i had this problem in windows 10 also , everytime i restart my computer adobe xd just crash at the start and i have to uninstall and Reinstall the Adobe XD in order to open , it's really annoying .. 

This error has been plaguing me for a few days.  Any thoughts?

Hi, I faced an issue with XD, it doesn't work at all. I've read the same issue happened with a lot of users and did every single step written by Adobe employees, But I faced the same issue with reset & repaire. I created a new user and signed out, then uninstalled all Adobe apps including Adobe creative cloud, moreover, I used the Adobe cleaner tool, then I restarted my laptop and reinstalled Creative cloud and XD... BUT unfortunately it's still crashes at 30 seconds and closed. I really need to work on it veeery soon! plz help!

Dear Adobe Community,    I am looking all over the internet, on how to make this specific menu scroll action working, but I can't seem to find a way. https://www.vogue.nl This tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PV3Dd-saJsw) came pretty close, but I still can't seem to make it happen. I want to let the 'Vogue' logo disappear and use the 'fix  position when scrolling'  so that the navigation bar stays in the top spot, while scrolling down. Is there a way this could be done with Adobe XD? On the Adobe website their using the same technique, so we should be able to do that too, right?With kind regards,   <Title renamed by moderator>    

hi,  i have trouble using "control +  command + space" shortcut in adobe xd to see character viewer menu. it doesnt pop up when i press it, it doesnt work in adobe apps, but everywhere else it does. do you know why is that?

I am new on my position and my predessor created an XD file which is embedded into our intranet. I need to access tha file and update it (organmizational chart) but she's gone and her Adobe subscription as well. The document is however still aliove and I can reach it via the URL but only to view. Is there any way I can access it and transfer it to my account? Probably a stupid question....

clicking on the get ui kit from menu in aadobe xd, leads to adobe cc homepage, i have downloaded and used ui kits earlier but now it seems the ui kit webpage is not available anywhere    

Hi guys yesterday i created an animation in photoshop for my UI project then exported it to after effects and used lotiie files to save it as ajson file but when i used it in xd it said it does not support skme of lottie json files can somebody help me what should i do

I cannot find a toggle(▶︎) by following these steps below." Mac: Select File > Get UI Kits" and once I click "get UI kits..", I always go to this blowser and try following these step and comeback this web site again its endless. How can I afind this  toggle(▶︎) ? And I also cannot find "Plugins" In the Home screen.( select Add-ons > Plugins.)

Hi Everyone,I need help to recover my xd cloud documents. I just updated the xd and when I log in and want to edit my cloud file that shown in my recent it said I didn't have the access to edit the file (which I am the person who create the file in the first place) then when I click the X button, recent files - that saved in cloud - disappeared. I still have the access to the file using the share link. But, I didn't have the files in my cloud.As I checked my cloud document in Adobe Cloud Website, all my files are gone.I have checked all the links that has been said in the community forum but none of them work. Please I really need your help to get my files back. 

Is there a way to update the exporting of svgs to support outlining fonts in the program? Also adding the ability to choose the svg exporting options in dev specs for developers. Our developers have issues with svgs that include type/fonts as the font files aren't embedded and there isn't a way to outline fonts in the dev specs. Or give option to outline on dev specs link creation? 

A solution that works for me on Windows 10. 1. Close all Adobe Apps2.  Open Adobe Creative Cloud and Logout3. Open AdobeXD4. It will ask you to login. Login through AdobeXD5. Works for me.

Hello!When I open a shared file with via web app(for exmaple https://xd.adobe.com/view/********* ), I can't scroll it horizontaly and vertically with keyboard keys (up, down, right, left). I can't scroll it horizontally with hold&drag by mouse (only verticall scroll is working). I can scroll only with special mouse buttons or with two fingers on touchpad. Support agent doesn't think it's a bug, and think it's a feature request (Case ID: ADB-28429531-P9K4)

Can we expect this feature in following updates? It's a deal breaker for me. Sending my design to developers where all my gradient text is converted to paths is really impractical 😕😕 

Help!  I have tried updating XD and my mac etc but nomatter where I save my new Design Documents in Adobe XD Cloud or else dektop none of the publish links are working so I am unable to get client feedback! Is anyone else having the same issue or knows how to resolve?  Many thanks in advance 

Hi, I am unable to drag and drop an image into a rectangle on XD running Mac OS 11.7.4. I have tried importing as well, it doesn't work. Files tried: .jpg, .psd, .mov. I tried in a repeat grid or in a simple rectangle. Nothing works!!!Please help 

I wanna unlink a symbol so I can make changes to just that element and not the rest.  The tutorials says right click - Ungroup symbol but this doesn't help. The changes becomes global to that symbol anyhow. However, when I have only ONE instance of the same symbol in my document it works. As soon as I have more than one the option to Ungrop symbol is partly there, some symbols have that option in the context menu and some don't. So what's going on?   Also: There is a huge bug in XD for W10 in terms of symbols. When I have multiple copies of one symbol open at the same time and choose to select them all and delete them in one go from delete on the keyboard, then the symbols get's deleted from the symbols panel as well! Just think about it. Why is resizing stacks in their stacking direction disabled? The only thing that comes to mind, is that it might be hard to determine how the stack might behave when growing. But this limits us too much in creating actually dynamic designs. Besides: is it really that hard? I beg to differ. Say, I have a list item, with an icon of fixed dimensions and a text layer. The list item has padding, and the contents are laid out in a stack:I would like the icon to retain its dimensions, so I set its resize behavior to be fixed:However, I would be fine with the text to resize. This is quite common and generally accepted behavior. So I set the text box to "auto height", so at least the text would wrap if it does not fit anymore on one line....but what really has bugged me since I started exploring with stacks since their introduction, is that this sort of dynamism is deliberately left out. Hi, Xd links are not visible. When I try to send them to my colleagues, they get the message "access requested" but when I try to allow them, it doesn't work. This has never happened, I have always generated open links and it always worked.For some reason the links I generate are private and I don't understand how to fix this. I really appreciate any help you can provide.  

Adobe, what is going on? All my XD files that are save locally are gone. Anything saved 6 month ago are no longer there. I know for sure the files were not deleted. I never saved to the cloud so they are not on your  cloud. Some files have 5 version of the same thing in the same folder and they are all gone. What is going on? Where am I going to find these files?
