After Effects crashing after working shortly on project

I try working on a simple project containing only two compostions. After only doing a couple of things, the program crashes on shuts down immediately. 

Sometimes it doesn't even show my composition, the same issue as this: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/composition-not-showing-anymore/td-p/10943763

When I have the program opened, but the composition doen't show, I can't close the program wither without it crashing when i close. 

I tried fixing the issue the same way they did, but with no luck.
