I have Media Encoder downloaded and installed on my laptop, but when I try to export media from Premiere Pro via ME, I get an error message that says ME is not installed. What is the problem?
"Warning: Font BebasNue Regular missing" comes up when loading a Premiere Pro project into the queue. The font is used in the video briefly, came from one of the text title presets. Encoding proceeds until 3% remaining then stops. Does not happen if this font is not included. I checked Fonts online and my account is enabled / synched with this font listed as available. I uninstalled, re-installed, synched, but the same problem occurs. I'll change the font in the project to something else that works, but how about it? This isn't the first time that Encoder has become unglued from some fonts.
Hi guys need at little help I'm running Premier Pro 14.8.0 on an iMac 27" 3.4GHz i7 with 32GB Ram (Mid 2011) but it will only run OSX High Sierra 10.13.6. When I try to export my work via queue, it tells me the media encoder is not installed I have watched a few YouTube vids on work arounds. however, this relies on a compatible version being installed. If I try to export via the export button the video is a total washout it like watch still frames What I would like to know is it possible to download previous versions of AME and rollback PP to a version that will be compatible AME and then lock both items to stop the creative cloud app from updating them. For the time being Photoshop, InDesign and Dreamweaver all work fine
ServusI have reached an upload limitation after 100 automated uploads in Media Encoder to youtube.is the upload limit set by adobe or by youtube? my guess is youtube but you never know 🙂anyone knows?thanks a lot "error": {"code": 400,"message": "The user has exceeded the number of videos they may upload.","errors": [{"message": "The user has exceeded the number of videos they may upload.","domain": "youtube.video","reason": "uploadLimitExceeded"
i've tried to render a 20 second video multiple times through AME and even through AE's built in rendering system but it always goes halfway then fails on AME and in the case of AE it goes halfway and crashes. i've tried clearing space on my laptop, clearing the disk cache on AE, reducing file size through my AME render settings, etc. and it keeps failing. i have about 20 gbs available on my laptop. it only renders about 09 to 12 secs every time before it fails/crashes.
Adobe Media Encoder v 22.1.1 is now available for download from the Creative Cloud Desktop app. This update includes hardware acceleration support & multiple bug fixes. To update the app, open the Creative Cloud desktop application and click the Updates tab on the top left. Find Media Encoder in the list and click Update. New features ProRes hardware acceleration on Apple M1 Pro/Max Hardware-accelerated ProRes is now up to 5x faster on new Apple silicon Macs. Exports for 4K and 8K ProRes are much improved on new MacBook Pros with Apple M1 Pro and Apple M1 Max chips. Hardware acceleration for hi-res HEVC on all Apple M1 systems Media Encoder exports for high-resolution HEVC are faster with macOS 12 on M1 Macs. Hardware encoding is now enabled for DCI 4K and 8K HEVC exports, resulting in significantly faster performance. Here is what we've fixed in version 22.1.1 Hang when using After Effects 22.0 compositions in Pr
When I use Adobe Media Encoder to export h264 mp4 files using the Hardware Encoder, I noticed a gamma shift on playback that was really driving me insane. After a little sleuthing, I determined the cause was due to the resulting file not including the following information that had been present in the source mov and mp4 files:- Color range- Color primaries- Transfer characteristics- Matrix coefficientsThe difference was easily visible when I used After Effects Render Queue to export ProRes 422/422HQ/4444 mov files...these all render and play back as expected, so ProRes had been my workaround for uploading to various websites (including YouTube, Facebook, SmugMug). As a quick test, I switched to the H.264 Software Encoder and, sure enough, the expected data gets properly encoded in the mp4 files:- Color range : Limited- Color primaries : BT.709- Transfer characteristics : BT.709- Matrix coefficients : BT.709These mp4 files now play correctly in every player I have tried them in (VLC, Win
Dear all I have managed to compress a 712mb MP4 to 145 mb H.264 after following a tutorial on you tube and making a cusom preset. The results are not bad at all, excpet, the sound is now out of sync :-(. I thought I would be clever and opened my shrunk video in pro, I was able to sync up the video but when I went to export I was back at my big video file again!! Can anyone offer any exaplanmation as to hjow I can sync this up or what I need to change in my preset to make the sound sync up in the first place I have to stay within the adobe suite so cant wash this through any third party software.
Good day, Im getting this error when i send my project from AE to media encoder via the AME Queue kink in AE.So basically it opens Media Encored and loads the file in there. But as soon as you try to click the preset or start the render it gives me this error. It searches for a while then just pops this error. (Could not read from source. Please check the settings and try again) Please see attached picture
When I complete a project and proceed to Export, it allows me to choose MPEG4 format but renders the video with a 3GP extension. The devices I work with do not read the 3GP extension. It has to be MPEG4. I looked to see if I could change the setting but found nothing. Attached is an image on the Export screen. I have no idea how to change this and need assistance!
I've animated gifs with Photoshop and Media Encoder but those are not in the same quality! I'd checked "Use Maximum Render Quality" in Media Encoder already but Photoshop exports better one.
No Output Preview is visible during HLG Encoding.
There are at least 2 times that Adobe Media Encoder steals focus from foregrounded windows, even when minimized, and even if AME is already the foregrounded window (basically resetting focus from itself). In any variation, it is extremely annoying, prevents me from getting any work done until the behavior subsides, and potentially can have disastrous consequences if typing, dragging, or clicking something important (for example, the behavior would cause the user to fail a foregrounded biometric typing verification). 1) After starting an item in AME's queue, or upon reaching the 2nd VBR encoding pass, the Queue panel will flash focus for about 30 seconds afterwards. Even if the Queue panel already has focus. Entering AME and selecting the Queue panel to "satisfy" it has no effect.2) After a queue item is completed, the Encode panel will flash focus for about 30 seconds afterwards. Even if the Encode panel already has focus. Entering AME and selecting the Encode panel to "satisfy" i

I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it, it didn't help! It started recently! I noticed that the After Effect is slightly different in version AE 22.01IU 22.0. What should I do? Helpeeeee !!!!!
Hi everyone, this is not a joke. How much cost Adobe Media Encoder as a single application monthly? Is it possible to get the answer in Euro?
I’ve been looking into the Effects panel in AME and I found a way to overlay Images on export. Is there anyway to composite an Image in the back of the clips using AME? Or even just a solid colour.Looking for a way to make efficient preview files out of my clips with alpha, that doesn’t burn them all in with a Black background. Ideally it can be done with the watch folder for an even more optimized workflow!
My company use the XDCAMHD 1080i50 codec in an .mxf wrapper as a delivery format. We use windows computers in the studio to edit and export material, and Macbook Pro for our people in the field. Using the same preset in Media Encoder as the windows computers, the Macbooks sometimes produce files with errors. They appear as lagging in the image in everything from half second blips one time during the whole file to lags once every 2-3 seconds throughout the file. On close inspection the "lags" are really frames playing in the wrong order. Example, it will play frame 4-1-2-3-8-5-6-7. The errors are inconsistent, but will only occur on Macbooks. You could get 4 good files from a machine and one bad. Several exports from the same machine using the same raw material will produce errors in different places in the file. Have anyone encountered this?
I've been running into a bunch of render hangs in Media Encoder 22 with a few of my projects, and I've been wondering if there's a way I can export a project from After Effects 22 (just what I've been working in), and queue the render in AME 21, or really any supported older, and more stable version. It doesn't look like there is any option to choose which version to favor if I have them both installed, and it will automatically try to queue the export in AME 22 even when it's uninstalled? (I get error 5027::12 when I try.)Is this an option to work between versions, or do I need to work from both AE 21 and AME 21?
Are there any known bugs, or have issues been fixed so far with Media Encoder?I am still on Mac Catalina

I have a watch folder set up within Media Encoder 2020, I've noticed that sometimes the encoder will look as though it is finished, and it uploads to my Vimeo account, however it has only encoded the first minute or so of the video, then running the same file through again it completes the full video, has anyone else experienced this? Most of the exports come out of Avid Media Composer. Currently running on macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6.
It has come to my attention that after updating my Premiere pro and Media Encoder to the newest version [2022], it cannot export my video whilst using H.264 file format. It is so frustrating seeing that after several hours spent - it cannot be finished due to having export error. What I want to know is: 1. Are there any alternative routes to make it work? 2. How to fix this? On rendering with Adobe Media Encoder, from an After Effects project which uses a 20.0 fps frame rate (there are other videos from the client that also use non-standard frame rates that I colud have chosen), Media Encoder with "Match Source" selected puts the frame rate at 23.976 fps instead of 20.0 fps (the actual source frame rate). Note: I am rendering to the H264 codec.1) Why does Adobe Media Encoder not match the source frame rate in this case? It says "values may be constrained by the output format" but as far as I know, there is nothing about the H264 codec that limits it to just what Media Encoder has in it's very limited list box of 12 frame rates. Note. 20.0 fps isn't in the list box. Nor are other frame rates which I have also wanted to use. What if I want to use any frame rate from eg. 5.0 fps to 120.0 fps for outputting with H264? Note: The original source video the client sent is AVC (same as H264) High@L3.1, 20.0 fps.2) Is there any way to make Media Encoder use the corr
I'm using a TNT drive to encode locally saved videos and save them on an amazon s3 drive. Whenever I try to import mov files, I get this message which also says "please check that the file exists with correct permissions. I checked, and they do. I even renamed the mov to mp4 because I read somewhere that worked for someone else.I reinstalled AME, and nothing is working. Please help
