Good day.After successfully installing Adobe Connect server, we cannot connect to Connect Central with the correct credentials.The application doesn’t produce any result or error, just remains on the logon screen, clearing the fields, probably reloading/returning to the login page.Reading the access.log , we get the message of NO_ACCESS_NO_LOGIN.If we introduce incorrect credentials we get the correct message of “ Invalid user or password. Please try again. “ Installation on:Windows 2008 serverExisting SQL Server 2008 R2 Express databaseAny ideas?
hi,i would like each participiant see partially different video during video conference. It is like a name of the participiant on the screen or different logo for each participiant. At the end, video should be manipuılated before sending.is it possible ? If it is, could you give me the direction ?Thanks
I'm watching a webinar from the US, and the video will not play smoothly, stopping constantly. The system is apparently operating normally and I've done the Adobe Connect test and it says everything is fine, with new add-on installed. Is there anything else I can do to stop the video pausing?
I was working with a client, have Adobe Connect 9, they were using IE 9 and were not able to access any other web browser. I had provided them with the download link for the add-in and they said their IT person had installed it. When I gave them rights to share the screen, they choose Share screen but never got a popup window asking them if they wanted to choose an Application or their desktop. So they couldn't share screen. We tried logging off and logging back on still no luck.Is this a known issue? Where we doing something wrong?What is the solution? Thanks in advance.
Using the adobe connect SDK ot Flash Builder, is there any way I can customize Adobe Connect to have an EASY Share button for a browser window (IE). People in my department have a hard time sharing their screen and I want to make it easier.Is there any way to do this?Thanks,Andrew
I have created a room that will be open to the public and is configured for access to anyone with the URL. Currently, they still must pass through the login page and enter a Name. Is there a way to do either of the following: A) create a URL that bypasses the login screen and automatically goes to the room itself, or B) remove the Name field from the login screen for this room so that attendees need only click the Enter Room button?
how much does it cost to maintain adobe connect
Hi. I want to make a custom pod for connect and I have flashbuilder.Can I use AS3 or must I use AS2?And do you know any good additional sources and or tutorial on doing this or on building custom pods?Thanks!
I tried three other microphones and nothing worked. It was working fine and just stopped working. I hadn't changed anything. Extremely frustrated. Had to cancel a meeting after we paid to have the presenter here...

We do a lot of webinars/training with people in canada (we are in NY) and we also do them with peopel across the us. With webex there is a toll and toll free charge does this apply to adobe connect? How does the connection phone call work? Also, if everyone decides to joing by live video is there an additional charge to connect that way too?

Hello,Since we upgraded to 9.2 a couple weeks ago, my colleague has been unable to upload MP3 files to share pods within our meeting room from his Mac. When he emails me the exact same files, I have no trouble uploading them from my PC, and the music plays just fine. Prior to the upgrade, he was able to do this with no problems.Is there a solution that will enable him to upload MP3 files again? Thank you for your help.

Is there a way to organize multiple existing polls? I use Adobe Connect for my classroom and have set up quite a few polls to check comprehension. Am I missing some easy way to organize those polls or is the only option the way that Adobe Connect automatically organizes them?
This week I'm not able to use my microphone because the Audio Menu is no longer displaying. It was there last week, and not it's gone. Any ideas on what caused this? I'm not using VoIP; there is no dial-in for users. Let me know what other informtion would be helpful in troubleshooting this. Thanks.
I have only recently started using adobe connect. Everything works great except when i do a recording. On replay, every recording I have done has frozen, and refuses to play any further.My computer is one month old and has latest Windows and Flash installed. Any advice gratefully received.
Hellowe use a Adobe Connect 9.2 Server and have problems with our Recordings. The Recordings show the Right Runtime in Adobe Connect Administration. But if we Playback the Recording, it is much longer than the Orginal. The Reason is, that the Recordning freezes a serveral Times und serval Seconds or minutes. So thats why the Recording is longer than it is really is. So have anyone these Problems, or how could we resolves these Problems. It works last year, but since 6 months we got these Problem. Hopefully someone can help us.best regards
Can anyone assist me in learning about the Audio Conferencing Service Provider Adaptor as discussed on page 11 of the Adobe Connect 9 Technical Guide? It seems to suggest that it would provide tools within the Connect room itself to "...control all aspects of the audio conference such as starting and stopping a conference call, muting selected users, and so on. In addition, the adapter provides real-time indicators for current speaker and dial-in status." I can't locate any information on how to access these tools, how to configue them, or if they exist at all. Currently, the only way I can mute specific people in the conference call is via Verizon's web interface, but doing so directly in the Connect room would be so much easier. Can anyone assist me with understanding this?

HelloYesterday, I recorded a more than one hour meeting. But now, when I go the the record page, and click that link, it doesn't work. It stays in the connecting page for more than half hour. I thought it might be some server error. But after I make another test record, it works perfect. Does the recording I made yesterday doesn't secuss? But the record information shows it last 1 hour and 40 mins, everything looks good. But I can't open it. What should I do? It's a very important meeting record for me.
