Hello! I was hoping someone here might be able to help me with a few nitty-gritty pricing / licensing / functionality questions, in regard to the Adobe Connect Pro Meeting plans.1) The pricing is $55/mth/host - if you have, e.g., 5 hosts, but make more than 5 recorded meetings available on-demand, will they all be accessible at any given moment? 2) 25 concurrent users is the limit; is that per recorded meeting? e.g., if 15 people access one recorded meeting and 15 people access another recorded meeting, all at the same time, would you be over your limit? 3) If you do happen to go over your concurrent user limit, what will happen for the 26th user? will they be denied access, or will you simply be charged an overage fee?I'd appreciated any help or insight you have to offer!

Using Dreamweaver I created one ASP Page that show data using one XML file like Data Source and it worked good. But if the XML File is updated I can not update/Refresh the page to get the updated data.I tried right click and refresh but it does not update the XML Data; the only way I can update the page is closing the web page and opening it again.I would like to create one Button that can refresh/update the XML data of the Web page.Somebody have idea how make it ?

I have Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional. I created a form with an email submit button. This form has been posted on my company's website. The form needs to be able to be opened and completed by all users. However, the users completing this form will be entering personal information, such as SS#s. Therefore, I need to protect the form when it is being submitted by email. I am thinking I want to set protections that will encrypt the information and only be able to be un-encrypted by the Admissions Director, which is to whom the form is submitted when you click the "submit" button. Please help with step-by step instructions. How can I accomplish this?

Hello-I am very new to Acrobat and online forms. We currently have many forms that are developed for another platform. We are trying to move these forms and host them within SharePoint, and are trying to be able to complete the following: 1-The user opens the form and fills out contents. When complete, clicks the Submit button. 2-The form closes. The form is submitted to a server side script, ASP that will create an email and attach the PDF form and its filled out contents. The ASP will do a lookup to figure out where to email the form, I have searched online and have not found much information on ASP and how to do this. Can anyone give me any insight on this approach or some good examples of how to complete item 2. Thank you.

Hello,    I'm trying to find the existing Adobe Connect pods. Specifically, I'm trying to find the swf for the Attendees pod. My intent is to modify this pod to include an extra button in the popup menu that appears when you hover over someone in the pod.    Any help is much appreciated. I've already searched for "*.swf" and "Attendees", beyond just generally trying to find the pod in the file structure, to no avail.Thank you for your helpJohn

Hi, We have been using Connect for a long time, but have been doing the audio using AT&T teleconferencing. We were thinking about using VOIP for the webinars we do. I just have a few questions.1. Is there a limit of the number of connections to VOIP like there is with the teleconferencing? Is there a point where the number on there could decrease the quality of the VOIP?2. When we record the webinar, where can we save it to? Can we save it to our server? Any help with these questions would be great. Anything else that would be good to know for doing VOIP and recording?Thanks. Lisa

What is the optimal aspect ratio for share pods in Connect? I've logged into two computers to test connect- one as a host and another as a participant.  The sizes and shapes of the pods are vastly different from one screen to another (b/c the actual screens are different shapes-one is more square, the other is widescreen). I end up having to adjust the dimensions fairly drastically on the computer I will be hosting the seminar for it to look presentable on the participant computer. Are their any recommendations for optimal aspect ratio to suit all parties?

Hi, I was hoping someone could help me. I have been hitting my head against a wall for hours.I have created an Adobe form in Adobe Acrobat X Pro, It is five pages long and I want to submit only page 5 via email. I have tried the Field selection option and when I do the FDF doesn’t work and I get the following error message. ‘The file you are attempting to open contains comments or form data that are supposed to be placed on. This document cannot be found. It may have been moved or deleted. Would you like to bowse to attempts to locate this document?’Is there any java script or anything that can send page 5/5 only or something?

I am trying to configure Adobe Connect Pro 7.5 to work in an environment where the port 80 and port 443 are blocked.  I am required to have them use a port 8080 for http and port 44443 for SSL.How do I change this in Adobe Connect Pro 7.5

Hello,I have a user that is sharing a Powerpoint document that has Smart Art graphics on one slide and text on all the rest.  If the user shares that document in a meeting then the graphics do not display on that slide, even though everything else is fine.  The only work around they have found is to share the screen and choose 'Application'.  Does anyone know why it would work one way and not the other.  thank you for your assistance

I spend way to much time fixing presentations due to unsupported fonts.A list of supported fonts would then allow me to give this to my users and everyone would be happy because we would know what fonts worked and what didn't.

I am training to be an at-home rep and learning on-line through AdobeConnect.  Whenever the instructor app shares with the client's application (through secure VPN and Citrix) the connectivity status bar swings between poor to excellent and much of the time I lose her voice.  The IT Support has not been able to figure out why -- my PC and technical requirements all meet their standards.  I doubled my broadband speed, but that also didn't solve the problem.  Any help would be appreciated. I will have to drop out of training if I can't get this fixed soon.  Rosie

I use Adobe Connect to provide online training to our customers.  I develop the presentation in PowerPoint with Adobe Presenter, and then upload the zip file to AC.  I then add this content into a Shared Training curriculum (turning it into courses).  I have many participants who have now completed several courses in a couple different curriculumns, and their status is showing "In Progress," even though they have clearly completed the course.  There are quizzes at the end of each course, and each person has a grade and has viewed all of the slides. What's weird is that a handful of people do show as "Passed" and have certificate numbers assigned to their names for certain courses.  There are 5 courses in one curriculum, no one has taken/passed all of the courses, and I have each course listed as "Required."  Someone please let me know if there is a fix to this.  I need to show the correct number of completed/passed participants in my reporting ... and

When uploading files to the web saved with ICC profile checked, the uploaded photo looks visibly more warm (orange) than in Elements 9. Has anyone else noticed this? It is most noticeable in photos warmer than 6500 (temperature).

Hi,I would like to know what are the capabilities of Adobe Connect to be integrated with a third party website.I have a elearning website and my basic requirement is to have adobe connect installed on our platform so the classroom sessions happen directly in the platform (cf our url should be in the browser).Also, I was wondering if the classrooms can be organized automatically by the system, without human intervention ?Please let me know where I can find the appropriate documentation, or whom I should contact to have the information. Is it possible to have a second camera and voice pod so that the presenter has a larger video image than the other participants?

Hello -Hopefully this hasn't been covered - I didn't find anything in my search.  Using Adobe Connect 8, I am operating with the PGI integrated telephony adapter (not universal voice).  This allows me to have learners join through VOIP or by having the meeting call their phone and keeping them 'integrated'. All had been working well until I started doing breakout rooms.  From my research, when I put people into breakout rooms they are supposed to join PGI supported mini audio conferences.  Unfortunately that is not happening, and I am getting the prompt below. I started fiddling around in the compliance settings etc. but was not able to get it working.  Basically when I put learners into a breakout room they get kicked out of the audio conference with the only option being to join by phone.  Then when I bring them back into the main room they have to rejoin the audio conference.  Quite the clunky process with large numbers of virtual learners - anybod
