Brige photp downloader not working. Bridge 25

I am having this issue with Bridge: Bridge does not recognize my CF card.

Bridge Version: 15.0.0.397.

Bought a new card reader: Xcellon CFexpress Type B and UHS-II SD Card Reader

Bought a new card: Lexar 256GB Professional CFexpress Type B Card DIAMOND Series      

Operating system is: Windows 11 Home (version: 23H2 / OS build: 22631.4931)

I can see the files on the card vis file explorer.

I can open the files in Photoshop.

What gives?

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Bridge.
