Not tech savvy... need to use Adobe Connect for an online class I'm about to start... when I checked my Mac system readiness I got a message that I should Add-In for better service... clicked on link to do so... nothing happened... don't understand what Add-In is (do I need a webcam or something?)... thanx
Hi,We have been trying _ for many weeks_ to figure out where we could get a quote for Adobe connect on premise, we tried with local partners but they are only entitled to sell Adobe connect hosted so they suggested us to look into adobe portal but there is no any clue.Wating for your comments,Edgar
How to present a youtube vidoe in a adobe connect meeting?
HI AllI have noticed the while uploading a large CSV file many of the users in this file didnt get uploaded and dont exisit on Adobe Connect even after a sucessful upload message appears. The CSV layout was correct and the fields data was 100% in layout to CSV requirements. It seems that some users just got ignored when uploaded.Has anyone come accross this problem before is it a bug or is there a limited to the number of users you can upload at a given time ( Just to add the missing users were located in random locations in the CSV file and not in one cluster)Thanks all Hope you can helpLanz

Hello:Tracking the names of attendees of a live webinar in Adobe Connect is no problem. However, what I want to do is track the names of people who access an archived webinar. We know how to track the number of views for archived webinars, but I want to know the names of the people viewing the archived webinar. How can I do this?I do not want to use the more complicated Events Module if that requires people to sign in with an Adobe ID - that will add more confusion to finding the webinar which is a bad thing.Thanks, in advance, for any help.Brandon

Hello, we are trying to use the doorbell extension for connect 9.04 but unfortunatelly it's not working. When someone enters the room we do not get any notification, neither when someone clicks on "ring for service". is doorbelll extension compatible for Adobe Connect 9.02? if not, is there any other similar extension that we may use?. thank you very much.
I am trying to change the meeting info title. It saves and is visible in the "manage meeting information" but yet when I place participants on hold it still reads the old title. I have in-fact ended the meeting after the change, waited 20 minutes and tried again. Still the same problem. Please help. Thanks
Hardware: MBP RetinaSoftware: OSX 10.9.2 Chrome 34.0.1847.116 (up-to-date)I have made 12 offline recordings in the past with no trouble. Suddenly, this week, the recording process has stopped working. I have read every article I can find on this issue including the ones on resizing that might potentially explain this. I am not doing any resizing during the recording process.Here are the new symptoms:(1) When I start the recording process, there are long loading delays. Both right after I click "make flv" to start the process, and also after I dismiss the screensize warning dialog, there is a 30-second to 1-minute delay where nothing happens.(2) After the video plays back (which works just fine) the file that is created will not open in VLC, nor can it be interpreted by youtube. I am looking for help on redirecting the login page to another page that does SSO for us. I have the documentation from Breeze on how to do this but it is not very clear and when attempted my Adobe Connect Server doesn't work. If anybody can help me that would be great. Hi all,to my understanding, event management in Adobe Connect Central is not enabled if you have not installed a cq server. Is that correct? A colleague will be presenting a webinar using a MacBook Pro and I will be facilitating from our office. This is the third in a series she is doing and we have had no problems in the past. However, when we did our dry run yesterday I could hear her but she could not hear me. She is currently travelling in Europe, so I tested the sound on another colleague's laptop (also a MacBook) and there were no problems. Any ideas as to why my colleague in Europe could not hear me? She said her speakers were on and she was not using a headset.
