Are Adobe Fonts free to use for a client who does not actually have an Adobe CC account?  Asking about the legal guidelines on this. I am the hired freelance designer, but I do not work in-house for them, and they want to establish a brand font, so it would need to be legally available for their internal staff and admin people to use after I leave the project. Obviously it will be tricky for them to install without an Adobe account, but again I'm just asking legally, is it allowed. Thank you, any help is appreciated! 

So then, now that support for type 1 fonts has disappeared, can I ask if anyone knows how to search for Pi fonts as a classification or category in Adobe Fonts? A major weakness of Adobe Fonts is that is doesn't search for enough proper font classifications (eg "Pi" or "Transitional" rather than "Funky" "Fun" etc which are not really typographical terms, in fairness.) If I don't know the name of a Pi font and can't find a suitable one by searching Pi, they how do I find them? If Adobe wants to leave people high and dry, it ought really to offer a lifeline to us. We do pay rather a lot each month for this seemingly diminishing service.

Hivemind, I've been designing movie titles, the credit roll will be implemented directly via the Da Vinci software, this program uses the installed system fonts.Is there a way I can share a workable/installable font file with my colleague, whose program cannot access the adobe font library ?Above mentioned font for the credit roll, which I used in the concept design for the titles, believe is accounted/ I pay for through my subscription ?Grateful for any input.. thoughts and help.Greetings,Caro

I was looking for Source Han San/Serif Simplied Chinese fonts. Very oddly, under 'Source Han Serif Simplified Chinese' page, the fonts are named as: Source Han Serif SC, SC seems the acronym of 'Simplified Chinese'. https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/source-han-serif-simplified-chinese#fonts-section  But then under 'Source Han Sans Simplified Chinese' page, the names are changed to: Source Han Sans CN. https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/source-han-sans-simplified-chinese?ref=tk.com#fonts-section  Ok, and there is another page under 'Source Han Sans CJK Simplified Chinese', the fonts are named as: Source Han Sans SC. https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/source-han-sans-cjk-simplified-chinese#fonts-section  Does anyone know what's the difference between the sans fonts, as SC and CN, and why CJK Simplified Chinese? Hallo, Wir müssen Poppins - Google Fonts, für eine Webseite verwenden und müssen die font natürlich auch lokal auf dem Server installieren. Nun stellt sich die Frage wie genau das eigentlich mit der Schriftstärke funktioniert. Wenn man sich Poppins herunterlädt, hat man 18 .ttf Dateien. Diese müssen nun mit der Elementor Funktion auf dem Server hochgeladen werden. In Elementor kann man auch die Schriftstärke zur jeweiligen Font auswählen. Wie weiß man welche Schriftstärke zu welcher Schriftvariante gehört?Schriftstärke reicht von: Normal, Fett, 100 bis 900. Ist "Poppins-Medium" Schriftstärke 500 ? Oder wie wird das gehandhabt? Ich konnte leider keine Anleitung dazu finden. 

Since I have purchased my Creative Cloud account, I continuously show Adobe fonts missing upon restarting my computer. The only fix I have found is navigating to the fonts.adobe.com site and deactivating/ reactivating the missing fonts, and/or performing this same action through the CC Desktop app. My account clearly shows all fonts activated that are showing to be missing in a given file, which is why I have to deactivate them first before reactivating. This process can take anywhere between 5 minutes and an hour to resolve. I'm sure I have invested 8 to 10 hours in continuously performing this action since I've been using Cloud. Could someone let me know if a potential fix is available or cache-clearing action is required to address this issue? Thank you very much for your help in advance 🙂

The Search by Image link seems to be broken. This is on the main fonts.adobe.com page. I will try the Capture app instead.

How do I import my active fonts in my Cricut Design Space app?

Hallo, ich möchte für all meine Adobe-Programme eine Standartschriftart festlegen, heißt ich möchte nicht jedes mal aus 200 Schriften meine Hausschrift raussuchen. Ist es möglich, dass eine Schriftart standartmäßig für alle Applikationen eingestellt ist?

In Creative Cloud I have activated Goldenbook font. It will not show in InDesign or Illustrator as an option. I have deactivated and reactivated multiple times. In Illustrator, I even went to "Find More" in the the fonts list to instantly activate it. I hit the activate icon and it just says "Activating..." and never really does. What am I missing here??

Is there any other way to subscribe to Adobe Fonts other than the 1TB storage upgrade?I had NO idea that Fonts are bundled together with cloud storage. It makes absolutely no sense to me to bundle Fonts and Portfolio with a 1TB storage upgrade. Other than to pump up the number of licensed users for 'Creative Cloud Services'. Every other cloud storage provider isolates storage a separate charge.

I am looking for ideas to solve a problem with Adobe Fonts. I am having constant problems keeping fonts activated on my home Windows 10 computer. I've been doing lots of t-shirt design work recently in Illustrator and often have problems on the home computer activating fonts and sometimes I get them activated and will close a project and open it again later only to be told I need to activate the fonts again. The strange part is I have an older laptop with my Adobe Creative Cloud suite I use away from home that seems to sync my activated fonts much easier and has fewer issues. I even run a VPN on the laptop and still have fewer problems.I've tried reducing the number of active fonts and doesn't seem to make much difference. Often, I might spend 30 minutes or more trying to reactivating fonts on the home computer when opening projects which might include opening my CC app and checking active fonts on the website and asking the app to activate used fonts... waiting... close said project f

My company designs medical education products and we work with major pharmaceutical companies. Most of the pharmaceutical companies use Veeva Vault as their submission system for medical and legal reviews. We are seeing more and more of our clients move towards using the Veeva Vault system, more specifically Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM). VVPM is requiring InDesign packages to be submitted in order to generate a PDF for the reviewers to use. In the past we were able to simply submit a PDF file for review but now VVPM is requesting the whole InDesign package just so they can generate a PDF and this is making it difficult to submit our projects because of an issue. The issue is with Adobe Fonts. They are not copied over/collected into the fonts folder in the InDesign package. Therefore, the PDF generated by VVPM has font issues which sometimes lead to layout issues. VVPM will substitute fonts if they are not available which will cause overflow text in text frames and make the re

We want to make sure we are onside with licensing for Adobe fonts on our website. How is this handled with our Creative Cloud license? Or do we have to purchase fonts separately for use on our website? And how can Adobe know that we are properly licensed with these fonts? Thanks

Hello, in germany there is a court decision, that webfonts need to be loaclly storaged.Because of this i need to change some website applications and locally store the fonts on my website.How i can do that?I tried to download the files, which are in the css url/src parameter, but it seems not to work. Hope you can help me,thank you very much in advance 🙂

I'm just checking if this is normal. The last few days, everytime I boot up my computer I get a message that a font or two is activated in Adobe Cloud Desktop. Of course when I click on the startup message in windows the message dissapears and opens into the Cloud Desktop, it opens on the manage font page but I don't see the font that is supposedly activated on the list. It's not when I open a program like Photoshop or Acrobat, or when I open a file that has these fonts, just upon boot up of the computer. Is this normal?Cross posted in Adobe Ecosystem.

I am using the Pacifico regular font in Adobe Express and like it for my application so I wanted to use it in Photoshop too, I downloaded the font from dafont.com, installed it on my PC and it works just fine except I nothicd the uppercase L is differnet and of course the style I prefer is what I see in Adobe Express.Any ideas on why this is and if there is a remedy?Thanks.

Does anyone know if they deactivated Rival Sans Black? It was working for me a couple of weeks ago, but now it is not showing up. It has turn my font into Rival Sans with the font style Black. What is odd is that I still have the option to turn on Rival Sans Black from Adobe Fonts website, but when I manage the font it only shows up as Rival Sans and Rival Sans Narrow.

How is it these programs just get worse and worse as times goes on yet the cost goes up and up? F you Adobe. These programs suck, and they can barely run even on a supercomputer. I feel bad for anyone trying to use these garbage programs on an average/subpar computer. Nonstop crashing, glitching, bugs. 24/7. Nobody wants Adobe CC Library superquicksavetoCloud, we all want to save to our desktop. Stop asking, and stop trying to force it. "Community guidelines - Be kind and respectful". No. If you aren't going to respect us, I'm not going to respect you. These programs suck and they get worse all the time. If Adobe had any sort of real competitor I would have switched long ago. Overpriced programs that barely work. Ridiculous. Wish I could buy one of the older versions outright and never have to use these garbage versions ever again. Every program is problematic, it's pathetic. Rant over - and no I don't care if this is the place to complain or not. You guys truly suck.
