I've done some searching for an answer to this question but get a lot of old posts and no clear answers.  I'm using AME CC 2017.I saved a queue of a couple dozen files each with 3 presets to render to.  Now I need to make some changes to the videos and need to re-render the videos. How do I locate and open the saved queue?  It appears there is no option for that - like opening a recently saved file.  What happened to the saved queue?  Some posts say it is a batch.xml file that is overwritten.  Then why give the option to save?What am I missing - or do I have to go back and recreate the queue each time which would be a tedious time wasting task?  Hopefully there is an easy if not obvious solution.

Hi Team Adobe,I want to buy an licenced version of Adobe Media Encoder to run it stand alone or directlyon my windows and Mac Machine. Actully, i don't want to depend on creative cloud to download it. I am looking for exe file, using which i can run AME directly ORi can use that exe file to install and run the Adobe Media Encoder on my machine.Older version of  Adobe Media Encoder would be suitable for me.Please let me know from where i can get of buy this ?ThanksAshishKr

I tried adding effects to a video edited with cuts in Premiere Pro using AfterEffects. After using Media Ecoder for a couple of years to create proxy files I now cannot get it to add my watermark. I'm using ME version 23.1 (Build 81) on a Apple Silicon MacBook Pro.  All permissions are fine. I have tried resizing the watermark file, repositioning it in the frame and I have tried various file formats (other than the usual png) but no matter what I do ME will not add the watermark.  I have tried the watermark file in various folders (just in case there is a permissions glitche). Nothing works.  

Bonjour, mon rendu de ma composition after effect avec médiat encodeur est completement buger. Je rend en H.264 (MP4) et voici mon rendu : La musique se joue normalement. la prévisualisation dans mediat se passe normalement. j'ai tester plusieurs autre rendu d'autre fichier after, je fais face au même problème. j'ai tester le format quicktime et AVI et ces rendus marchent parfaitement.je pensse que cela viens de mon ordinateur, le rendu marche normalement sur les autres machines. Mes pilotes sont à jour, je suis sur windows 11. J'utilise after 24.3, mediat 24.3. 

So, I tried everything that the community said, but nothing can fix this. So in After Effects I see one color, and when I go to Media Encoder, same color... but the final step (render), doesnt seem the same color I saw. Someone can help me?  

I am transcoding a video captured from a DV tape on an avi file (no compression (13G/hour)).  The original video plays fine on windows media player, vlc. No matter what options I choose in adobe media encoder, the resulting audio is either distorted (high pitch chipmunk like) or missing.  I chose several of the standard profiles with the same result. I have an old copy of windows movie maker and it is able to produce good quality audio.Anyone have recommendations on what my issue is? Thanks,

I'm using the latest version of Media Encoder on Windows 11, and I have saved a few presets, but so far they are never in my User Presets list as they used to be.  Does anyone know how to fix this, or are they listed somewhere else now?  Thanks!

I'm trying to render a 5.30 minute clip edited on Ae through Me; it's taking about 30 hours to render because CPU usage is 90-100%, GPU 1-2%. Render settings:H.26460fpsVBR pass 1 is set to 40 mbps.Footage is from YouTube in .webm  Even on parts that have effects like magic bullet looks, s_filmdamage, and turbulent displacement (the rest of the edit is simple with subtitles and an emoji png), GPU is not used. What's the use of GPU encoders and decorders when they're not used at all?How can I increase render speed? Everything is set to CUDA renderer 

Hi, I would like to encode my project from After Effects with Media Encoder, but it says: Adobe Media Encoder has encounteres an unexpected error and cannot continue. What can I do? Media Encoder is also not starting as Standalone. Renderqeue in After Effects is working.I am working on windows 10, AE and MC are newest versions, nvidia graphics driver is newest.I am stuck.Cheers, Albert 

When opening the Media Encoder application, an error message appears:- Error:Could not load library: sx32w.dll.  What should I do?

Hi everyone,I'm facing an issue with exporting a sequence from After Effects. The requirement is to export it as an mp4 file without audio, using the H.265/HEVC codec. Additionally, the target size is 12032px x 96px, with a frame rate of 60 fps and a duration of 20 seconds, as it's intended for display on an LED strip. I realised this today. It's not the first time this happened to me.I had to leave the PC to render overnight. Project from AE. (besides all renders in ME are painfully slow, for example if I put same source files into Premierepro and export directly from there it takes fraction of the time )So I started exporting. estamined time was 7 hours. When I was leaving the PC 4 hours passed, 3 hour left. I turned off screen and left.In the morning ( about 8 hours later)  after turning on the screen I noticed that export time got stuck. 4hours passed, but estamined time was now 10 and half hours... Just afterwards the progress bar and passed time started to move again.( my media server has power options set to never go to sleep, never turn on screensaver, all power savings are turned off) I'm used to render a lot overnight ( not just video )  and this ( and slows renders from ME in general ) it's really annoying. Does someone experience a similar issue? is there any solu

Hi, Can anyone explain why everytime I use media encoder my program monitor closes down in Priemer Pro? I then have to go to Windows>Workspaces>Editing to open my workspace EVERYTIME I use media encoder? Why? This has been happening for around a year.  I thought it was a bug but I guess it's not? Thanks, David

I made an animation in Adobe Animate, and exported it to Adobe Media Encoder, the preview looks fine and just as I want it to, but when I open it depending in what program, it either has a black screen with slight glitches or just a straight up black screen. I have tried many settings such as changing from software to hardware, different presets in both animate and encoder, resetting preferences, I genuinely don't know what to do

I'm pretty sure that you used to be able to preview your content in Media Encoder but I can't seem to be able to do that now.So I can select a range to be exported but I can't actually watch what my selection is!Is that really the case? How am I supposed to select the bit I want to export based on the audio?Or simply know exactly what I'm exporting? Why isn't there a play button in the export settings window???????

This error happens to me constantly when trying to create proxies for 4k footage (usually happens on longer clips 4+ minutes in length). I've already tried every different proxy preset ingest setting, even made a few of my own in Media Encoder. Nothing seems to work, errors out at the same timestamp.  Posting Media Encoder logs as well as system specs, not the best PC but this still shouldnt happen, please let me know if anyone can help !  I'm using Media Encoder V.22.0 and Premiere V.15.4.1

Hi,So, we already have the 2024 version of the encoder. Nevertheless, to my shame, I still cannot figure out all its rich possibilities. I found out that there is no special filter for deinterlacing. But so far I can't find a way to add something from the filters that are installed in Premiere without opening it. So, how can I use the filters installed directly in the encoder? When I start it, I see their list running through, but where are they, how do I apply them?Thanks.

When I export MP4 from AME, it will not play in Media Player, but will play in MPC-HC.  I looked up a "fix" for this, and it says to use hardware accellerated encoding.  Well, the preset settings show Progressive checked but grayed out, and if I try to change the Encoding Settings from Software to Hardware encoding, I get an error message "Your system's hardware does not support hardware accellerated encoding for the current settings."  I'm following the same workflow that has always worked before, which is rendering to Quicktime Animation compression and compressing to MP4 in AME. I'm on the latest version of AME on a new computer with i9-14900K and RTX 4080 Super GPU.  I just updated the driver to see if that would fix it, but it didn't.  I tried disabling the checkbox shown disabled in the Preferences Media tab to see if that would turn off Hardward Encoding and fix the problem, but it had no effect.  It's not that I particularly need it play in Media E

I have exported a few videos from Premiere Pro CC 2019 through Media Encoder that don't have the color grading in them. I have done research online and followed some directions. My custom luts were in a folder, in my movies folder. I then copied and pasted them into the proper folders inside of Premiere Pro and Media Encoder (LUTs-Creative forlders). I even removed the lut and reapplied them from the dropdown inside Premiere Pro under the creative tab.All apps are up to date. Exporting inside Premiere works as it should and fine for quick couple minute exports but anything I export with some denoising done takes forever so I need this to work properly. Hi! I am converting hundreds of video files which get posted to YouTube. We remove the raw background noise using Encoder and apply a still watermark. This is good.I would like to replace the audio with the same audio file, with a voice and our business music theme (no copyright issue). I do not see an option in Encoder to replace audio.Does anyone have a workflow to do such a thing? I don't want to reformat the video file - just replace the audio. Has to be part of an "automated" process. Files go to a folder. Media Encoder does its thing, gets uploaded to YouTube with very little interaction by this tire human - because I am doing hundreds of these every few weeks.Thanks!
