Titmouse designed a plugin called facinator to manipulate 2d frame by frame drawing inside a symbol like a 3d model rotation and the plugin is awesome a must need feature of adobe flash but they did not released it and even adobe did not developed it for adobe flash. But the plugin is really awesome and very very must needed feature and I think if it comes to adobe animate it became so much popular in 2d rigging.    

Hello and thanks for any help in advance. I am attempting to create a simple presentation in animate that plays external videos from a button interface. I have imported the videos to 6 separate frames in the scene, frames 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60. The interface is on frame 1 containing 6 buttons. Hi everybodyIn the past, Flash/Animate was used in our company to create illustrations (99% of which static illustrations with no animations at all). Time has come to convert these 600+ illustrations to Illustrator (Animate CC -> .svg -> Illustrator CC).Is there a way to automate the process "publish as svg" in Animate using a script?Thanks a lot for your ideas.Paul

Qual o comando que eu dou para uma interpolação de Bitmap que faço ela alpha 0 para alpha 100 mostrar e parar nesse frame.Só que há animações mais longas e estas tem que continuar, seleciono para reproduzir só uma vez e não funciona. Veja a imagem. Será que o Animate está com Bug??? Ou eu estou fazendo alguma coisa errado??? Descobri que na imagem Tela1.jpg se na configuração para exportação em clicar em "Linha do tempo em loop", mesmo mudando a quantidade DE REPRODUÇÃO da interpolação para 1 vez a "Linha do tempo em loop" estando clicado, todas as interpolações do index ficam em loop, e se deixar desclicada a opção "Linha do tempo em loop" na configuração da exportação todas as interpolações reproduzem apenas uma vez, mesmo internamente eu configurar como loop.

I need to locate and delete temporary files that are made to create videos from Adobe Animate. Hundreds of gigs have been lost on my machine due to exporting videos that are a few minutes long. I need to free up space. Where is the location? 

 I want my frame to be a second long so i place the keyframeand extend it to a second long using CTRL and dragging it. HOWEVER it doesnt make whats in the keyframe a second long,  for instance i wanted my characters eyes to be shut for a second long, so i place a keyframe with eyes shut, and then extended the keyframe to a second ....BUT my characters eyes are not shut for a second. PLEASE HELP this should be a verysimople fix because in pother animation softwares it works this way -thank you 

I have used the coding action script SoundMixer.stopAll(); to stop my song when going to another frame but when I go back in the previous frame the song doesn't play. I have to be at the first frame again for the song to play. How do I want to make the coding only stop when it reaches the desired frame and return to the frame where there is a song, the song will play again. Actually, I am making a learning application that has three parts is learning, quizzes and games.

I'm having a problem with the audio on Adobe Animate, I have a project with multiple scenes, I want to add background music to each scene but the problem is the music from scene 1 doesn't stop when I go to scene 2 & 3, or even when I go back to scene 1, they all get mixed together.So how do I make the music play just for a specific scene and stops for another music to play in another scene?Thanks

I've seen a similar post but I didn't understand the answer, but how do you export outside your stage? I have these drawings that I want to keep a certain size to keep their resolution when exporting them into After Effects, so is there a way to export drawings that go outside the stage as a PNG sequence? I've already tried clicking the minimum image area, didn't work.

My character, who is animated in a walk cycle, made with an armature linking several graphic symbols, has parts sticking out of the frame of the stage. Can I export the entire character, including the animation, ignoring the stage frame somehow?Thank you for your help.

I have a simple animation that I'm working on, and I need to addjust the path of an object, but the part I want to change is in the Y axis. The program simply wont let me click on the option (Photo included). I clicked on all the options, but it wont go out of X. I also tried clicking on the other lines, still did nothing.

Its as simple as it sounds, i want my audio set to stream however i want to turn scrubbing off and for my life cannot find a setting to do so 

I did a small animation and saved it as it was, and when I reopened it today, all my progress was gone. It still has the layers named, but none of my animation is there. It's the same when I open the backup file too. Did I do something wrong?

Hi All, Since the last update I'm experiencing a very frustrating problem. I can animate each of my scenes just fine and play through them on the timeline with no problem however if I preview the movie or export it, every scene after scene 1 plays super fast. Like it's complressing each of the other scenes into half a second. I don't think I can share the file because it has sensitive company information in. Has anybody experienced this? Perhaps it is something in the settings that I have accidentally clicked on but I cannot figure out why it has started doing this. I've been working on this animation for about 3 months and have never had this problem until now. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I was struggling to find how to turn a symbol/layer into a animated blend transition. I can only see how to animate a blended mode layer on rotation (say, subtract layer ontop of a normal layer, you see the effect). But I am simply looking to take a layer and use a blend mode say invert, and slowly have the layers invert back and forth on loop.I've been googing with no answers but it seems quite simple, if anyone could help that would be great. Thank you. 

I want this to only play the sound here, when he returns he will automatically stop the sound that is being read. my problem is when I open it he plays the sound, if I go back he will read the sound until the end.

The color picker in Animate used to be the best color picker in any Adobe program and would allow you to pick any color you see inside the Animate window including parts of the window itself and more importantly the stroke color from the fill or fill color from the stroke, which now just defaults to whatever color the stage is set to. I loved how fast that was to implement and it's been gone for a while now. Why ADOBE!? Why do you continue to bash those of us that use Animate as an illustration program over our heads?

Hey, sorry if this was posted already. Im new to the forums so I might have double posted. I apologize if I did. Regardless, my copy of Animate suddenly started acting strangly, and the "recently used" files were completely cleared. The launch screen and the "recently opened files" tab were both suddenly empty. I then manually navigated to my most recent project, and Animate "failed to open it". It can open earlier projects, but the most recent it wont. I'm worried the file may have been corrupted. I have it set to autosave every 10 mins but I can't find any previously saved versions in my configurations file. I reinstalled Animate and it still gave me the same issue. Here is a link to the file, if someone can check this out and either attempt to repair it or confirm for me that it is infact corrupt that would be great. My animation is gone and I can't find it anywhere. It told me to save a lot before as it was moved? I'm not sure. What can I do to get it back?

Hey,I created an animated GIF in Adobe Animate. It has a file size of about 10mb but I need it to be 3mb max.Originally, it has 30fps, but even when I reduce the framerate to 14fps the filesize still stays the same. I think I overlooked something because the filesize actually has to shrink with fewer frames right?I you have any ideas please let me know. Thank you!

Hello, i'm very much new in the Animate and i have a problem that keeps occurring and some times i can fix it, some times not, but it's always a try/error situation.I do an animation  with just key frames or even Tween, but when i return to the "bigger" symbol, the animation appears delayed.Can someone explain me what causes this and the best way do correct it please.

What is the best way of using the auto lip sync feature if you require 2 or more chaarcters in a scene?Currently I have one character and sync'd his voice to the audio.However I want a conversation with another character.What's the best way to organise a scene for multiple voices? Is is to create short audio files with each person's line from the script - then create new layers with each seperate audio file and mouth graphic clip to auto sync the instance to each line? Am guessing this would quickly result in scores of layers and audio files in a few minutes.Wondered if there is a better way to do it?Or is there an open source .FLA anywhere to download that shows how to set up multiple voices in the same scene?Thanks! 

I am exporting my animation and added to Media Encoder, I have tried JPEG and a couple other formats and they seem to not work. My animation is roughly 25 minutes long and 160MB. I have enough storage easily to export and I am not sure what's causing me to be stuck at 56%, any help?
