Why I can't see my files after uploading to the web. And yes, I include the image, etc., folders

Has anyone else  had the problem of their files not showing on the web.  I make sure to include all the necessary folders, js files, etc.

When I preview the files (Canvas html5) I see them perfectly, but when I upload everything, I see nothing.  

I've cleared the history, cache, etc.
