Hi, I'm trying to uninstall the many 32-bit Adobe applications cluttering up my MacBook before updating to Catalina.  One of them appears to be an ancient version of Adobe AIR.  When I click on the uninstaller (Applications/Utilities/Adobe AIR Uninstaller - why this was put here is beyond me) an "Adobe Air Setup" dialog box saying "Adobe AIR already installed.  This verion of Adobe AIR is already installed on your system."  Of course, this is unhelpful information for an uninstaller to provide.  Thoughts on how to uninstall? Steve

Hi, when i try to uninstall Adobe air and reinstall it, i get msg like this this. Does anyone face the same problem ?

1. I got Java updated.2. I removed adobe air completely and it was installed automatically as part of installation of that software.3. The software I am using can install  adobe air automatically4. I got error message during the installation process from adobe air. Sorry, an error has occured5. after this error message, I installed the installer file that I got from from the software website, I also updated Microsoft net framework using windows update. I also changed compatibility mode for the Application Installer  to my windows version and nothing has changed.  I applied all solutions and nothing has changed. I asked other people they told me they have the same problem but they fix it using your the popular  guide, but for me it didn't work out well

Updated to Catalina; most things are working just fine except when using Animate to publish to Air for iOS. Now getting the following error: /Applications/Adobe Animate CC 2019/Air 32.0.0.89/lib/aot/bin/compile-abc: Bad CPU type in executable. This error shows up in all versions of Air (32.0.0.89, 32.0.0.144 and Harman's 33.0.2.246) and is not the file (will throw error publishing a new file).

Hello, After setting up my PC hardrive from factory setting, I am finding that ADOBE AIR will not open. I have the error message 'APPLICATION DESCRIPTOR NOT FOUND' when I try to open my LEVONO HELP CENTER to run a system test on my laptop. I have tried to roll back to a previous AIR version, but this does not work. I have tried to search the forums on the net for a solution but nothing found so far, including YOU TUBE help videos. Is there anyone who can tell me from DOBE what the problem might be and what steps I can use to try and fix. Many thanks.......sam

I am unable to launch the Eizo ColorNavigator6 application that is needed to calibrate my Eizo CS2420 monitor. The app uses Adobe AIR and I have tried upgrading AIR to the latest version but it hasn't worked. Am currently running Windows 10 64 bit Home version. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the Colornavigator app and AIR but it hasn't helped. I still am faced with an initialization error message.

Hello, I am using Adobe Animate CC to build my app and upload it to itunes for ios.I m using the correct certificate (distribution) and provision profile, but i still get the error:ERROR ITMS-90035: "Invalid signature. A sealed resource is missing or invalid. The file at path [App name.app/App name] is not properly signed. Make sure ...I certainly use the correct certificate and profiles. Hello,I'm developing AIR applications for both Android and IOS devices.I'm looking for an ANE (or something else) that lets me share texts and images using AS3, both in Android and IOS.I've used GoViral, but the project has been dead since 2-3 years ago.I wanted to try ANE-Share of digitalstrawberry, but the link to download the ANE Android support 27.1.1 seems broken  (it is required for sharing on Android).Any suggestion? I need to use a project that is "live", because hopefully they will also provide version for 64bit devices.

AIR for iOS StageWebView has been having issues locating files in different sub-directory in the app since Apple changed to wkwebview since AIR26. There was a workaround to it by disposing the StageWebView that loads the HTML from directory A and initiate a new StageWebView to load HTML from directory B. However, this workaround no longer works now that Apple releases iOS 13.  Even a commercial ANE (Distriqt NativeWebView ANE) can't make it work. Fortunately the ANE has an option to revert the webview to the old school UIWebView. I don't understand why Adobe just refused to improve the StageWebView functionality to keep it up to date.  Now if we need to make the iOS app to work on iOS 13 and up then we can't use the AIR StageWebView and must use an ANE.  Is this a new feature request that I should send to Harman?  Anyone has any thoughts or advice?
