HiI am subscribed both to the Creative Cloud Photography plan with 1TB and the Adobe Firefly Pro Plus plan. I have unlimited generations with the partner models for images (including gemini, gpt flux etc). However, this does not, for some reason, apply to Photoshop? When I go into PS to use the generative fill and expand function I can see that using partner models, and even Firefly 5 consumes credits, when this is not the case on the web browser for Firefly. Something must be wrong here, can someone help me resolve this? Best,Jack

I have an audio track of my brother singing, and a 720P still image of him as a cartoon.I would like to generate video which animates the image and lip syncs the cartoon with the existing audio.I initially got this warning But eventually got the process started with this prompt:Sync the audio reference to the first frame reference image. Animate the reference image to be playing the guitar, and lip sync the guitar player singing the song. . Maintain the original zoom ratio throughout. The audio to be unchanged. The facial expressions to match the lyrics of the song.Unfortunately Firefly generated new audio, although it did a lovely job of syncing it to the visuals.I used Seedance 2.0The above 720P sized image as the First Image.A 343Kb mp3 of the first 15 seconds of the song.I have attached the resulting mp4.Is it possible to do what I describe above?Is there a secret to laying out the prompt?
When I select any Kling models to generate an AI video it says:You don't have access to this featureYou can contact your admin to request access.
Everytime I try to generate a video, it says something went wrong, try again later
I am a paid US Adobe customer currently in Vietnam. Firefly loads my account and credits, but no features populate.The endpoint https://p13n.adobe.io/ fails with ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED. DNS resolves, but TCP 443 fails. This happens on Chrome, Edge, phone, and with US/Singapore VPN.My Adobe account page also says “Unable to load plans,” and Adobe support chat says “Service Unavailable,” so I cannot reach normal support.Can an Adobe employee please escalate this to account services / Firefly technical support? I need a support case opened because I am paying for a service I cannot access.
When clicking generate, the thumbnails that pop up show as if its been clicked multiple times and credits deminsih if having been clicked multiples times even though i have not

using adobe firefly for text based effect image generation and sometimes the prompt with the style reference and image composition does not work well together. Also sometimes firefly says try again later

Every time I prompted a generative video, I tried a few variations....I just wanted two women waving their hands. That's it. Standing there and just smiling while waving their hands. I tried being that descriptive in the prompt and every.single.time. It had their mouths moving....saying nothing, just moving their mouths up and down. I tried several ways to omit that "feature" and none of them worked. Is anyone else reporting that issue?
I have approximately 4,000 Firefly credits, but every image generation request fails within 1–2 seconds with "Something went wrong. Please try again later." I've tested on Chrome, Safari, Incognito mode, and mobile, and the issue has persisted for two days. Please check my account and ensure my credits aren't lost while this issue is being resolved.

HiI was trying to render few images using Topaz…firefly first charged me 80 credits and then it went up to 400 credits, no fixed amount for generationsSome time its charging more than estimated cost. Its like going to a supermarket and buying items but the final pricing will be decided and my change at the checkout!Where can I find how much I have been charged for each generation I am seeing lesser credits in my account I don't have a record of the lost credits where can i verify that?
The program is not editing the video but is still debiting credits.
