Hi there. When you generate a video clip, once the clip is created it would be great to be able to move to the point in the clip you want to use as a reference for the next generation. Where it says “Modify” in the top left of the clip it would be great to have the option “Save fame as image” or “Use frame as reference image” etc. Then you could create the next clip from that frame, preserving the format… Regards.. Hi folksThis is my first question here and i don’t know yet how to navigate on this site, so sorry if this question has already been asked or if it’s just a dumb question. I’ve been using Image 3 to modify my already existing landscape photos. For example if i wanted to turn my photo to look like watercolor painting i just used Quick Mask Mode > Prompt “Watercolor” and that was it. The results were more or less okay. Good enough.  Since Fill & Expand was released, the same prompt only creates a layer of watercolor paint on white surface. It doesn’t modify my photo at all.I’ve tried the “Turneresque” prompt to make my photos look like a painting of J.M.W. Turner and it just created an image of god knows what. Image 3 creates a slightly Turneresque image. Am i doing something wrong or do i have to switch to Image 3 every time i want to use generative fill for this purpose?Thanks in advance for your help!PS.: I also gave the “Turneresque” prompt to Gemini 3 and the difference betwe

Problem: Firefly ignoring crucial parts of prompts. No collaboration. I spent all my credits and don’t have a usable asset. Perhaps more of a queen bee than a bug, but a consistent issue I’ve experienced in Firefly is that it seems to ignore crucial parts of prompts. As a potential solve, is there anything to be said for it running a no-credit preview with a chat feature where you could conversationally give direction and, maybe more critically, for Firefly to seek clarification over terms/words to erase any ambiguity before committing to the credit loss of a “render”. My specific use case: I want to upload a first frame and last frame and have it interpolate between the two; that’s essentially it. Here’s the prompt:“interpolate as if shot at 120fps and slowed down to 24fps. The video MUST LOOP from the 1st frame to the last frame. The horse's running speed needs to match slow motion/high frame rate slowed down.”The results, from every engine tested, just gave me a horse and rider in a

when i set the genral settins for a 9:16 image use a reference image and starts the generate button it doessnt work and a red message pops up telling me the video must setting in 8 seconds at 9:16 format and thats what i used. 

Why do I keep getting Indian people in every image?  Even when I specify a young white couple I get Indians?  It’s creepy and intentional.  What am I paying for?  You think there a lot of Indians to market to in Kentucky?  If I type black, I get a black couple but it takes 20 prompts before I actually get a white person?  I even tried an other computers.  I don’t care about race but when I need a certain image for a client, I don’t need what you want. me to have.  I need the actual image. 

Adobe tools are built for professional brand work, but Firefly won’t generate outputs that include known brands. This limits its commercial usefulness. Beyond conceptual or non-branded content, what practical use cases is Firefly intended for?

I described an Ig=mage that I wanted  to generate . The image was great and I wanted to add two scuba divers that were the same scale as the other figures in the image as if they were actually y part of it. I tried three times with out success  This was my last instruction and I attach the image. “add two scuba divers one with a lamp and the other with the a camera they should both be swimming around the deck of the wreck and be of a similar size of the other human figure around the deck make sure there is a small stream of bubbles coming for the breathing regulators  of each diver. make them seem part of the image not just stuck on as an after thought. The divers are still too big half the size should be good. firefly does not allow me to input a 160 word prompt

What rights do you have with an Adobe Firefly subscription? I wonder if I have permission to create sound effects in Adobe Firefly AI sound effect generator, such as thunder or birdsong, and use it in my music that I create myself in Cubase and later publish the music on Spotify?

I tried to generate a video and it seems to be working on it. A long time later, it still seems to be working on it, so I cancel the job. It still took my credit.How long am I suppose to wait before canceling the job?How can I claim the credit back?

Hello,I’m writing to formally raise an issue with Adobe Firefly.Firefly is repeatedly consuming my credits, then returning a “Something went wrong” error with no image generated. The credits are still deducted despite the process failing. This has happened multiple times now.To be blunt, this feels borderline unacceptable. I’m effectively being charged for outputs that don’t exist, with no warning, rollback, or recovery mechanism in place. From a user perspective, that’s not a minor bug — it’s a billing and trust issue.I’m unhappy with this experience and would like the credits that were consumed during these failed generations to be reimbursed as soon as possible. I’d also appreciate clarity on whether this is a known issue and what’s being done to prevent it from continuing.Please contact me ASAP to resolve this. I've been trying to find a definitive answer to this but I can’t so I’m hoping someone here might know.When creating content through Adobe Firefly using Veo 3, I have the option for 1080p. My question is if this is native 1080p or upscaled 720p?Thanks,-Richard

I paid for the basic feautures on my account but it still telling me I need to upgrade or something, can you help me fix that real quick
