As you can see on the fps tab theres no 240fps option, which I find a bit funny as 300 exists, how do I export in 240fps?

Dear Adobe and readers,For several weeks, I've been coping with inconsistent and unexpected render errors using Adobe Media Encoder to render After Effects Compositions.The error code: -1609629695 seems unfindable, searched high and low, without succes.Most annoying part is, sometimes it works flawlessly for 2 days straight, sometimes it stops working mid-day, sometimes a reboot helps for a short time, or a flush of the ame pref-folders.What DOES work:- Rendering premiere sequences through AME (as long as it doesn't have .aep files in the sequence)- Rendering directly from After Effects- Converting .mov files to h.264 through AME (been my workaround)I have a daily average of about 50+ renders through Media Encoder, so it's really grinding my gears. I tried all of these things already:- update GPU- Disable GPU- Other Filepath (Desktop, HDD, SSD, Dropbox folders, Documents)- Other codec (Several HEVC and Quiktime Codecs)- Roll-back AME (tried 5 versions)- Roll-back AE (tried 5

Good afternoon, I recently had my fancy "all the bells and whistles" computer stolen out of my car in the city of angels. Now I'm working with a windows 8.1 pro equipped acer aspire v with 4 gigs ram and very little bells and whistles. I'm working on a 15-20 minute project which consists of panasonic p2 or  more specifically dvcprohd 720p 60. I normally export videos of the sort as .mp4 -> h.264 with a medium or high bit rate. Took a long time to export on my old computer. and now I have to export it on my new, less equipped computer. I've exported videos in the 2 minute range before and it took upwards of 5-15 minutes. This brings me to a few questions.1. what would you suggest i do? I can't really transcode that much because that brings me back to spending a lot more time than i should be. 2.  I've been doing research on codecs and what not. I already know .mp4 is the greatest of all time format for youtube but in doing research i think a different format would help

Hi there,Is it possible to export a WebM video in VP9 with a transparent background from AME?I have tried a few things and can't seem to get the alpha channel included in the export. AME Version:  22.4 (Build 53) on Windows 10 Methods i have tried: Importing PNG sequence and export Webm VP9 - exports webm but no alpha channelConverting MOV to webm vp9 - same result, exports but no alpha Non AME approach:I managed to use FFMPEG in GITBash (command line) to stitch the png sequence together and export a webm vp9 with alpha and it worked fine — but it would be much easier for my team to be able to just use Media Encoder for the process of making small looping videos with transparency for websites.Im wondering now if this is even possible in AME. 

So frustrating! I am up to date with both character animator and media encoder. I spent all this time creating a scene and now it won't export! What is the issue? Hi guys, I`ve exported a video of my friend playing the guitar but you can hear the music track only from certain devices, while with others you don`t hear anything at all... any idea?

Problema muito antigo que nao foi resolvido até hoje. Nao dá pra entender. Se eu aplico um LUT no Lumetri do Premiere e mando exportar pelo Encoder o LUT nao é incorporado na exportacao. Nao tem explicacao pra pasta Lumetri do Encoder nao ser sincronizada com o Premiere e outros programas da Adobe. Alias, a pasta Lumetri devia ser unica.

Estou tentando renderizar um video, mas estou tendo esse desafio!! Como posso resolver isso?Estou usando um Macbook M1

Quando codifico un video l'audio non si sente o fa un fastidioso rumore. Il video va benissimo.Ho windows 10 pro 64 bit.L'audio esce dalla mia scheda in spdif ottico. Ho settato l'audio in windows togliendo tutte le spunte in dts e dolby digital. In tutti i miei altri programmi l'audio funziona benissimo. Non funziona solo in Adobe. Come devo settare l'audio in Adobe?Grazie.

Hi, Each time I restart my media encoder, the default renderer resets to software only. How do I keep the default renderer to CUDA? It's annoying to change it everytime.

I have been trying to sene export from Premiere Pro to AME and had no luck.I can start AME on its own or even Premiere Pro will promot AME but the request/queue won't transfer.For last several days, I have been trying to create proxy files for the projects I am working on and no luck...I talked to someone from Twitter *Adobe Help account but they said try from different account on my Win11 device with help of IT team...? Still don't understand who to describe that to my IT team?Anyone else having similar issues and possibly have solution to this?This is causing some major delays on my end which is horrible.AME ver22.4 build53, Ppro ver22.4 build 57Windows 11 11H2 OS on customized PC tower  

For several weeks now, I have not been able to open Adobe Media Encoder. This is what I get on the splash screen.This happens both when I try to send a project from After Effects or Premiere, as well as when I try to open the application directly. This is on a Mac, all my CC apps are up-to-date. 

Currently, AME creates a folder NEXT TO the .aep file with renders inside. (This is my "01 Project" folder) Is it possible to set media encoder to, by default:1. Go to parent folder of .aep file.2. Place render in an "04 Renders" folder I used to do stuff like this with MS DOS, surely it's possible.  

Hello, I am looking to render all my 4K footage into clips to be able to edit videos for youtube.I have not found the right codec where I am able to split the audio tracks. Only with Quicktime, but those files are too large. Can anyone help how to create Pro Res or H.264 and get split Audio files? thank you!

There's a time when you know a company just doesn't get it.The latest update has clealry shown us that Adobe has nothing better to do with its time except confuse and upset creators.In all previous incantations of the program, when you exported your project from your timeline, the program would default to in-out. Now, Adobe just acts dumb and exports your entire project.WHY?Yesterday, I exported what i thought were 4 seperate sections of an action sequence. I should have known i was in trouble when I saw each file was the exact length.Today my sfx guy emailed me to let me know all four files I sent were the same one. Yeah, my fault for not double checking. Today when I was trying to export an mp4 from After Effects, Media Encoder kept failing to export. I tried it on all 3 settings (cuda, opencl, and no acceleration) and it all gave me the same problem. I tried exporting it as a quicktime but it also failed. My After Effects file is very simple and I don't think it has anything that should be causing issues. I've never had this problem before. I attatched a picture of the error message I'm getting. 

Hello!the screen in attach shows the setup:-32 bit per channel-linear workflow.. I cant find soloutions for right colors in Media Encoder..Direct AE export works fine -but there is no H.264..(system: windows10 / AE 2020 / file: 32bit corona render export from cinema4d) 

Is there a way to stop an in-progress render while keeping the video file that has been created up to that point and being able to view it? Sometimes I'd like to stop a render but keep the output file as a usable video. I guess I'm asking if you need to have the render complete to get a useable video, and if not, if there is a way to end the render progress while keeping said file.

Gostaria de baixar a versão 2020 do programa, similiar a versão do after que eu uso. Estou a ter esse tipo de problema. Como resolver ?
