hello, I started work with Adobe XD. I want to change the symbol on all my artboards, but I can see only components and I can not find "push overrides:. Where can I found symbols and how to change them on all artboards, thanks!

I am producing a PDF which will be viewed by people on mobile. In the preview on desktop, and on mobile, the image orientation or scaling is not as designed.

Dear Adobe Professionals and Teetotals, Working on a set of HTML5 ads setup in Adobe XD and some of the background images stick outside of the artboard with a few pixels so after CTRL+E for web I end up editing a 602 px wide image to 600 for double mpu for example. Is there a way to export so that the image on export is cropped to artboard, i.e. nothing is exported outside, so that the jpeg is 600 px wide when exported from XD? Look forward to your reply!Thomas

It's interest to control where the components are used and consider the impacts when they need to be modified.

I'll comeback to other services, as iCloud or Google Drive, because Adobe Cloud is not trustable. I've believed in the service til this morning when a client ask me to do an update in an Adobe XD file stocked in Adobe Cloud. The file is impossible to download. How Adobe can propose a service that is so flaw, so slow, so unstable?  

I have a share link with the last version of my work.But when I open the XD file from wich I generated the shar link it 's not the right version. Missing a day of work.Can I recover de file from the online version?I have the last version of XD.The file is an online file.

So I have a bug:1. I'm saving an image to a local drive. (as Android image with 400% dpi);2. I'm placing that image as png inside the same document;3. I'm trying to save that file again with changes, XD says the assets is a read-only, can't save;4. I'm deleting png from the document, also I'm deleting the asset from the local drive.5. Trying to save this image again makes XD crash.1. I have the latest XD version (34.4.12.3)2. The document I'm working with is a cloud document.

Hi, I am facing lot of closing issues with XD after the latest XD update. Yesterday, I lost my cloud file and could not save in the clould file. My whole work of yesterday's is lost. When I opened the file today, it says, Sorry we can't open this document. Adobe XD Team, Please look into this mess update of XD and resolve it on high priority. Even today, I am unable to work on XD. Same issues. Regards,Suresh P 

No matter if I lock, unlock the image use responsive resize or not I can never  get an asset (image) to resize to a certain dimension. Below is how I want to resize the image to that dimension but not have adobe xd start resizing with its AI smart stuff going. How no matter how I slice it will not let me minimize the aspect ratio of that image for the box, as staty I wanted to shrink down to a square then stretch out horizontally, but keeps resizing even with everything checked off. How do I go about doing this?

I had a component with 5 states, and interactions (prototyping) which triggered each of those states. It's been about 2 weeks since I worked on the file. When I opened it today, there was no green line around the group which had previously been a component. The interactions don't work, obviously. And obviously, since it's not a component anymore, my states are gone. It was quite a bit of work to put that component + all its states together.  HELP. Is there any way to get my component back? Is there somewhere that main states of components are saved, even after they're ungrouped? I'm willing to consider that I may have accidentally ungrouped the component in the last version... through some shortcut, but I can't believe it would be gone forever. It would be terrible program design to have all of the work done in many separate states disappear because a component gets ungrouped. I've looked into the "versions" and although I haven't opened every single one (of 10

Hello, I'm working on a way to share assets with your cloud — maybe you have some good practices — I've used PSD as smart objects but XD can't scale them & render properly — so they look terribly pixelated & small even they are quite big.  Very thankful for tutorials and advice 🙂  Anna 

My question is how can you save your file you have worked so hard on as a local document while sharing it with your team mates who may want to have that file from your desktop without having to create a new link everytime? I hope there is an easy fix for this. Thank you in advance!

Since the November updated the loading time on the XD links is very slow.As well as the slow loading, not all the images download first time. So after a few times refreashing the page and waiting, it's only then can I view the link correctly. note: viewing on Chrome, Version 86.0.4240.183 (Official Build) (x86_64)

I wondered If  I can restore my prototype link, that I deleted by mistake.Please who can help me! 

I have a recent company-issued PC, and deactivated my Adobe account on the older one before installing on my new one. I'm getting the ""Something went wrong..." message in the Library panel. This only happens on my ONE PC. Not an issue on my Mac, nor the older PC (i reinstalled and tested, it's only happening on this one. I've tried every troubleshooting step, mentioned in the following page [https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html]. As well as uninstalling and reinstalling the apps, Creative Cloud, AND even running the AdobeCreativeCloudClearnerTool, nothing is fixing this problem. When I browse my libraries online, they are all there in the cloud, but not linkking in my XD. Logged in, logged out, uninstalled, cleared library directories, ran Cloud Library tool, even blasted by synced folders and resynced. Changed directories for synced files and did the same. Also getting crash reports about once an hour

I work on a team of about 10 on various XD documents. I'm delighted we can now share and store on the cloud, but I've run into a few difficulties working on a file at the same time. Is this not yet possible? Should we save unique versions each time we edit each other's files? Is there a simpler way? We'd like to know which is the latest version each time we do new work on it. 

After creating a website and numerious digital ads with XD I have found the export quality is terrible.Logo's bluring, photo's breaking up... Whats going on Adobe?Back to laborious Photoshop interface for now for me.

Upfront, I am pretty no to XD and Prototyping so maybe this is the easiest thing ad all.  I am Prototyping an onboarding Animation and on one screen I scroll down to the bottom of my screen, show what is happening there and on my next screen, I want to scroll up beginning from the bottom. I only figured out the scrolling starting from the top of my screen.Another option would be to just start on my next screen with the end of the one before but the only option to make it seem kind of scrolled is the overlay which is not really how it would look IRL. I hope someone is getting me and my question :D.  

After several days since the problem has started and server approcheas/solutions I've tried,the problem is still here. My company can't continue to work with Adobe files due to this reason. Another post I've written is present, but still ignored by Adobe staff members.

This is very annoying when prototyping for fully functioning apps where data can be scrolled in one section of a page and on the other sections of the page actions can be triggered by icons. Since the scroll bar for sections is missing in XD, I have used Overlays for certain srollable portions. However when playing the prototype on the page and other Overlays should appear on top of the page or completely other actions should be triggered - these Overlays disappear.   Since the last update the entrire prototyping is messed up anyhows... components do not work anymore, that used to, animation behavior changed for no good reason... some pages are randomly set to jump to previous page, even though I have not touched them.    Also the app hangs every so often within a work day.  The whole thing got buggy as hell since the last update.   Please fix ASAP. Prototyping for important customers on time is not possible this way.   <The Title was renamed by moderat

Similar to this issue, I'm having problems with the representation of Auto Height text when using Live Preview.  I've verified the issue is with Auto Height as all other text formats are displaying correctly.  Not seeing this on the Web Preview, only on Live Preview. Software and devices:Mac (10.15.7)Adobe XD (35.1.12.5)Creative Cloud (4.3.63.1) Previewing design on:Samsung Galaxy S8+ (Android 9)Adobe XD (35.0.0 (37048)) See attached screenshots of XD software, web preview and live preview. Thanks,Scott

I use Illustrator to draw a set of icons, and put them in Adobe CC Library to share the graphic assets with my teammates and to be used in various design projects in XD, Ilustrator, and Photoshop etc. When I place the vector graphic asset into XD, somehow the path gets distorted. This only appears to happen on very small vector graphics. (The icons I made in Illustrator are 24px by 24px) This distortion only happens when graphic assets are place on XD. When I place the same graphic assets on Illustrator, it looks fine. (See the attached assets, you can see the same graphic assets looks fine when placed on Illustrator but looks distorted on XD. I highlighted distortions I see with yellow.) 

I'm new to creating states in XD... I create a New or Hover state of a component and then change an attribute and it changes the attribute in all the states. ?? Thanks much!
