I use Adobe Podcast to clean up and enhance my clients podcast files and it has been an amazing service to offer our clients. If there are multiple speakers, we process their audio files seperately to ensure the software isn't confused by the multiple voices during overlaping conversations. We've noticed phantom sounds randomly appearing during long silent gaps in the audio when the one speaker we're processing is listening to the other speaker. We have to go in and cut those bits out which adds an additional step to the workflow. **No, it's not picking up the other speaker at a low level and trying to enhance it, these audio files are clean and completely isolated from each other.** I know ai processing is being used to clean up the audio by replicating the speakers voice to help improve the quality, but it sounds like that system gets confused during those long silences and creates these phantom vocals. Hi Adobe Support/Team,I’m having trouble downloading my enhanced speech file from Adobe Podcast. I have premium access and was able to use the online Enhance Speech feature successfully once. However, for my recent attempts, I haven’t been able to download the enhanced file.The audio is about 13 minutes long (around 19.8 MB). I also tried splitting it into two shorter clips, but the issue persists. I’ve been trying for the past three days. When I click the Download button, nothing appears in my Downloads folder (where the previous file was saved successfully). Could someone tell me how to fix this issue? Thank you for your help!

We all understand that running AI servers isn’t cheap, and even paid models can’t offer truly unlimited usage. But the sheer number of restrictions placed on paying users feels excessive—especially for a podcast-focused service.A 1GB file limit, a 2-hour cap per file, just 4 uploads a day, and only one mic input for recording? That’s not just inconvenient—it’s creatively stifling. These constraints make it hard to produce anything beyond the most basic content, and they seem out of step with what podcasters actually need.If we’re paying for a premium experience, it should feel like one. Right now, it feels more like we’re renting a sandbox with half the toys missing.

enhance speech is not allowing more than 4 uploads in a single day. i have premium acess. whats the issue?

I'm digging the option to export podcasts as an animated audiogram with the transcripts. However, I would love to be able to translate the captions to another language, to be able to post episodes to multiple audiences. Is it a planned feature?

Is there a way to add a pause between words when editing an audio file in Adobe Podcast studio?

hello I am new to the community . I have just put together a video for my wife and absolutely fantastic result with the adobe podcast enhnce speech feature - its justso fantastic. i have not upgraded yet so just using the basic , just one thing in this video I have done the sound is excellent and its cut out the echo in the barn and it sounds like professional mic's were used but when the guy is being interviewed when he laughs (at around 6seconds in and 1minute32 seconds) as you can see when he laughs adobe enhance speech has cut out his laughing and the sound/audio is just blank! - maybe enhance speech is picking his laugh up as unclean audio and muted it? - but what would be the solution for this. would upgrading to the subscription sort it out? and how would I do it? many thanks.Andy.

I've noticed recently that audio is clipping after being processed.I'm uploading audio in .WAV @ 16bit 48kHz. The original file is not clipping, loudest peak is about -6dB.Has anyone else had the same issue?

Uploaded my audio file to be enchanced, it isn't getting uploaded and its infinitely loading, tried using both phone and pc

What is Chrome desktop? Closest thing I found is:Not going to be running that. I like the product's performance but this is amatuer hour stuff.  I am still in the free 30 day period but still very annoying--I guess you have 30 days to fix it. Firefox support is required folks. 

I was working on my podcast in Studio when I was suddenly logged out and received the message: “XXX@XXX.com doesn’t have access to this project.” Since then, I can no longer access this podcast—or any of the other podcasts I’ve created previously. I’ve already tried logging out and back in, but the issue persists. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this? I need to deliver the final version of my podcast within the next 1–2 days. 😞

I just get the audio file + filters on the left column... but if I change the balance, nothing happens...

The files sound fantastic from the website but once they're downloaded the exported file quality is a very low 48kbs MP3 format.  Is there a way to at least get 128kbs or 320kbs or preferably a WAV format?  

As a new user of this product and a new member of the group, I have to admit that coming from a radio background, I was initially skeptical about the potential output. However, I've been very pleasantly surprised! The way it handles audio condensing and the production value it offers for a home studio make it a great plugin. When paired with the ability to remove unwanted background noise, I consider this a significant step in the right direction for the brand. Overall, it's a fantastic production suite for the creator. Nice job.

Hello, I am hoping someone can help.  I recorded a podcast using Adobe Podcast.  Recording and editing went well.  I hit record again to a 23 sec closing statement and it is not transcribing and now it is perpetually stuck in loading mode.  I can hear the audio, but there is not transcription. The loading circle will spin for hours if I allow it.  I have cleared all cookies, restarted and rebooted my laptop as well as trying different browsers and nothing.  Since it is stuck in Loading, I am uable to download the MP3 file. Has anyone experienced this before? This took great effort scheduling with mulitple people and would be highly difficult to re-record due to scheduling challenges.  Thanks! Michelle

 click download, it changes to downloading then back to 'download' and nothing's happened. I tried on Firefox and Chrome on desktop  Any solutions?

File extension or content not currently supported for enhancement

Adobe Podcast touts being able to identify and separate speakers, however it is not doing it for my .wav file.  It won't even allow me to edit and add in where a new speaker should be with the edit function.  There seems to be very little tools on the podcast page.  I have paid for the upgraded podcast version. Can someone tell me how to get the speakers to be separated when translating?

When enhancing audio on podcasts of two independently microphoned speakers who are live in a studio or in the field (even with the best microphones) the enhance speech tool is often unusable.It is unusable even when there is no cross talk (two people talking at the same time)This is because in the audio file for each microphone all throughout the conversation the microphone will still pick up a faint trace of the other person speaking and try to bring it to the foreground.This creates a LOT of extra work hours in a long format podcast and often makes the tool more trouble than it is worth.There are some 3rd party ai tools already doing this so I'm imagining the team at adobe can easily adopt this feature.I have contacted these 3rd party companies and they do use models that train on the material which is problematic and unethical for most podcasts that do not have subjects sign agreements to allow their voice being used to train ai models.If there was a tool to simply split the audio (

Hello everyone, I have purchased the Enhance Speech subscription and I wanted to clean up old Persian audio files with this program, but unfortunately the output of these files is very incomprehensible and has sounds (for example, a semi-mute person trying to speak) that are very strange and drawn out for a Persian-speaking listener. Please advise what I can do to fix this problem. (This problem exists in both version 1 and version 2)Thanks

I click on Download for the enhanced audio and the button changes to downloading and then reverts back to download.  I have deleted recordings and then reuploaded but it makes no difference. I have Premium access.

For about a week-and-a-half now, any time I upload a file to Enhance Speech, it fails immediately without any explanation; It just says “Enhance failed” alongside the name of the file I’ve uploaded. I’ve ensured the files are all M4A files, no larger than about 500mb, and have even tried enhancing files I’ve successfully enhanced in the past. I’ve tried this across two different computers (one PC and one Mac), and three browsers: Chrome, Edge, and Safari. All browsers are up-to-date, and I’ve cleared the cache and search history  on each. There was a recent post about this made by another user that’s marked as being solved, but doesn’t offer any repeatable steps to fix, and doesn’t explain what fixed the issue. Can someone please help?

i was sent a podcast recording and they insist that they are on seperate channels however, they are both in the same track.  So, is there a way to remove the much louder speaker so I can hear the second one?  I can then put both tracks into my software and level them out.  Thanks.
