Hello experts! I use Nano Banana Pro for my real estate case every day, and I'm currently using Higgsfield AI because PS 1k res isn't enough for me. Is there any way i can generate in 4k? also i am in creative cloud plan and my credits are unused every month because these AI is not usually my expection. so how can i use them with better way?

I’m a bit confused though. When I’m not logged in, I can clearly see the option to use the new Precision Flow (beta) in edit mode in the Adobe Firefly app. However, when I log in with my Enterprise account, Precision Flow isn’t visible at all.Do you know why that might be? Could it be a bug?My first image shows the setup when I’m not logged in, and the second shows how it looks when I am logged in.Markup and Precision Flow visible when im not signed inMarkup and Precision Flow not visible when signed in…?

I am unable to generate an image from a reference image. It isn't working - again - despite my having 3980 credits. It happens every day. It's always something with this program.  I’ve used google chrome and yahoo.  Nothing works, and I have work that needs to be done.  

Respecting  guide image boundaries and general geometry and edges , understanding the target style and requirements while Firefly just ignores it all altogether and makes something while maybe nice looking but totally outside of what I requested.    Looks rather like nice toy than an instrument . In fact I gave up with fierfly for some time already but  still waiting if it might be getting more intelligent?           It took chatGPT a few tries maybe but it really understand what I am asking and does closer and closer with each new iteration  while with Firefly it stay pure  dice throwing all the time.Am I missing something?   Some special wording  technique , special commands  to stay on track? I especially need it to follow my  initial guide image boundaries and specific scale,   an ortho or map  projection  rather than perspective image  recognizing and  following vector shapes.  Chat can do it for example.

and like over half of my renders were total crap.  can i get a partial refund or replacement credits?  or a full refund honestly.

Its giving me error, something went wrong but i just noticed even though its giving error but charging my credits for each attempt. need my balance back and fix the issue.

The number of credits I can use in AI vehicles isn't displayed, so I'm constantly wasting my credits by using too many. My browser is giving an error regarding my credits; I don't think the problem is on my end. Please take the necessary action.

I use to be able to generate speech and save to the wav file to the directory I am working from, changing the file name to the project naming convention we use. Now it is saving to the major windows download directory with the first 3 words as the file. Could you fix this back to the way it was? 

Gemini nano banana pro should not be behind a pay wall when it is free with other generators and or free when I have a google account.

I have only just started reading this forum’s posts in depth, and I am a bit confused.  Do we look at questions as relating only to Firefly in terms of the Web app, or also the Firefly and partner models used via Photoshop?  It’s just that every suggestion I have seem so far is already doable using the appropriate prompt from inside Photoshop.  Does this forum relate strictly to the Firefly models, or also to the partner models available in Photoshop?

I have already paid for the standard Adobe firefly, which gives me 2000 credit, which I haven’t used yet and it keeps on blocking when I wish to generate images 

this was poor service.  im sorry but it says unlimited when i got this.  it should have no limits.

Previously, when generating visuals, it could do everything I told it to do in one go. Now, even if I try 9-10 times, the results are terrible. I'm starting to regret upgrading my credit program...

Firefly is asking me to purchase more credits but I have plenty. It will not generate any content or edits.

What I did was select only the initial and final frames, set the video length to 15 seconds, the resolution to 1080p, and used the Kling 3.0 model. After adding the prompt, I generated the video. The total cost was 375 credits.However, after waiting for more than 1 hour, the video was never generated, but the credits were still deducted from my account. I had to refresh/restart the page afterward.Then I tried generating another video and it worked normally, but when I attempted to generate a new one again, the exact same issue happened: after around 2 hours of waiting, I got no result, and the credits were deducted once more.In total, I’ve lost 750 credits because of this issue. Is there any way to recover those credits or fix this problem?
