We are transitioning an existing account. There are some hard feelings so getting information is like pulling teeth. I now have admin access but can't change the primary contact information. Any suggestions?
I am trying to download a recording of a session I created on the weekend. However, the desktop share pod seems to not be staying in sync with the rest of the recording. The share pod either locks up and doesn't change slides, or it jumps ahead of the current slide in the presentation and becomes out of sync. Sometimes the video pod and the share pod also show up as jagged purple squares. I have no idea what is causing this problem. I have tried downloading the video from serveal different internet connections, computers, web browsers and OSs. Any help or insight you guys can offer would be great!
HelloWe use your product Adobe Connect Pro 9.0.We provide web services connection belonged to Adobe Connect Pro with Sdk that we downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect/feature-details/adobe-connect-net-sdk.html .Even though we have not had any problems until now, we have been facing the following problem for few days.We can only take an action by connecting to this service over a specific ip but we can't establish a connection with web services over another ip or localhost.Could you inform us about what caused this problem ?
Hi,I am using Ubuntu 10.10 32bit with Firefox 3.6.I recently tried Adobe Connect to share my desktop. But it didn't work. I can share Document/Whiteboard.But when I try to share whole desktop, addin launches, but simply remains white with the text: "Loading Adobe Connect...". And then firefox crashes.Please let me know if anybody knows solution for this.Thanks in advance.
I've gone to the download page for the Connect add-in, and when I click on the link to download the software, the browser is brought to a corrupted webpage of data. The add-in does not download. This is the URL I'm going to - http://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/kb/connect-902-add-in.htmlOn this page, there is a link to download the Connect Add-in for Mac. When using either Firefox or Safari, when the Mac download link is clicked, nothing is downloaded, and the browser displays a corrupt webpage. Is there an alternate link to download the Add-in for Mac?Thanks
One of our users recorded a 1 1/2 hour long meeting which included a slide show but now when we go to view the recording link its only showing 51 seconds of the total recording. When I look at the recording information for this specfic recording it shows a duration of 01:33:51 and a disk usage size of 96922.9 KB but when you actually click on the URL to watch the recording the playback time over in the bottom right only shows to be 51 seconds long. When you play the video, it will only play for 51 seconds. Any insight on this would be much appreciated..Thank you millions in advance.

I was wondering if anyone knows more information about those issues? I prefer to use the BrightcovePlayer to get my videos to work, because I would like to use specific video players depending on whether the user is a presenter or a participant of the meeting. Then if they are a presenter I can use the Brightcove Video player with controls. If I use the Flash video player, I need to disable buttons, which can be done, but will be a lot more work than simply sending a different Video Player ID. Thanks in Advance
When creating a training notification for a curriculum, do you have access to add the user password into the email? I know this is not a great idea for security purposes, but we have a few cases where we may need to do this. Fields are available to add using the brackets like {description}. So I was wondering if user password is available to use.

Hello, I am trying to display nested data returned from a web service in a list box. The data coming back is in an array and is thread colors from an embroidery design. i am simply trying to list those colors in a List Box using XML. Hi,i have a problem with a recording make yesterday.When i make flv or i want see a recording, adobe block in loading screen.i have try with w7 with ie11 and firefox with flashplayer 12 and w8 with ie11 but the result don't change.what the problem of recording?i have try to install new adobe add-in but don't change.pls help me
How do we take multiple recordings and make one recording?
I am trying to assist someone who would like to setup an event with a registration fee but they are concerned that one person can register and then multiple people will use their username and password to log into the event. Is there a way to limit this so each username can only be used one time to enter the event?Thanks,Marcus

I have been trialling Connect as a replacement for WebEx Training Center and am impressed by much of what I see, but I am really struggling with telephony and VoIP integration.Most participants use VoIP but I need telephony as a backup, especially for the presenter. Unlike WebEx, which allows particpants to choose telephone or VoIP and switch between them at any point, Connect is more involved and this is not covered at all well in the WebEx transition document published by Adobe.Ideally I would like users to join a conference using VoIP as the default and then select telephony if required. This should be a simple matter of choosing telephone or VoIP at any point during an event. Hi,I am working on setting up a series of online webinars. I am creating a welcome/foyer layout for students to land on before the meeting starts. I would like to import some graphic design images with our institute logo and class information onto that page. It seems the only ways to do this are a.) set as background in meeting preferences (this is only desired on greeting layout) b.) add note pod or share screen pod and fill with an image (but shows the toolbar on the top). Is there anyway just to import a graphic design element onto a layout page without using these tools?Am I missing something?Thanks
Hi,Was recently working on a meeting - switched from host to presenter mode to get a feeling for what was being experienced by presenters. Switched back to host status but meeti continues to log me in and see me as a presenter? Haved tried loggin in and out - reconfguring status several times no help.Any ideas?
