Hi i want to know, is there a way i can contact the team? i want to cancel my subs, i dont know why i still got charge for cancelation? my sub is from the same month 2 years ago nov, or is there a way i can see when i wont get charge to cancel my subs?thanks

Due to automatic billing, I was charged for a full month in advance. Today is the new renewal date, but I haven’t used the service for even a day, yet I was charged for a full month.I kindly request a refund for the monthly fee that was charged on November 2nd.

Hallo zusammen. Ich habe von Adobe unterstehendes Angebot bekommen, als ich mein Abo für Photoshop kündigen wollte. Ich ging davon aus, dass ich vom 8. August 2025 bis 29. März 2026 gesamthaft CHF 24.00 zu zahlen habe. Nun habe ich aber am 28.09.2025 und am 5.09.2025 bereits zwei Rechnungen von jeweils CHF 25.95 bekommen. Aus dem Angebot von Adobe geht aber klar hervor, dass ich vom 8. August bis "für die verbleibende Laufzeit deines Abonnements" das heisst "am 29. März 2026" nur  "CHF 24.00 (zzgl./inkl. Steuern/MwSt./VAT/GST)" zu zahlen habe. Somit bin ich nicht damit einverstanden diese 2x CHF 25.95 zu bezahlen - geschweige eine Rechnung von ca. CHF 64.00 für das vorzeitige Kündigen, da ich ja von Ihrem Angebot nicht zu kündigen bis zum 29. I purchased premium, got billed, got the reciept and verification from Google but no acknowledgement from adobe. None of the features are working and my purchase is not being shown.I've already taken all steps given by adobe support on mail. Help please.

My account was put into permanent suspension due to payment non compliance. The problem is I have paid for the subscription only about 6 months ago. I got into contact with an agent and this is where I am now: conversation ended without sollution. This is how the conversation went:Hello V. I just received an email from Adobe stating the new price from the student plan I was enrolled in. However I graduated 3 years ago and was not using an education discount and paying the full price of $59.99 with illustrator, fresco, and Lightroom being on mobile and the AI features (don't use) they've added since my graduation status was over. I look at the plans and see they changed it to a "pro" version but there's a standard version at $54.99 with taking away both illustrator and Lightroom apps. It's not worth making a $10 increase over moving certain apps around to justify a "pro" version. If they added the substance apps to it which I think would be awesome, that would justify the increase and create better value

When I click on "Show all apps", there are only 4 apps visible. I've used two different browsers and there is no way for me to scroll through all of the apps that are included in this plan, it does not scroll at all. Can someone please list them all or help me scroll through all of them.

I have paid 2783/ month 20+ adobe app plans and use is one device only...May i know actually for this plan 1 deivce or shall i used for one more device also

I signed up for a 1 year Photoshop subscription. At the time Generative Fill was always freely available and that's why I subscribed. With the latest update, Gen Fill is now a premium feature and I need to pay more to use it. When I signed up: did it explicitly mention that  Generative Fill will become an additional cost in the future?...NO! I believe that changing 'what you now get for your money' without notification and offering me an out is a consumer right. Of course you can't talk to a human and that in itself is a consumer's right, not some dumb AI that says, "I'm learning" and you just go into a death spiral. I can get to my Adobe account by signing in with my MSN account but it disappears an a Google email  which I don't not shoe is up  I can't access my cloud account through this account and I'm totally frustrated

adobe is a rippoff i paid 69$ for a premium plan only to be told I purschased the wrong one if i wanted to use on phone and computer, I am only allowed to use on phoine and on computer if i sign in it puts me in a free trial and then charges me monthly automatically

I do not see anything that says change plan under Manage Plan.  I want to change from a monthly to an annual subscription to maintain my 9.99/month pricing.  This is so ridiculous.  I followed these instructions but change plan does not appear (see my screenshot).  https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html This should be so easy especially after they sent out the email informing us of the pricing increase.  Why I have to spend time on figuring out what their problem is really annoys me.  Sorry to be pissy but seriously this should be easy.

Hello I have been charged 62.99 pound free trial I forgot to cancel but i didn't use the service at all I have raise despute from my bank Lloyds but it didn’t meet the criteria since i forgot to cancel subscription before the payment gone through  I have just spoken with apple they are not able to help since i raised dispute twice and it cancelled aswell I indeed need help to get this money back please help me with this matter.. I was using Adobe for my study purposes since i am student and living in London in living crisis  Please help me for this matter 

I have been promised a 12 month refund as you can see below, 3 of the months came through. 9 of them didn't as I had updated my card details recently, therefore, the system sent the 3 months to my new card and 9 months to my old (expired) card. This has also been confirmed by my bank. It has been over a month and they still refuse to give me back the 9months I have been owed. I also tried contacting them through the chat section and agents have been leaving the conversation rather than helping me. Any one got any advice?

Hi, I forgot to cancel after the trial — it’s been about 1 or 2 months now. I just noticed that I can’t cancel without paying around €130, which feels really unfair. I haven’t used the app at all since the trial ended — I only opened it once. Could you please help me avoid being charged for something I didn’t use?

I have two Adobe profiles linked to the same email address – one from my former school and one personal (with an active subscription).During my studies, I created various projects, including in Adobe Express. Now, whenever I open any Adobe web app, I get an error like:"You do not have access to Adobe Express" – despite my active personal subscription.To fix this, I have to log out, then log in again and manually select my personal profile – every single time. That alone is annoying, but here’s the real issue:When I'm logged into my personal profile, I can’t access the files I created under the school profile.When I go to https://www.adobe.com/files/cloud-documents or use the Creative Cloud desktop app, I can see the files listed, but there’s no option to download them, and I can’t open them – I just get the same access error again.These are my files and my creative work – I need to be able to open,

Dear Adobe Team, I want to share my feedback on the recent pricing increase and the value of the product. While Photoshop and Illustrator have seen significant updates, many Creative Cloud apps haven’t evolved in the same way. For example, Adobe Portfolio still lacks modern web features such as WebP support, animations, and flexible layout options. Fresco is only available on Mac, leaving Android users out entirely, and 3D & AR tools require an extra payment. As someone who uses about ten of the apps in the plan, it’s hard to justify paying $113 AUD/month. The continual price increases don’t match the overall improvements across the suite.Perhaps it's time to truly listen to your users and develop plans that genuinely make these apps accessible and affordable for freelancers? Depending on their needs. Oh, wait, you don't care about our needs. I'm going to really start looking at Affinity Designer because enough is enough. Sincerely, an angry designer!
