what does it mean when a participant name is blue in the participant list?
Where can I find this usefull function? Broadcast Message Can´t find it anymore in Adobe Connect
We experienced a problem with recordings. After the host starts recording participants cant not hear or listen the host. The mic went mute. Before starting recording everything goes fine. Sometime it helps to leave and re-enter the room, but sometimes not. Then we have to go back and use the "classic view". Any ideas?
I have used to use Adobe Connect, and loved it. The one problem was that we could not have people on both PGI and VoIP and then use the breakout option. Thus we had to force everyone to telephone. I would love to go back to Adobe Connect, has this issue been solved?
Hello! I downloaded Adobe Connect 11, but all it does is sit on the Prepare the Room screen for hours. I have tried multiple occasions andthen get mad and close out of it. Am I doing someting wrong? Thanks!

I have a Dell and my other host has a Mac. When we start the class and transition to a new layout, I am booted out of Adobe Connect. Anyone else having this issue? Had no problems until the update.
Since the update, when myself and another host start a class... me on my Dell and he on his Mac... I am kicked out when trying to switch to new layout. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi, There is an issue while we try to use html5 client in iframe Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Blocked a frame with origin "myAdobeServer" from accessing a cross-origin frame.The problem is client.min.js tries to reach top frame document and browser blocked because of same-origin policy.
Hi, when I try to share a document (Powerpoint File) with AC (Adobe Connect), it stucks in step 2 of 4 of scanning and won't proceed any further. What should I do to upload a Powerpoint File without this obstacle. Regards, MR
I have Adobe Connect on my Android smart phone (Galaxy Note 5). I haver similar issue when I use a newere smart phone (A51) as well.When I am listening to a presentation, it works fine until someone calls me on my phone number. I reject the call to continue with listening. But, afterwards, the loudspeaker turns off and I could not figure out how to turn it on again. Has anyone had a similar issue? I have Googled the issue and gone through the Connect forum, but could not find any solution.

I'm trying to use embedded videos (mp4) in Powerpoint files in Adobe Connect V11 using Powerpoint on a Windows 10 PC & Office 365 versions. I'm sharing a ppt document in a pod and it uploads OK but doesnt seem to play. I've tried several different files and methods and none work. I get a grey torn page icon instead of the video. I thought this was going to be possible in ACv11? Maybe I'm doing it wrong? I know I can upload Video by itself and share the video as a separate document & that works fine but thats a bit of a nuisance. Any hints gratefully received 🙂 Thanks Gareth

Hi,we are encountering serveral problems ince the update from last Saturday.The on ethat affects us most is that we have a Meeting set up for 100 participants, but the systems sysa the limit of users is exceed although there are only 70 perticipants logged in.How does Connect counts the number of participants?What do we need to do to let all participants in the room?we have a "flexible limit" at 100 participants.Any help (soon) appreciated.Beste, Mathis
Logitec BCC950 does not work with Adobe Connect 11 in Standard Mode. If I switch the meeting to Classic mode then the camera works but I am not able to use new features like "rotate" in Breakout Rooms. How can this be resolved?
When I installed the AC Application and entered the meeting room I chose the classic view. Now I cannot revert back to the new modern view. How do I revert?
Hi Team, We have hosted few files on Adobe connect in PDF format. It will generate a link once we upload the PDF files. We use the hyperlinks which translate to PDFUnfortunately, We are unable to highlight any text post uploading the PDF. Looks like it's converting that into an image during the upload. Please note : We haven't experienced this issue before while uploading the PDF file to the Adobe connect. Its just probably converting it into a image. This never happened earlier. Any idea or possible solution would help us Thanks in adavance Regards,Karthick
Hi,I am experiencing problems with my Connect Room for 100 users: - When I reach a number of about half users already inside the room during the session (about 45 or 50), next users wanting to enter the room get a message of "User limit reached" and they are kicked out the room inmediately.- If I check my admin console in that precise moment, I get a message saying that my meeting room has 97 current users, when in my attendee pod I see just half of them! Anyone has ever experienced that? Thanks!
