I was so excited when I found this app because I am entering a lot of recipes from my cookbooks into MealBoard, a meal planning app. I was happy to take a picture of the humorous descriptions of recipes and the directions so I could copy/paste instead of typing everything by hand. At first I went recipe by recipe but I thought it would be good to be able to do more on the go by having all recipes saved in Adobe. So I took pictures of all the recipes to be saved in a single document. This totaled 71 pages, some sore muscles from holding my iPad and the book where they would get the least glare, and about one and a half hours of my time. When I finished, I was relieved to be done with that major hassle, only to discover that it wouldn’t take text from documents more than 25 pages long and furthermore, there was no way to split it up into three documents. If I tried to go back, it warned me it would delete the whole thing, so I had only two options that I could see: delete 2/3 o

Hi, new forum user here. I'm having an issue at the moment where I have tried to share pdf files from my document cloud to my Facebook page. I can open the pdf, click share and create a link to the file and then paste it into a Facebook post. However if I click on the link or if any page visitors click it we get an error message (see screenshot below). I tried restarting my device - no change. I signed out of my Adobe account and signed back in and this fixed one file link but when I repeated the process with another file I get the error message again. Can anyone help resolve this issue please?

After I scan a document I cannot find it after I save it as a pdf and try to put it in my drive. The app. Used to let me do it but not anymore. What is different? How do I get my scanned document to show up in my scans?

Scans done in December have disappeared/deleted. How do I get them back?

A 56 page Bank of America annual statement  is not being saved. It disappeared while I was saving. How do I retrieve? 

How do you save or convert to jpeg images? If this app can't do it, can someone recommend a free app which does?

Hi I was recently logged out and lost all last scans? Is there a customer service that can help??! When I re logged in everything was gone. 

So I scanned a document today using Adobe scan using my phone, but after I saved it to by Gmail Drive I made some space on my phone and accidentaly deleted the Adobe scan folder (in Adobe scan) before I edited it. The scan settings were set to change the pages to Auto Colour instead of Original. So my conundrum is that I need the files to reflect the originals, but how do I put the saved file back into Adobe scan to change this if it is at all possible?

Dear Developers, I find Adobe Scan App a really handy and useful application, I use it much in my everyday work. However, it would be even better if it's OCR would work also for Hungarian. There are already some minor languages there, e.g. Czech, so you could perhaps include also Hungarian among the many languages the OCR feature uses.Thanks, in the name of thousands of Hungarian users

 

I'm trying to upload a scan of my passport for an online visa application and the odd is too large it needs to be max 300kb. How do I make the scan smaller please?

I have scanned paper using adobe scan and shared the url. After sharing the file I have deleted the pdf from my adobe cloud. I expected the share url to be no longer intact, but I was still able to access the file. This means that the file I have deleted still remains in the adobe cloud server. The file contains sensitive personal records so I am worried about a possible security breach. Can anyone help with this issue?

Can't I save the scanned files as pdf directly to my device and not to the cloud. Please help me in this issue!

Adobe scan honestly is an intelligent app. It will be perfect if there is a feature for scanning book such that the image scanned would be flattened. The outcome would be like two flat paper, instead of a book curved.

Ever since I installed the app on my android phone (Asus Zenfone MAx Pro M1), the app's camera has been lagging due to which every time I need to create a pdf, I have to click the image via my phone camera app separately and import the photos to Adobe Scan. Please provide a fix.

Paid for enterprise subscription and adobe bundle for iPhone and iPad—nothing works on mobile device. Adobe scan scans but won’t save pdf. Can comment on a pdf but can’t share it. I get stuck in endless loops of signing in through enterprise subscription.     [Title renamed by the moderator]

I am a newuser. After saving  to pdf, the application remains waiting  with the message that is charging the document cloud, or something like that.I tried for 3 times, but I could not have my pdf document.

Hello, I would like to make suggestions to your application. 1. I would love to have the collage plugin come. 2. Automatic scanning templates for ID and passports   Pastes both sides of the ID card to an A4 sized document. This type of printout is widely used for opening bank accounts, applying for credit cards and more.

Dear Adobe Community,  i have raised the feature request at Adobe concerning adding the address field to the possible fields for Business Card Scans via Adobe Scan App. This would help us a lot. I havent received any feedback yet. Maybe this post will help. It would be nice to get some feedback 🙂
