Ao selecionar a opção vertical quando mudamos para Veo 3.1 nao conseguimos mais selecionar a opção vertical fica travado em widescreen. Quando selecionamos o Veo3,1 Fast a opção é liberado, porem não funciona a imagem de referencia para o primeiro quadro. ressalto que utilizei há 5 dias atrás e estava normal.veo 3.1 fastveo 3,1 

It's impossible to create a video in Kling. I'm doing everything correctly: writing a prompt, uploading the first and last frame, but Kling models won't create videos. Other models work fine, with the same parameters. But Kling doesn't work, it just gives an error and asks to try again later. I only managed to create a video in Kling once, even though I've been trying all day. I'm talking about all Kling models; none of them work.

Every image I upload as the first frame for Firefly Video generation is flagged with the "content credentials" error. Even when I create a completely new, flat white .jpg.

However, when I upload the same image, I receive the following error:“This image has Content Credentials that indicate it can't be used with generative AI features.”This is quite confusing because the image was generated within Adobe Firefly, and I expected it to be fully compatible with other Firefly features like video generation.What I’ve tried:Re-saved the image and re-uploading the imageEvery possible ways exist on internet.Unfortunately, the issue persists.My questions:Why are Firefly-generated images restricted by Content Credentials within Adobe’s own ecosystem?Is there a way to remove or bypass these credentials for internal use?Are there any recommended workflows to use Firefly-generated images as input for video generation?Wo

I used all my generative AI tokens and firefly hasn't generated any images.. Any potential to at least get back my tokens used

First step:After that I click the generate button and then there is a white screen, nothing happens: 

asked it to remove the shadows behind the people, it did absolutely nothing but used 20 credits...tried it twice but no luck ...obviously it does not understand “remove shadows”

The Issue:While using Firefly on an active plan (purchased via Airtel Thanks), I encountered multiple "Network Error / Please try again later" messages during generation. Despite the network returning, the failed attempts never produced images in my "Generation History," yet my Generative Credits were deducted. I now have a zero balance despite having far fewer than my allotted images generated.Support Experience:I contacted a support agent named Shelly, who claimed "Adobe doesn't keep track or records of credits" and that I had simply used them all. The agent then ended the chat abruptly without addressing the technical glitch or the billing discrepancy.Request:I am requesting a manual audit of my account's credit usage vs. successful generations and a restoration of the lost credits. As a doctor who relies on clear communication, being told "no records exist" for a paid digital currency is unacceptable.

What a waste of credits. It totslly ignored my very detailed instructions and the reference photo I uploaded. This AI Video generator needs lots of work! So Fustrated!!!

the firefly works extremely slow, I deleted most of my generated history, as i thought that was what causing the issue. also, there is a grey DOWNLOAD button constantly  popping on my screen 

Hi, As the title says, my artboard keeps all generations of my images.This slows things down considerably.The only solution I've found is to clear my browser's cache and history to get a fresh artboard.Before, the artboard would clear itself every time I left the page for a while. This no longer happens.The same thing happens with the app.I'm using an Android smartphone.Any ideas?Thanks in advance.

I could do it manually faster and not loose credits. The prompt was simply: vectorize this camp logo using only five colors: brown, green, black, yellow, red; use halftone effects to create variations of colors like beige, orange, and grey. Emphasis on print reproduction separation process.

Detailed Description: I have waited more than 24 hours for my Veo 3.1 credits to reset, but the credits did not refresh. The interface shows the “Generate” button turning blue at the reset time, but then the button reloads and turns gray again. When I try to generate, it says “Limit reached” even though more than 24 hours have passed.Steps to Reproduce: Use all Veo 3.1 daily credits. Wait 24+ hours for the reset. Refresh the Firefly page at the reset time. The “Generate” button briefly turns blue, then reloads and becomes disabled. Attempting to generate shows “Limit reached.” Expected Result: Credits should refresh after 24 hours and allow new Veo 3.1 generations.Actual Result: Credits do not refresh, and the system continues to show “Limit reached” even after the full cooldown period.Additional Info: This issue has happened multiple times. I am located in the United States. I have tried refreshing, logging out/in.

Hi, I am reporting a critical UI/UX bug in Adobe Firefly.While using the Upscale feature, there was no clear loading bar. I only saw a tiny, nearly invisible grey dot blinking. I thought it was frozen, so I clicked multiple times.As a result, credits were deducted multiple times for the same task. This is a design flaw. I request a refund of the wasted credits.(Attached: Screenshot of the 'invisible' blinking dot)

I find hilarious that Adobe relies on “moderators” and not actual support but considering the entire industry and Silicon Valley has fallen asleep it’s not surprising. I cannot even begin to use Firefly to generate text to audio after paying $300 only to find out there are no scroll bars. This is an issue across more than one product at Adobe. It’s shameful and everyone that points and says just use Mac is creating nothing more than tension. Not everyone uses a tablet or Apple device. Some people who create using these product use different platforms. I purchased software from a so-called “renowned” company and it literally is completely useless. So, at this point I’m cancelling and getting a refund. Even Adobe is aware of the FTC investigation of their preventing cancellations. If someone else reads this and cannot cancel take it up with Visa, MasterCard or whoever their issuer is and that will settle this ridiculous merry-go-round of idiocy.

None of the generation features are working on firefly for me. Has been yielding errors for a few days already. Tried changing browsers, gen models, nothing.

I didn’t get my full 4000 credits this month. I’m wondering why this happened because I never used them since the start of the new billing cycle.
