Ughhh .. I just ported an iOS app to Android .. everything was seamless. Was supposed to submit tonight and just noticed that my input StageText isnt working on Android. My custom font is not displaying. Its using Androids default font instead.Is there a way to include a font in the app descriptor file similar to the iOS method to make stage text on Android work with a custom font ?

I never had problems to test IPA Files on my IPAD.I created a Developer Certificate (with MAC Keychain), then I exported to .p12 certificate (There i was using a Password). Then I created Provisioning Profile and included my IPAD with UUID number I checked everything in the ipa File. Device is included. When i now use Itunes to install the Application it stops at 45% and the icon stays transparent. When I use the same Certificate for Distribution and use the corresponding Provisioning file. I can upload to appstore with Application loader. I have an older IPA File from the same app ( 4 weeks older) that is workingWhen i change the app in Adobe Animate ( just the actual certificate and the Provisioning File) it doesnt work anymore. Please help. I am not able to test my Apps in IPAD (only Testflight is working with distributing versions to appstore)

Since the release of MacOS 10.15 Catalina in October of 2019 the Adobe AIR version 32 application installer available from https://get.adobe.com/air/  fails with new installations of  Adobe AIR with the error message: "Adobe Air.framework is damaged and can't be opened" This is due to the new Gatekeeper functionality on Catalina. The "workaround" is for users to open up a terminal and run the following command: sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Library/Frameworks/Adobe\ AIR.framework This clearly is not an acceptable long term solution. Is this a known issue that the Adobe AIR development team is actively working on? We have an installation base of our desktop AIR product of over 100,000 machines, and a significant proportion run MacOS, and as they all upgrade to 10.15 we're seeing a huge escalation in the incidence if this issue to our userbase. I've reached out to Harman, but as this is a current issue affecting current user

When setting the -platformsdk argument to point to the iOS 11 platform SDK in the Xcode 9 GM seed, the build fails with this:ld: library not found for -lgcc_s.1I know this has happened before with XCode updates. I copied over the new ld64 file, installed the new commandline tools etc. Is this something that will have to be fixed with an AIR SDK update, or is there something else I can try? We're using a bunch of ANEs, maybe those need to be repackaged?Any help is appreciated - Peter

I'm trying to update an Android app using Animate and 33.0.2.246 or 33.0.2.330.The APK publishes fine, but when I upload I get this: You uploaded an APK with an invalid signature (learn more about signing). Error from apksigner: ERROR (Jar signer CERT.RSA): Failed to verify JAR signature META-INF/CERT.RSA against META-INF/CERT.SF: java.security.SignatureException: Signing certificate has unsupported critical extensions Any idea what the issue might be?

I asked this question first to Milkman’s company without any results and then the same question to Harman support.My question was:“I'm using some Milkman games extensionsIs Milkman plugin:  Android Billing Extension compatible with Android 64-bit?”  Harman answer:“Unfortunately Milkman Games are no longer active and supporting their ANEs, and they haven’t updated any of the ANEs for 64-bit Android compatibility. Your best option is probably to go with one of the other ANE vendors who are still supporting the ANEs.” Does anybody know any vendor with an android billing extension for 64-bit Android compatibility? thanks Fernando Darder

Dear Friends, Iam creating a desktop app. In that i want to add speach recogrnition. for example i have a text field & a buttton on my stage, if the user press the button and speak some thing (123 or test), i wan that speach as text in that text box. How can i do this in my Adobe Air desktop appliction. I'm getting an error with AIR 32 and installing an app to iPhone. "The device has encountered an unexpected error. Error connecting to your device!" Provisioning file and certificates are all good ... no clue why this isnt working.  Anyone else seeing this problem ?

I have written a mobile real estate app that displays a lot of property information using Spark Labels.  Unfortunately, Spark Labels are not selectable, and a user might want to copy and paste a long MLS # or address to Zillow, or copy the agent's phone number or email address to some other tool.  I tried switching to RichEditableText and setting the "selectable" property to true, but all I could do was get my text to highlight in blue, but I had no ability to modify the amount of text that I wanted to copy and paste, and I was given no option anywhere on the component to actually "Copy" the text. How can I make a text field of some sort Copyable to to the operating system's clipboard so that I can offer users the ability to copy and paste text on a mobile device?

I am having trouble with my cricut and adobe air. I have uninstalled adobe and reinstalled and it still will not work. I have been on the phone with cricut and they say it is an adobe issue and i contacted adobe they said to search the forum. someone please help if you are familiar with this.Thanks in advance

Hi there,I published what amounts to an old flash game - in AIR for Android. There's some very complex animations living in this prototype, motion tweens, shape tweens, thousands of them. For every step of the way.Is it normal for animations to run so poorly on a mobile experience? I have used some blending modes that I didn't think it would support.Any suggestions here on how to save the file?And if AIR doesn't run Animate CC's animations in an app, what is the right tool?

I just wondered if I you might know any solutions to get Adobe AIR to work since the newest update? Since I downloaded it, it shows me this message: "Adobe.AIR framework is damaged and can't be opened". I've tried running the lines of code that have been recommended on this forum, and others. It doesn't show any items to quarantine, so the code has nothing to remove. I have checked that Adobe Air is in the "frameworks" folder. When I run the code, it says:  /Library/Frameworkssudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine ./Adobe\ AIR.framework-bash: cd: /Library/Frameworkssudo: No such file or directory I'm not an expert with coding or anything, so any help is appreciated! 

Hello, I'm having a problem with installing the Adobe AIR (after downloading it) for Windows Vista (32-bit), that i use. What could be the possible problem.. ? It wouldn't open at all. Thanks

 I'm running a Mac with the latest version of Catalina. I'm consistentley getting error messages when attempting to DL Air. Message Says: "Adobe AIR.Framework" is damaged and can't be opened. Have attempted to uninstall and reenstall several times with same issue, as well as ensure I'm running latest verios on MAC OS and restarts.

I have created a simple button skin that has rounded corners that I want to look like a pill-button.  I want it to work no matter how large or small the button is.  The main visual object in the skin is of course a <Rect> object that I will have to set the radius parameters on to round out the button. Input textfield does not work in Android on 50% phone, when i change <uses-sdk android:targetSdkVersion="27"/> to <uses-sdk android:targetSdkVersion="28"/> (On demand Google Play)I use adobe air sdk 27 or 32.If use air sdk 33, then input textfield works. But i can not use air sdk 33. Air sdk 33 does not support ANE from 3-rd party developers in my projects.

Hi All, This problem - reported and solved in AIR 26 - has reappeared in AIR 33: https://community.adobe.com/t5/air/audio-stops-working-after-receiving-call-on-ios/m-p/9152207#M48435 In my Apache Flex app (Flex 4.16, AIR 33) running on iOS, all audio stops working if/when the user receives a phone call, if the phone just rings once, if a clock alarm goes off, etc. If the user then leaves the app, i.e. presses the phone's home key, then returns, the problem goes away. This is happening any time my app is 'interrupted', to use Apple's terminology. My name is Manyoung Lee who works for a company that makes firewall appliance.Currently, The Web UI that controls the appliance is implemented in Flex.Since support for Flash will be discontinued for each browser in 2021, we are preparing to control the Web UI with an AIR application.In order for the Web UI to operate based on AIR application, it is necessary to distribute an AIR application package with the NPSWF32.dll.Could we violate the license policy If we distribute an AIR application package with the NPSWF32.dll?For reference, The Web UI of the firewall appliance can only be accessed by authorized intranet users.

Hi. I am developing an iOS app for iPhone (preferably iPhone X) and I've come across black margins at the top and bottom of my app. I'm attempting to research "Launch Images" and how they are used for iOS apps to resize said app and remove the black margins. I have a couple of questions and i hope someone can assist me as it's preventing this project from being completed by my client (for very good reason).1.) This is how the app currently looks and the black margins have been driving me insane, just to confirm. I need to add a launch Image correct?2.) I'm trying to understand how "Launch Images work". For example, I have these images that I'd like to put into the root of my application. do I put one in or do I put them all in? I made sure the sizes are correct according to apple's document on how launch images should be applied to apps here.3.) Is there a preferred method to create Launch Images (I create mines as PNG's in Photoshop or Illustrator)? Thank you for your time

When I compiling my app using Animate 2020 for Android with the last compilerThe input text fields don't runs well in android devices.When I press on the input field don't show the android soft keyboard!We have 7 big app on googleplay running ok but know I can’t make any changes because when I compile them and test them  I have this problem in all of the  input text fields. When I click on the text field don’t show the soft keyboard in many devices (in some devices runs well) I tried to do this:mytextfield.needSoftKeyboard=true;mytextfield.requestSoftKeyboard();without results. I use Animate 2020, I can’t use a previous compiler.I need help!Thanks!

I use a lot of PopUps in my mobile app.  They work great on iOS, Android, and Amazon Fire devices, but the don't POSITION themselves correctly on Amazon Fire devices. noInvitePopUp = PopUpManager.createPopUp(this, NoInvitePopUp, true) as NoInvitePopUp; PopUpManager.centerPopUp(noInvitePopUp); This code should create a popup that is centered horizontally and vertically inside of the component that created it.  It works on iOS and Android, but on Amazon Fire, it centers horizontally, but vertically it positions flush to the top of the component that created it.  Has anyone experienced this, and do you have any tips to take care of this?  Do I need to post a bug report??
