Brush lagging and can't draw fast

My brush is not drawing what I am drawing.
-Maybe because og lag.
My wacom board works fine in other apps.
The picture below is me trying to write "Hello" in normal speed and trying to recreate the red lines in normal drawing speed.
The red lines were drawn slow.
As you can see is about every second line missing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Specs:
I'm using a Wacom Intuos 3.

Driver: WacomTablet_6.3.15-3.dmg​
