Good morning!I have inherited a very large (3.69 GB) captivate project that includes several embedded videos. The client was running it from a USB flash drive, apparently. We cannot host it on our SharePoint site because it is too large and also because it won't run from Chrome or Edge (a larger problem for another post). Additionally, it is training for external partners who do not have access to our intranet or shared drives.I was able to find a host for it through our Corporate Branding group on their Widen Asset site. So, I converted it to an MP4 and asked them to upload it. My problem is that the embedded video runs for a second, then stops. Any advice? I'm not super techy, so keep it simple, please :). Hello all,new to captivate. Registered with phone gap and tried to publish my captivate project to android.It says published successfully, from the application and goes to the download link however.. on the page it says"No application packages have been built at this time.This may mean that they are in the process of building, or that the developer has not issued a built yet. Please check back again later"Any help with what i am doing wrong would be appreciated.

Hello Adobers,I reached out to this community (which I didn't know existed) because I need some help from experienced adobe users as to what application do I need to start my project.I want to create online courses about science. The final product would be a video that would present the lesson, a physics exercise f.e. I want to create moving objects, falling, accelerating, colliding e.t.c. At some parts of the video  I will write down the equation and the problem solution using digitizer, and maybe i will record my self talking in a corner. In my future plans is to create animated characters that will talk or showing stuff. e.t.c. I have experience with Photoshop but no other adobe product. Which one would you recommend to invest my time and resources?

Morning All, I was wondering is it possible to edit a FMR slide file inside Adobe Captivate or must it be done with an external application? Would like to take several seconds out of the front of the FMR. I am using Adobe Captive 11.5.1.499 ThanksPhil.

Good Afternoon! I am working on a project where I would like to use a text entry box to obtain user feedback. The problem that I am running in to is that the current settings are not allowing the text within my entry box to appear in a wrap format, which will be needed for lengthy responses. Does anyone know a work around for this issue? I appreciate the help! 

How to add slide numbers to show on each slide

Why can't I have an optional fluid box disappear when I select “squeeze in a column?” All the examples I see online use “squeeze in a row,” yet they say you can do this both ways. Can anyone show me an example where squeezing in a column makes the optional box disappear?

Hello. I could really use you help.I have a PPT presentation (PPT 2016) that I have imported into Adobe Captivate 2019. Prior to importing, I stripped out all animation, so it is just text, some images, and links. In Captivate, I selected the Responsive Project from MS PowerPoint option and imported the presentation. I have added click boxes over the linked text and set them to open in a new window and unchecked Continue Playing the project.  My Preferences are set like the following (note, I have also published as 2004 for testing using the same settings for the same project):   I have previewed the content in Captivate using the Preview Project and Preview in SCORM Cloud. In both cases the project worked as expected without any errors recorded. I uploaded the SCORM files into our LMS (SABA) and previewed the content (in the latest versions of FF and Chrome) and it works as expected.  However, when others have previewed it they are get

Hey guys!!  I am using content from a powerpoint presentaion. The picture that was included, I just saved and inserted it into captivate. However, it is coming out very blurry but it is not blurry in the powerpoint. Any suggestions?? Here's what it looks like....

I'm trying to import high fidelity slides into Captivate 2019 TRIAL version and it keeps failing.  I've tried saving the presentation as just 1 animated slide in case the project was too large but get the same results.  Is this just bc it's a trial version?  I really need to see how this works if i'm going to upgrade.  Thanks all.

I'm very new to elearning content creation / publishing so i'll apologise in advance if this question is way off the mark. I'm trying to research the most efficient way to deploy content to our LMS (SCORM Cloud), I've heard about deploying content using PENS publishing. scorm.com/PENS/  Does Adobe Captivate support PENS publishing? Hi forum,  When I Publish > Publish to computer > Publish as video, unfortunately, my Captivate crashes and won't publish as it used to. I'd like the .mp4 export as I'll be joining it with a Premiere project. Any ideas as to why Captivate is crashing? I have the most updated version of Captivate (11.5.4), a mac, Catalina, and I've done this many times before.  Thank you for any useful help you can provide,  Cassy 

I use version 2019: Is there a way to delete all highlight boxes in a project without deleting each individual boxes on each slide? thanks

When I am recording in captivate 2019, the video demo stops at the trimmed section of the video. I can continue to record, but I can't follow my video demo. I tried clicking play to push the video demo but it dings in error because the recording window is open and active. Are there any solutions to this issue? 

How to delete a button?

I rember that when I upgraded my Captivate 8 application to 2017. I had both versions availalble on my system.How is that arranged when I install Captivate 2019 on my system where Captivate 2017 is still installed.I would like to have both versions running to be able to keep specific projects in 2017.

I can't seem to drag the edges to re-size it; is there a known fix for the capture window being cut off?   Captivate 2017 10.0.1.285 -- worked fine for months.
