Hi,we are encountering serveral problems ince the update from last Saturday.The on ethat affects us most is that we have a Meeting set up for 100 participants, but the systems sysa the limit of users is exceed although there are only 70 perticipants logged in.How does Connect counts the number of participants?What do we need to do to let all participants in the room?we have a "flexible limit" at 100 participants.Any help (soon) appreciated.Beste, Mathis

Logitec BCC950 does not work with Adobe Connect 11 in Standard Mode.  If I switch the meeting to Classic mode then the camera works but I am not able to use new features like "rotate" in Breakout Rooms.  How can this be resolved?

When I installed the AC Application and entered the meeting room I chose the classic view. Now I cannot revert back to the new modern view.  How do I revert?

Hi Team, We have hosted few files on Adobe connect in PDF format. It will generate a link once we upload the PDF files. We use the hyperlinks which translate to PDFUnfortunately, We are unable to highlight any text post uploading the PDF. Looks like it's converting that into an image during the upload. Please note : We haven't experienced this issue before while uploading the PDF file to the Adobe connect. Its just probably converting it into a image. This never happened earlier.  Any idea or possible solution would help us Thanks in adavance Regards,Karthick   

Hi,I am experiencing problems with my Connect Room for 100 users: - When I reach a number of about half users already inside the room during the session (about 45 or 50), next users wanting to enter the room get a message of "User limit reached" and they are kicked out the room inmediately.- If I check my admin console in that precise moment, I get a message saying that my meeting room has 97 current users, when in my attendee pod I see just half of them! Anyone has ever experienced that? Thanks!  

Hi,I'm using adobe connect to teach on Windows 10 it was working fine but now my microphone is not working. The icon is green but when I run audio setup wizard nothing happens when I press record - the recording bar doesn't move. Thanks

HelloI have been having issues lately with powerpoint slide animations no longer playing on mobile devices. We conduct training sessions through Connect and often have slides which pose a question and then the answers are revealed through a slide animation. The slide will load correctly on the mobile device (With content initially hidden) but then the animation will not play and so the answers are not revealed to the mobile device users. I have tested this on my Huawei P9 android phone, an iPad and a Lenovo android tablet and the issue is the same across the board.I'm not sure if this is an issue that has come into play since Adobe Connect 10. All of my old presentations which are already loaded into meeting rooms still work correctly, however if I upload that EXACT same file again now, the animations will no longer work. This makes me think that something has changed in the way that Connect imports the file and converts it to the Presenter format.If anyone can offer any advice on how

We are trying to consolidate multiple Adobe Connect accounts into a single corporate account, but we don't want to lose (or have to recreate) defined meeting rooms and/or templates that have been already set up in some of the accounts.   Is there a means by which they can be exported from one account and then imported into another one (or somehow copied/moved via another method)?  Moving users is not the concern, it's the already-defined room layouts, pods, etc. that we are looking to retain.

Since the update to AC11 (last saturday) I get several notifications from our students that after loggin in the connection is being torn down and the following message appears: ' another connection is already being made with this ticket' I can't reproduce the fault on my Mac or PC.Anyone a suggestion? Fernando NijkampDeltion College, Netherlands

I have an otherwise fully working Plantronics USB headset but despite selecting it via the "Select Speaker" option in Adobe Connect, when I go into "Speaker & Microphone Setup" and test my speaker, the sound plays through my speakers, not my headset.  AC appears to recognize the headset, since if I test my Microphone (same headset) the playback of the test recording does play in my headset.  I use the same headset with other applications such as Zoom, MS Teams, etc. on a daily basis.  In those applications, I make a similar selection of desired speaker and microphone preference and it is recognized.The only way I've been able to get this to work for Adobe Connect is to change my setting in Windows 10 "Sound Settings", where my default output device is intentionally set to my speakers:  I have to go into "Advanced sound settings" and set the output for Adobe Connect specifically to my headset.  I don't have to make this change for other apps which use m

Since last Saturday morning (2020-09-26) we cannot login users via Web API. We use the XML based API but same error occurs with URL based API. https://XXX.adobeconnect.com/api/xml?action=login&login=XXXloginXXX&password=XXXpasswordXXX&session=XXXsessionXXX returns the following error: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><results><status code="no-access" subcode="not-available"/></results> I have no idea what subcode “not-available” means here.

I am attempting to block the "update Application" popup (attached) when opening Adobe Connect MSI (currently running 2020.07.16.64).  I am doing this in an enterprise environment. Is there a Regkey that controls this functionality or a switch that can be used when deploying the MSI via SCCM.

Hey guys! I have a meeting which supposed to be now with 15 people, but only 4 can access the room. The rest keep seeing "Limit exceeded" or something like that. I am on trial but still? This is an issue from today, may be it something with the update?

How do we determine the HTTP authentication header (adobeconnect_admin_httpauth) from our hosted solution? I'm farily familiar with creating meetings and templates.  I have a standard template that I've developed, but I'd like to set it as the Default Template.  I don't see a setting for this.  What is the best way to make an existing template the default when I create a new meeting?

My adobe connect is stuck with the loading screen. I have cleared my browser cookies and all but its still not working.   

I am trying to use the NDI virtual input as a webcam-input into Adobe Connect.and it doesn't work at all!the NDI Input shows up as a webcam option in Adobe Connect, but everytime I activate it, it tells me there is a hardware error and it can't be used.All other Software I regularily use (Skpe, Skype for Business, Teams, Zoom) recognises the intput correctly and shows the picture.What is the problem?I urgently need a solution or info that it won't work at all in the near future! 

Hello! One of our trainers is running Adobe Connect 11 on her Surface Pro. When she uses the new version of AC, her Surface Pro internal camera zooms in way too far - for example, it only shows her forehead and one eye. If she uses her external webcam, it doesn't have the zooming issue, and if she switches to classic view in Adobe Connect while using her internal camera, the zooming issue stops.  She does not want to use her external webcam, and because our account already upgraded to AC11, we'd really like her to be using the new interface so that it's the same as everyone else's. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Adobe Connect 11 is getting marketed as one thing, but it's NOT. Everywhere you find a 30-day trial from here or there, and the Trial page makes you choose ONE betweenConnect MeetingConnect WebinarConnect Training I know there are "audience" differences, and possible intergration with other systems differences, but what about the actual features? The way pages at adobe.com are done, it makes it seem like all the features are the same, no matter which you use. But is that true? Maybe you need to do a comparassion chart? The listings down the left saide, and then the 3 products across the top, and Xs to connect things up?  

Hi, i am setting up a Virtual Training and want a colleague to be able to login and run the session. My colleague is set up in the Learners Group and Enrolled as a Host but when loggin in they get this message  You are not authorized to view this training because you are not a member of the Learners group. Please contact your Account Administrator for assistance with membership in the Learners group. For further assistance, please check out the Adobe Connect support page. Wondering what i am doing wrong? 

Have downloaded and installed Adobe connect application msi using command "msiexec /i ConnectApp11_2020_8_26.msi /quiet" but dont see anything in start menu. However it shows installed in program and featuers. Not able to launch application as cant find it. Need to install it for number of users..
