Hello I need urgent help as I have assignments due in a week!! I am not sure how this happened and how to fix it. Whenever I open Adobe XD it says "we cant verify subscription status. I tried logging in my adobe creative cloud  however it would not load and kept on saying error. I'm also logged out of all other apps such as illustrator and indesign. how do i fix this???

Hi, everyone! I'm just getting started using XD (I've done a few of the intro tutorials so far) and I'm wondering if some of the ideas I have for building my design portfolio web site are even possible in XD, so here goes:I sketched this whole thing out on paper.The main screen would have three clickable thumbnails for web design, print design, and art. Iniially I thought to just use circular frames with a thumbnail of an image inside, but then I thought it would be cool to make them more like globes or convex shapes with the thumbnails warping to follow the curvature of the shape. I can do that easily enouigh in Photoshop, so that's not a problem.Then I want to make it so that when the user clicks on each of the thumbnails, it triggers an animation and opens a gallery of thumnails that scrolls horizontally, with the thumbnails cycling through slowly but also a drag to scroll or arrows to scroll, then clicking on a thumbnail there pops up a detailed image. For that animation that

I'm searching for an xd file. I have the prototype link (which works)....but I can't find the xd document it's pointing to after extensive searching on my computer and on the online adobe cloud.How can I find this file? Does adobe keep a copy?

I am unable to update my library using the UPDATE action in XD. The update button is there - as well as the banner, but when I click "UPDATE"  nothing is happening. I am unable to figure out what is the cause - file size, server issue? Any suggestions?         {Title renamed by MOD}

Hi everyone,   I'm currently facing a huge problem with the use of my libraries in Adobe Xd. I first got a loading problem of my libraries in Adobe Xd which is now resolved, but now I'm facing another problem much more annoying. I have created a Xd library few months ago, library that is shared in the Creative Cloud so I can use it in other Xd docs. I can update my library itself, but I can't update any components in the documents that use this library. Each time I try to update my component (see screenshot, where I have 3 components updated in the library, that I want to update in the documents that use my components through the library), an error message pops up saying "Unable to update the component due to an error" (translated from french, so might not be as exact as the original english version, even if this error message isn't helping at all!)   I already tried to relaunch Creative Cloud, Xd apps, my computer, even delete the folder "libraries" from the installation f

I have a component library in one XD file. I'm designing in another XD file. I have a component I have updated in the component library and when I go to my design XD file it adds and Update All (1) button in the Components pane. It won't update the component when I click the Update All (1) button. If I right click on the component and select Update, nothing happens. I can update other components. Anyone else experience this and have a fix?

Is anyone here having major issues with  Library Components not updating, when I push the update from the main  Library Components to other XD files it will not update, at the moment I cannot use the main  Library Components becuase there not working, and Adobe does not seem to have a fix for this? Does anyone have any ideas if it would be worth deleteing some of the pref asoseated with the Adobe Cloud and XD, it feel like it is a cache problem of some kind.  My setup is XD 43.12.14Big Sur 11.5.22019 16" Macbook pro

Hello, I'm trying to open a document but I'm getting this: Error 5006:27. I can't find anything about  this error online. ... I opened it from 2 different devices and I get the same error. One is a mac and the other one is windows.

I'm facing an issue with a particular adobe xd file where I get this error when trying to open it. Already tried creating another user on my mac, and didn't work, tried downloading the previous versions from google drive, and didnt work, can't find them on adobe cloud... so, i'm getting desperate here. Help, please?Joana

Good day, I need advice on how to better manage my screens.When I started I created files per feature/tab. Each of those already contains an insane amount of screens. I have a master prototype in each file that is the single source of truth of what we currently have live in the system.When a change is needed or a new feature should be added to a (single or few) screen, then I copy that specific (single of few) screen out of the master copy and drag it down to the bottom of the pasteboard where I then work on it. Only this is then released to the developer to implement and only when done with development I will update my master copy.Now, this sounds like it could work BUT I end up with many of these 'in development' artboards that need to be managed as to when are they done to be merged back into the master and some of them never even get to development as changes are made to our roadmap which throws them way out to the back or even completely out.I sit in quite a situation now where I

I created two XD Files and I saved them as local documents. Then I shared these documents. Now the XD files have disappeared from my computer. I now only have the published links. I didn't delete the files. These are the only missing documents and they are the only documents that have been shared.  I need to edit the project files for these documents. There doesn't seem to be a way to do that now.  

How can I easily download Adobe XD... have a lot of trouble to easily dowload it. I think I'll go striaght to Figma !!Thks

Hello,  I'm new to Adobe XD and I'm struggeling a bit in Prototype mode. I would like to create a navigation item "About" that has a hover state, but also a toggle state, so that when I click on the item it changes color. In Prototype mode, I tried to create a wire from the navigation item "About" to the relevant artboard, but it didn't work. I figured by adding the toggle state, Adobe XD had already created a tap interaction wire and adding antother tap interaction would create a conflict.  Is it possible to create more than one tap interaction per item? Or should I just delete the toggle state? Is toggle state only meant for things like toggle switches and am I using it wrong? Also, suppose you create a button component with multiple states and you create an instance from this component.When I want to edit the text in the instance button, I have to edit each state separately. The text change in the default state of the instance doesn't get applied t

Hi there,Has anyone experienced issues when sharing a web preview of their prototypes?Even on the most basic of sites, my scrolling is laggy and elements are often slow to respond.I have decent internet speeds, and everything is up-to-date install-wise.Please help as I need to deliver the links to clients and can't have them viewing the designs so poorly.Thanks in advance.

Hi, I want to change transition from dissolve, but it is not possible. But I dont know what he means in my case? When I click Login Artboard, there is no blue line.

Hi There ...I'm working on the latest version of XD "Paid version" and the Arabic text is not showing properly on my artboard which is making my work very difficult, I need to click outside the text to view it, but when I'm writing I don't see anything!! . Hi I'm pretty new with xd and tried to share my link.I already did it a few time, but today I seem to do something wrong.I want to share my link with someone who doesn't have an Adobe account.Isn't this possible? I tried 'anyone with link' and than provided it, but as soon as the link is opened they ask for log in. What am I doing wrong?Thank you already.

Hi, I have a problem on my local XD file. I worked for a week on it and everything was fine but this morning when I open the files, it's written "error opening file (error code: 47)"all the fix here only works for cloud saved XD file, mine is on local.  Here my informations : - I use Adobe XD (57.0.12) (I tried uninstall it and used the previous one (56.112) but it didn't work.- I use a PC Windows 11 Professional- Yesterday morning I udpated the new version of Adobe XD but I worked all day on it and it worked fine.- My computer didn't crash- My colleagues tried to open the file with their Creative cloud accounts and differents machines ( MAC and PC) and they can't open it either. - I already tried to uninstall adobe XD and restart my computer.- My file was not on the cloud. Only on local. I tried to transfere it on the cloud but I can just see the homepage preview. If I try to open it or download it, it's still "error code : 47" Is there a way to save my f
