Mac Studio Sonoma 14.4.1 / PS 25.7 / ACR 16.2.1 I haven't had issues with the profile before, even when I first processed the image in 2015. I am revisiting old shots because I can now process them better with the new tools in ACR. Regardless whether the image is Nikon RAW or enhanced DNG, the 2 shots I have of this tree have the same problem. When I work with the images in the current process version, ACR is creating visible artifacts in the all 4 corners (see images). I used the curve to enhance the problem. As a work around I was ble to successfully use a similar profile without any issues. I just noticed that the problem happens with the V2 profile and not the original. 

I'm having issues in timelapse sequences with vignette properties changing when I change shutter speed and I need to vary it via the XMP data.  I set keyframes, edit those, then interporlate the values in the XMP files via a custom tool.  There are thousands of images so it's not practical to do it manually - the code interpolates the values set in the keyframes. The issue is I can't figure out how the XMP file stores vignette data.  There's a slider in Camera Raw for "Vignette" but there's no corresponding entry in the XMP file.  There's a "VignetteModelParam1" but it's always equal to 1.  Then there's a collection of entries under "VignetteModelPiecewiseParam" but those values change with every image, even the ones where the slider in Camera Raw is unchanged.  So I don't understand what those values represent.  It looks like they represent some kind of a falloff value as a function of radius from the center of the image but why do they change f

I´m trying to create a camera profile to edit my infrared photos. My camara is Sony DSC-F828. I save the SRF file in Lightroom as DNG. Then I open this file in the Adobe DNG Profile Editor. But when I want to change the temperature under "color-matrices", then "the operation could not be completed" appears. I tried to convert the SRF to DNG also with ACR, but the same reaction.More than 1 year ago, I managed to create a profile, but I´m not sure, if the version of the editor was the same. Does anyone habe an idea? Camera Raw   Hello, Camera raw bug, in fact when I do a treatment with it it works the first time, but if I want to come back to it it applies the previous settings without even opening RAW camera.  Do you have this problem? Thank you so much   Photoshop 2024 Windows 11

How to reset Esc-key settings in camera raw? I chose not to see the message again. And that it should not close. But that combination was clearly not possible, because now it closes without asking.

I have Elements 2023.   Under "Help" in Organizer, I selected "Install Camera Raw".    A few days later, I tried to import a couple of raw images.   Elements says it cannot read the files.    I have a Sony A6700.   What am I missing?

With the latest update, RAW automatically has 'Use profile corrections' under Optics checked as defaultI don't want to uncheck it every single time that I open a file; but can't figure out how to end this pain in the butt. thanks for any help  

Camera RAW slow responses on Mac high resultion Monitor, but not on external low resolution Monitor. How can I fix it? By the way it is not a Performance Problem, as I had it on an old and new Mac.

Hi, getting "Merged result exceeds maximum size" message when using two image files to Merge to Panorama. I had a similar problem in a previous version about a year ago. Just in case the problem was not the current version of ACR, I downloaded 14.5 and it works fine.

Because I use the LUT "Crisp warm Look"  very often, I want to make a custom profile for using in Lr. I've tried it with startingpoint Ps-ACR and also with Bridge-ACR.At first I struggled with the step to make a new profile (via Ps + ACR): tick the 3 dots (=More image settings), press ALT + Create Preset and there is the drop down menu where you can make a new profile.  I press and hold ALT, but when I press Create Preset the drop down menu disappears immediately.But I found alternative way to do this, via Bridge + ACR: go to Presets, click on Create preset, press and hold ALT and Create Preset and there appears the drop down menu to create a new profile. A lot of my images have been opening sideways recently and its killing me cause I can't find the rotate option. Apparently I am suppoesd to be able to press 'R' or 'L' to rotate my image but that does not work. I cannot find a tool or button to rotate manually either. I opened this Camera Raw from Photoshop 22.5.6 and running on Windows 10 if that matters. I opened Camera Raw through Filter > Camera Raw Filter. 

My primary camera body is a Sony A7Riv. I shoot exclusively in uncompressed RAW. The other day, I began looking at and working with some ARW files shot with that camera in the latest Lightroom Classic (12.3) and Adobe Camera RAW (15.3) versions. I normally work in Capture One Pro. When working on the images with Lightroom and ACR I very quickly noticed that the images seemed to have strange noise and artifacts in them. In addition, the photos were generally just generally noisier/grainier in Lightroom than in Capture One Pro. I would have written that off to different default noise reduction defaults in the two programs except for the strange textured noise artifacts that I mentioned above, which seems to point to something else going on. And under any kind of sharpening, it gets much more pronounced. I've noticed it most in skin in the mid-tone transitional areas, but it is present in all areas, including as noise in solid colour areas. I've run lightrooms new AI noise reduction on it

Hallo,ich habe gerade auf Photoshop Elements 2024 upgegradet, da meine neue Kamera nicht mehr mit meinem alten Photoshop Elements 2018 unterstützt wird.Ich habe das Camera Raw Plug-in installiert, aber in der neuen Maske fehlt bei "Grundeinstellungen" die Option "Neue Camera Raw Standards speichern". Das hat es mir ermöglicht, das nächste Bild wieder mit den gleichen Voreinstellungen zu öffnen. Die einzige Möglichkeit, die ich jetzt zu haben scheine ist, auf "Vorherige Einstellungen anwenden" zu klicken. Das würde aber bedeutena) dass bei jedem Öffnen einer neuen Bilddatei ein zusätzlicher Klick erforderlich ist, oderb) dass Einstellungen angewendet werden, die ich beim neuen Bild nicht haben möchte.Ich würde aber gerne wie bisher diverse Grundeinstellungen wie Kontrast, Lichter, Tiefen, Sättigung, Rauschreduzierung standardmäßig einstellen, damit ich nicht jedes Mal alle diese Schritte wiederholen muss. Hello! I have a very old graphic card (yeah, I know ...) and I saw that with Camera RAW 16 the option to set "Use Graphics Processor" to Off is no longer available.I was wondering if anyone found a workaround for this.Currently I use a standalone Camera RAW 15.5 installer, but I would very much like to use the new features of the version 16 on my old laptop.It is not possible now to use it because the version 16 available settings are only Custom and Auto.In Custom, both options are grayed out, unaccessible.I know there are others who encountered this problem and I thought I might ask for a solution.The model of my graphic card is in the print screen attached. The OS is Windows 10.Thank you!

When I open camera raw, there is no menu at the top.  I've reinstalled camera raw and I am using the most recent version (14.2).  I can't find anything in the settings that shows/hides the menu.  This means I can't crop or straighten my images.  I'm at a loss as to what do do.  Any help would be appreciatd.  

Recently I updated Camera Raw to the new 16.2.1 version. Since that moment I can add one single mask, but after the first mask, I can't add any other or change the mask once I finished it.  The buttons on the screen simply doesn't work anymore afther the first mask. I still can use the keyboard combiations to add a linear gradient, radial gradient of the bursh. But can't click any other.. even the 'add+ / subtract-' doesn't do anything:( Anyone got some suggestions??

Windows 10, Br 14.03.200, ACR 16.2.1.1767, Ps 25.6 Perhaps I missed this default behaviour change ... but when I open a single RAW file as a Smart Object using ACR from within Bridge the image file name gets appended with a "-1". If I close the image from Photoshop (without saving) and then reopen the same file as a SO from ACR it then gets appended with "-2". Repeating the same routine (open as SO from ACR, close without saving in Ps, open as SO from ACR, close without saving in Ps, ...) results in progressively higher numbers being appended to the single file being opened (img1928-1, img1928-2, img1928-3, img1928-4, img1928-5, etc..). Has this behaviour been "normal" for a number of Ps, Br, ACR versions and I'm only now noticing?? Is there a preference to disable this behaviour and so a single image opened as a SO will use only it's original file name without any added integers (I've not found it if it exists)? I understand that opening multiple copies of the same file

Ich habe Probleme beim Vorschaubild in der Entrauschen-Funktion. Dieses wird nur sehr stark verpixelt dargestellt und Veränderungen sind überhaupt nicht erkennbar.Ich habe bereits eine Neuinstallation durchgeführt. Dies gab aber keine Verbesserung.

Hallo.Camera RAW 16.2.1 (MAC) bringt unter "Optik" die Fehlermeldung "Passendes Objektivprofil kann nicht automatisch gefunden werden" Dies betrifft die DNG RAW Dateien des Apple iPhones 15 Pro Max.Die Objektivinformationen zu 13 Pro Max sowie Canon 5D werden automatisch gefunden und angezeigt.In der manuellen Auswahl kann man die 15 Pro Max Einstellung finden, macht aber keinen Sinn. An den Exif Informationen kann es nicht liegen, die sind z.B. in Bridge komplett und korrekt auslesbar.Ich arbeite mit MAC, Reset mit Taste "Option" und PS Datei>Voreinstellung->Camera Raw habe ich gemacht. ohne Erfolg. Rosetta ist nicht aktiviert.Hat jemand einen Tip?Andreas

New Denoise feature causes Lrc to forget the Manual Noise Reduction and Grain settings. They are reset on the newly created DNG file. I have to re-adjust the grain after using the Denoise feature. Normally it should remember the grain setting at least. I'm also leaving some noise intentionally, for the AI not to ruin the faces and people, so I add the noise reduction manually. But Lrc forgets my settings and I have to re-adjust them again as well.

Hello together,  after having used the test version von PSE 24 with CR 16 in January I decided to buy a full license for PSE 24. I just installed PSE 24 and the CR 16 yesterday and it says "Camera Raw erfordert eine GPU-Beschleunigung, um Bilder bearbeiten". I tried to fix the problem with help of Google. But none of the possible solutions being discussed in different topics worked so far. So is there anybody out there who could help me? Which infomation do you need? Thanks in advance.  KRMatthias 

Hi all.This action is more for evaluation purposes.Usually, to do this, I take an uncropped image and look at it through a hole in whatman paper. But I am a little surprised by the fact that I cannot do this with 21st century tools. I cannot find any key combinations (or such an action is not provided at all) to enlarge or reduce the image inside the cropped area.
