I am designing my portfolio in Adobe XD. Can someone please tell me what the size measurements are to have an a4 sized PDF file. I am going to design my portfolio for employment, and export it to PDF   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hey guys , so I've been struggling with this problem about a week .So my fonts that I installed manually on my computer didn't show up in adobe XD but I used those fonts in other adobes app like photoshop and illustrator .BTW I don't use any font manager and also my windows is 10 and the build is : 19043My adobe version : 41.0.12.11First thing you need to do is enable you windows font cache service . so you can access services By pressingwin+R and in the field you need to enter : services.mscafter that you  need to find the windows font cache service and enable it. In case enabling windows font cache services didn't help  you so this is the second way :If your adobe XD is running you need to close it and then delete those font that is not showing up in adobe XD and after that you should install those fonts again .  Note : Always keep your adobe XD up-to-date that help so much in many situation. 

I have been using XD since 2017 and it has become my sole platform for UI design since then. Developers at Adobe have put in a lot of effort and innovation in making the User Experience friendlier than it ever could be, and they keep doing so every day.Although recently since the past few months I have been facing issues with my XD on my Windows System a lot. The software crashes very often and leaves me hanging during my work by not letting me edit my text or by not letting me enter in values in properties and many other issues which are frustrating and hard to ignore. However, none of these problems occur on my Mac System. I have encountered these same issues with other Windows Systems with better or equivalent hardware.I hope Adobe Team takes note of this and fixes this issue as soon as possible.   {Renamed By MOD}

I have an issue where I had an existing library. Then I created a new library and suddenly half of my components in my original library were linked to the new library I created. Even though the new library did not contain any of the first librarys components. I then unpublished the new library. Now I have components that say 'Library is missing'.    I have about 50 projects that rely on using this library. If I update any components, I will have to go through all projects and fix them individually. That is unacceptable. Please help.          {Title renamed by MOD}

I create a public share link for prototype testing but it requires me to log in when I try to open it on my cellphone. After I log in (using another adobe ID) it says that I'm not allowed to see the prototype and that I have to send a request to the creator to open this work. So I send it and find the reqeust in the notifications but when I click the 'accept' it keeps saying 'Something went wrong', what the hell??

I need help.After building a Flow, after working on it, developing new artboards, the Flow suddenly starts excluding artboards.  And the only way to get them back into a single FLOW has been to copy them into a new Flow.  However, it BREAKS ALL EXISTING LINKS BETWEEN ARTBOARDS, which have to be reestablished, which is becoming extremely time-consuming, as the number of artboards increase. Can anyone help solve this issue?Much appreciate any and all suggestions, but more appreciate of the right solution 🙂 Milt

Dear Adobe team, XD app has been very laggy.Now to the point, my file stop working! Clicking on the link in the dialog does not work and file unable to be retrieved.Please help fix as it is an very important working file and I am urgently needy it to deliver needed task to partner.Please don't make this harder for your user. Hello in the office i work on a windows 10 based computers and safe my work from adobe xd in classy in the adobe cloud. If i want to open the files at home at my macbook pro m1 this files are just loading and cant open... Are you have a good solution for this? BR and have a wonderful dayOliver

I'm the owner of a XD document on the cloud.I've invited my partner for coedit and she chould edit my files on the cloud but her edits are not published when we view through the document link on the web.I (owner) need to "update the link" everytime she finishes her editing.This is a bit troublesome as everyone has to wait for me to click on the update link button before we can see the changes on the browser.Did i miss out any settings?I want that her edits could be seen on the browser through the link for all the correction she made. Thank you.

Hello, I have five rows, and on each row, I've 20 icons. How can I justify all of them (one group) in the artboard layout (1600px)? I want to set it like the section above.Actually, I don't know how I did it! 😄 Thank you

I am having an issue with one specific document where every attempt to export leads to a message that just says "There was a problem exporting your asset" (or "6 assets" if I try to export all artboards, which is what I actually want to do). I tried various combinations of exporting all to PDF, exporting a single artboard to either PDF or one of the graphics formats, choosing different artboards in case there is some invalid element on a particular artboard. And, I went to a different document and confirmed that the export function still works as expected -- so it is definitely a problem in this particular design, rather than a problem with my computer or my instance of XD. I also tried saving the XD file locally, just in case that made a difference (it did not). Has anyone seen anything like this, or have any ideas what to try? Thanks.

Hey All! I am trying to create a 16 page website and im having a hard time getting it to correctly format to different sized screans. Example I want it to open on a large desktop and look the same as it does on a phone. If anyone has any advise that would be amazing!  

Community, I have a strategy question. We're going to clone our Adobe XD UX Design System and version it for a number of companies. Put another way, our UX Design System represents an agnostic set of components but our brands, 14 of them, each will need their own versions of components styled to their brand style guidelines.  I just read that starting September 2021 copying and pasting components will no longer be linked.  Knowing this, CC Libraries will play a big part in our decision. 14 libraries and I am 1 of 2 UX designers on the team. Yeah!Does that mean we would need to break the component, recreate it as a version matching the brand style guide, then add it to a unique Adobe CC Library? Sounds like it. What sort of obstacles, blockers, or problems we might run into? Adobe, community, any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Want to move a component to the right place and instead of it staying there, it jumps to the wrong place. It is not possible to drag it to the right place.If I turn off features like "Stack" or "Spacing" it gets even worse. See attached recordings.

Hello.I'm deep in my final exam as a graphical designer, which is currently a 750 artboard app + content and links all over the place. I have 2 huge issues...1. As of May 2021 I have not succesfully saved a cloud document, which is shown on my mobile. Yes I can see, that I have saved it on my Windows computer, in my cloud documents, but not on the XD app (Iphone 7 Plus), is not there. No matter what I do. 2. I can live with the no showing cloud document for now, but this issue is HUGE for me. The live preview does not work anymore. Suddenly it stopped working today, in the middle of my work. Before I got the loading icon, all good... - but now all I see is "Open an XD document on your desktop. Using a USB cable, connect to your iOS device."For both things I have tried to: Restart app on pc, reinstall app on pc, restartet the pc, re-login, save as a new document.Restart my phone, restart the XD app, reinstall the XD app, re-login on the app. I have also tried to install t

I Have Adobe XD version 42.1.22 (no updates available). Since a couple of days ago the function of paste appearance (copy image into specific shape) is not working, not with hot keys, nor with the manual "copy-paste appearance". Litterally nothing happens. Normal copy-paste is working fine. Tried reloading, turning computer on and off, gave it a few days... still an issue. Since it is a work computer i cannot record an interaction, but nothing else is mailfunctioning or crushing, it just dont do anyting with this interaction

Just like the title says: Adobe XD is Crashing when starting / opening project since the latest update i think.

When trying to load a mobile formatted share link, it just infinitely loads with no error and no progress ever made. It also does not show the number of screens at the bottom, and the home button is not interactable either. However, when I go into grid view, I can clearly see that content is there.  Also, when trying to load Desktop formatted links, it works just fine.  Images included. 

Under 'share', there's an option to copy an embed code for my prototype, to paste into markdown on my own website. But when I paste it in, it massively overlaps the space. Can anyone please advise how to tell it to fit the window it's in? You can see what I'm talking about here: The embed code it generated was <iframe width="1920" height="1080" src="https://xd.adobe.com/embed/46fe53f9-9d26-4448-827f-88b5d8d04224-13ad/?fullscreen" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>. Perhaps it's related to the full screen bit but I don't know how to take this off without breaking the code. Any assistance appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, XD is getting crashed several times and it wont get started after that. Then I need to restar the system to get started with XD. I would request please solve these issue ASAP. Unable to complete work.

I love XD. But please, please, please can you facilitate mouse 'roll off'' events/states/triggers whatever you want to call them, to hover states. I just want a hover animation to play, then when the mouse 'rolls off' the hotspot, the hover state remains the same rather than return to the default state. It's a real pity not to have this feature - it's something from the old Flash days, it's even in InDesign! Please can you get it in XD asap. thing There isn't a workaround either and creating multiple artboards is just too much hard work to achieve this basic effect. Thanks for all your hard work, I do love and appreciate you all.

Hello, I have select background as light grey but when i preview it's show dark grey. I have added screenshot kindly see and let me know how to fix this. RegardsAbhijeet
