Can anyone confirm whether the AdobeXD server is down or not? Two links sent to me by two clients fail to open with a   xd.adobe.com’s server IP address could not be found.   {Renamed By MOD}

1. Suppose I made a site with a width of 1920 pixels, I send the prototype to the customer by reference, but it has an extension less than 1440, for example, how to make the site not shrink, to open 1: 1 and the edges go beyond the screen. 2. Hi all, I'm trying to simulate something like the side navigation on this website (https://www.structube.com/en/living-room/page/19), where once the navigation hits the top of the screen, it sticks (or is fixed) until you hit the footer, then it doesn't go past the footer.   I tried the "fix position when scrolling" option, however, I have a banner and a bunch of stuff at the top of my artboard/page, so my navigation doesn't show up until the user scrolls later on the page. When I use the "fix position when scrolling" option, it doesn't work because it's cut off because it's past the viewport cutoff. Any tips on how to simulate this?   {Renamed By MOD}

I'm trying to work in XD, but my Adobe Fonts are not showing up in my available fonts list, only my physically installed ones. I'm trying to use Acumin specifically, which is an activated font on my account, as well as a valid font for web. No one else has seemed to have this problem. I have tried rebooting my application and my system, as well as logging in and out of my Adobe account.   Can anyone help with this?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

the export quality from the XD software is terrible. In the software it looks good, after export to both SVG, PNG and JPG there is a succinct blurr/bad pixels. I have made extensive tests and it is clearly that your export function is not exporting at a high resolution.   I know there is an article about this but the solution is a waste of time.   We thought we had solved it when we worked on iOS so we could export to the Cloud and there get good quality. Now this circus continues...   It is embasrassing that you have released something like this and had it running for soon 4 years when basic designer functionality does not work.   This story is now getting worse. The screens are designed in the only mode there is in the XD, iOS. We selected to export the design to Android, but exported images are formatted for iOS size. Even when we export it with full resolution and maximum size.   So for us we do not even get the whole screen in Androids. This is completely

I am using a windows based Adobe XD installation. I have created a component of a Nav bar and then duplicated it to other layers. now when i change the test in the Nav bar in one page and want to update the other pages accordingly... i am not finding the Push overrides option? Is this option not supported for Windows or is this possible with any other option in windows? Similary when i change the position of a string with in a nav bar in one page the position change is not getting reflected in the other pages? I have seen some YouTube videos and articles on creating a hover effect. However, almost all the videos/articles I have seen dealt with changing the state of a given shape so it has a hover state and a default state hence, the hover effect can be displayed upon previewing the document (In other words, the shape will change from one state to another state upon hovering. The two states should be created beforehand under one component). This hover effect is essentially the change of the shape from the default state to the hover state. What I am looking for though is a way in which I can display a text when I hover over an icon (when previewing my board).If anyone knows a way, please let me know. A structured and simple way of the solution would be highly appreciated!

Hi, I have a problem with my projects when I show them in the browser. Instead of marking the links for me by clicking into nothing, he jumps back one drawing area.   I have the feeling that it may be due to the complexity of my artboards. The first 2 artboards that contain little content work (hotspot hints appear). We're trying out the Whiteboard Plugin. Within Adobe XD the text reads fine, zooming in and out of the whiteboard to read the stickies closer. But when using the Share Link to let others view the whiteboards, the text on the default sized sticky notes is blurry and hard to read.  Is there a way to change the settings so the text is easy to read when sharing a link for viewing? < Editing to add screenshot examples > A normal whiteboard artboard will be quite large with many stickies: A test artboard with just one sticky reads okay, but that's now how people will use a virutal whiteboard:

When I export images for web from XD I get two images. One half sized and the other (2x) full sized. Shouldn't they be full sized and double sized?

xD after recent update started to lose connection and not be able to restore it — for ex. pc went to sleep mode with xD window open, after re-login you can not continue working — xD window is locked, the spinner is rotating, but nothing happens, it's window can't even be closed — only through the task switcher or taskbar. One real bummer I've seen with XD is the lack of options for the grid/layout options. The missing elements that are present and useful in other programs are as follows:The ability to view grid squares and layout bars at the same time.The ability to choose and display two grid square increments (like Sketch). For example, you would have the first set of bars at 8pt and then the second set could be 4pt with a lighter line. Currently, all I've seen for this is to create a hack by creating a layer with a repeating element that mimics the grid spacing described. Clunky and adds more layers and has to be pasted into every artboard. This would be very useful when working with baseline grids and type scales. A native nudge adjustment function, like Figma has, that allows you to easily preset a small nudge increment value and a large nudge increment value. Example: Small 4px & Large 8px.Additionally, being able to adjust the UI of the program itself so that users can increase the size

In XD we define font styles and colors. Some titles uses one of the defined colors. When we now change one of the main colors, the titles also changes the colors - and so the titles loses the connection to the formats. Therefore we have to assign all the titles agains to the formats.   Is there a possibility to leave the connections intact? It is annoying to connect all the titles to the formats again. I create a project an iMac 5K 2018 with the most updated Adobe XD install, I then want to edit it on my MacBook Pro 2017 and I get this error,"This was created with a newer version of Adobe XD. Please update Adobe XD to open it.".I then go to check the version on the app and they are the same. I can't update to a newer version on my Macbook pro even though the version is 26.0.22.5. and my iMac in on 28.00.XX.XX Has anyone found a workaround for this error? Is this a known error for Adobe?  The solution, Uninstall Adobe XD and reinstall it, now I have the newest version on both. 

Is anyone having this issue? If I select a particular artboard and click grid checkbox, either Layout or Square, the grid overlay shows on every artboard I have. I want to have it only on that one particular artboard. When I select another artboard and uncheck, grid disappears from every artboard. I followed XD tutorial and it was clear there was no such issue. I believe it's a bug.

Hello guys , Anyone can tell where can I find the shear  tool in Adobe XD?? (I know that is a basic but i can't find it!)

When Adobe XD is running, it is constantly trying to connect to cc-api-cp.adobe.ioThis connection is blocked by IT. It appears that the program still runs fine without being able to connect, however IT folks are wanting to know if in order to properly use Adobe XD, do we need it to connect to that site. Like I said earlier it appears to be working ok without connecting.Is there a way to turn off the attempts to constantly try to connect to the cc-api-cp.adobe.io site and the program still work correctly? A setting perhaps?FYI- We use a customized version of Adobe CC because we cannot have outgoing connections to the cloud due to security reasons.Thanks!

I would like to be able to transition to a specific component on another board in order that I don't need to scroll each time when I move to the next board in prototype mode. This is very problematic when you have carousels for example that are below the fold as when you tap you're taking to the top of the new art board and have to scroll down.    There is of course an option to scroll to an element with the same artboard but doesn't seem to be an option to do this when transitioning to a separate board.    {Renamed By MOD}

I have added 3 checkboxes to an artboard (consisting of components that change from the default off state to the active state on by tapping on them) and want to switch to the next artboard when all three checkboxes are set to on. Is this feasible in XD, and how do the components have to be wired if so?   {Renamed By MOD}

We're testing the Whiteboard Plugin for our team. I've had one team member successfully open and edit the shared file, and another who gets a blank crashing screen (screenshot below) and then after a minute or two it gives an error message (which I believe was: "sorry we can't open this document").     This teammate just installed Adobe XD and the whiteboard plugin, so they're up to date. They rebooted their computer and still were not able to get the file to open. They signed out and back into Creative Cloud - still would not open.    Any tips?    {Renamed By MOD}
