Hello,I would like to request a refund for my Adobe subscription. A payment was recently charged from my account, and I did not realize that my subscription would renew automatically. I was not intending to continue using the plan, and I canceled it as soon as I noticed the charge.I kindly ask if you could help me with a refund and waive the early cancellation fee as an exception.I would really appreciate your understanding and support.Thank you.
I’m honestly frustrated and disappointed with this experience. I cancelled my subscription within 14 days and requested a refund and was informed that it was successfully processed. I received the confirmation email, the receipt, and the credit memo. On paper, everything shows that the refund has been completed. However, because this is an international transaction and my bank is a Nigerian institution, my bank requires a proper traceable reference (a network-level refund code) to locate the funds.I have explained this multiple times, yet I keep receiving the same response, that the refund has been processed and no additional information can be provided.I have even been told directly that there is nothing more they can share. So I have to ask:Is this really how customers are treated? If a refund has been processed, why is it so difficult to provide the necessary trace reference that allows a bank to actually confirm and credit the funds? Hi, I am asking for help because I cannot cancel my subscription. I am a student and I honestly did not plan or prepare for a paid plan. I only intended to use the free trial to work on a school project, but I forgot that my subscription was extended. I thought I was still within the cancellation period, but the system keeps asking me to update my payment details. It appears it might be related to Adobe Express, but after thoroughly checking my Adobe account, purchases, and billing history, there is no record of this subscription. This situation is highly concerning and resembles a scam, which is not something I would expect from a reputable company like Adobe. If I want to cancel my subscription with adobe, what happens to my behance account and adobe portfolio? Will all dissapear? Can I only view my projects or can I still edit them and upload new projects as normal without an adobe account connected to my behance?

Hi, I recently canceled my monthly subscription within the 14-day refund window. I encountered a billing issue that prevented me from canceling initially, so I added a bank account as a secondary payment method to complete the cancellation. Since the original charge was taken from my e-Money account, could you please clarify if the refund will be sent there or to the newly added bank account? Thanks!
