheer dress with black underwear. I'm not happy. It doesn't listen to the prompts

EDIT: SOLVEDI am using Firefly on Google Chrome. I am generating some images as usual. The model is Gemini 2.1 (partner). For each image, vertical format and 1k, is indicated 20 CREDITS. 

I’m trying to Upscale a 2.0 MB image, but am told the file is too big. However, yesterday I had no issues Upscaling a 2.2 MB image. This inconsistency offers no direction on what are the file-size limitations, and severely limits my ability to use this otherwise very nice feature.

I wanted to use AI to animate a door in a photograph I had taken, making it open from the right-hand side. No matter how many times I modified the prompt, it kept opening from the left-hand side instead. I ended up wasting 3,000 credits trying to get it right, and I am extremely frustrated.

Leider scheinen meine Prompts trotz Bezahlung nicht abgespeichert zu werden, deshalb nur aus dem Kopf: Ich wollte eine Animation einer Frau, deren Bauch dicker wird. Bekommen habe ich eine Frau, die ins Bild rannte mit dickem Bauch. Sie sollte etwas traurig aussehen, die KI hat eine heulende Frau dargestellt. Ich habe versucht zu verbessern und geschrieben nur ein bisschen traurig, worauf mir die KI eine lächelnde Frau präsentierte. Das ist keine Umsetzung meiner Vorgaben! Und wenn das Produkt nicht meinem Wunsch entspricht trotzdem jedesmal Credits zahlen zu müssen um dann am Ende mit Nichts dazustehen weil das Video sogar schlechter als besser wird, was ist denn das für eine Geschäftspraktik??? Leidwer stellt Firefly keine Suchhistorie oder sonstwas zur Verfügung, sodass ich keine Screenshots oder genaue Prompts zur Verfügung stellen kann.

Every time I attempt to create a video, I receive the following error message:“Unable to load. We can't process this prompt. Please edit it and try again.”I am using the Kling 3.0 Omni model with 1080p resolution, a 15-second duration, and reference images. The error keeps occurring, preventing me from generating videos.I have tried modifying my prompts, but the issue persists. I would appreciate your help in identifying the cause of this problem and finding a solution.Could you please investigate whether this issue is related to my account, the selected model, reference images, or a technical problem with Adobe Firefly?Thank you for your time and assistance. How do I edit text in an image I created. I click on edit tab and key in my edit and I keep getting a “ something went wrong” message. Please try later. 

Using firefly on iPhone app it’s almost impossible to generate images I keep getting a “slow down “ error on ever model, I’d say for every 20 I try there’s maybe 1 that will generate. It’s beyond frustrating and really disappointing that I’m having to deal with this issue on an Adobe product. I’ve always praised Adobe for their programs but firefly is really making me question my loyalty to the brand.

it wont show the picture it just shows the gray pixilated area so i cant edit a picture  under all options as well Prompt, Markup, etc

After Google searches and looking through the Adobe forums, I see that Firefly issues are rampant. I am spending a fortune for this monthly Creative subscription. They show all of these videos about all the things you can create. So I was excited to take my 4,000 credits and start exploring. First, I want to see the difference between the different engines. So I created a text to image prompt that I wanted to try with each engine and see which I thought was the best. I went through the 4 Adobe engines. Very poor results. They didn’t really follow my prompts and the results were very amateurish. So then I clicked over to the third party engines. I was immediately hit with the message “Slow Down. For security reasons we limit too many generations in a short amount of time. Please try again later”. There are so many things wrong with this message. You don’t have to be an expert! This is for anyone at any skill level. Hello Adobe Firefly Team,I am considering purchasing an Adobe Firefly Pro Plus subscription to create original 3D-style animated children's cartoons using Kling 2.5 Turbo through Adobe Firefly.My goal is to publish these animations on YouTube and monetize them through advertising. Before subscribing, I would like written clarification regarding the commercial licensing terms.Could an Adobe employee please confirm the following? Can videos generated using Kling 2.5 Turbo through Adobe Firefly Pro Plus be legally used and monetized on YouTube? Does the Adobe Firefly Pro Plus subscription provide full commercial usage rights for Kling-generated videos, or would I need a separate paid subscription or commercial license from Kling AI? If I cancel my Adobe Firefly subscription in the future, can I continue using and monetizing videos created during my active subscription? Am I allowed to edit, combine, dub, and publish these videos in both English and Turkish for commercial purposes?
