Hello, MacOS, everything updated to date and I can't quit Creative Cloud app because it warns me on currently active install and updates, which is not the case cause everything was updated and nothing is running at the time. I can press "Quit" and close it, but this message keeps poping and makes me thing that something is wrong. Any ideas? I think it's a bug. 

Hi,We are looking at deploying Azure Lab Services for our Community Centreswe have well over 1000 guests/students/public users who come into our different Community Centres across the cities to use our services.We want to know if we deploy Azure Lab Services, will Adobe Creative Cloud Suite work?Our main concern is when the users log off, we want to ensure a clean desktop is utilized each time so no privacy/confideniality items left on the desktops.  When the next person uses the machine, they get a clean desktop.I can't seem to find any documentation.  Thanks, 

Hi, I have recently subscribed to creative cloud and I have to share a home laptop because of the current situation. However, I am really getting into my graphic design- mostly using photoshop, illustrator and after effects. what I want to know is- should I invest in the new iPad Pro or get a MacBook Pro.

Adobe background spying is crashing my computer every 3 minutesAdobe background apps are causing my mac to overheat and crash ~ every 3 minutes. Often more frequently. When I force quit them it stops. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never purchase ANYTHING from adobe again unless this is fixed ASAP.These background apps are NOT necessary as the programs still work when they are forced closed by external force quit programs. Does ANYONE have a work-around or solution for this?Adobe, you have absolutely destroyed any reputation you had left when you forced everyone to join/use your creative cloud data theft program. Stop immediately.

From yesterday onwards I can't view my existing documents. Pl help me to view my existing documents. Thanks 

I'm using an iPad to make vector drawings, I need a feature similar to Smart Objects (they all change when the original is modified), and I need to sync files (preferably as Cloud Documents).Photoshop itself doesn't seem to support vector drawing very well.  Fresco doesn't seem to support Smart Object-like constructs at all.  Illustrator seems like it offers similar functionality in the form of Linked Assets but I can't find a tutorial applicable to the iPad.  In fact, almost every tutorial I've found in the last week begins with opening a menu option that does not exist on the iPad.Sorry if this has been asked before.  I've wasted almost a week looking for features that might not even exist.

How can I MOVE or HIDE (from view) the "Adobe" folder that appears under "Documents" on my Mac?When I try to enter the hidden chflag command in Terminal to hide a file, I receive the error "permission denied"Please advise---- Thanks!

How can i upgrade my creative cloud storage?

According the the Creative Cloud app my Cloud Storage is using 35.7 MB…   According to the Files section I have no content in Synced files, Cloud documents, and Mobile creations… I also have no files in the Creative Cloud Files folder…   So where are those 35 MB of files? How do I delete them if I want the space?

Every couple of seconds when I am working on a slide show on Adobe Spark, it comes up with a message saying failed to connect to server. I am close to my WiFi router so it shouldn't be a internet problem. I have quit Safari and restarted my Mac many times  and it won't stop. It hasn't completely saved yet, so I have to redo any progress. 

On a Windows 10 machine and I was typing in Word just now, but then suddenly I wasn't. I figured my computer just froze up for a second, but no. A notification pops up a second later saying that Creative Cloud is now up to date. A background service running an update in the background felt the need to steal focus from what the user was doing. This is a problem with every single Adobe program I have (and based on forum posts, all the ones I don't have, too). Please stop stealing focus. Adobe programs take a bit to load, that's fine. But could you let us do something else while we wait?

How do I move pdf files on my iPad to MS OneDrive from the "Books" app on my iPad?

I will be away for a couple of weeks with no access to an internet connection.Question is will I still be able to access my Adobe Apps and for how long if at all???

I use Adobe LiveCycle Designer from SAP and I'm trying to create a label that requires a Data Matrix 2D barcode that is 5/8" (.625in) square. The smallest that I've been able to create is .84in. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a physical size limitation? 

I use a license for Creative Cloud from my university. Therefore after graduating your license is removed.I just graduated but also started my Masters a few days later. Now they took away my license for those few days. After inscription of my new studies I could restore the license, but my data in the Cloud is lost.Is there an option to restore the lost data?

Here is the situation – I created a shared folder of assets for a company that I worked for. They eventually opened their own Adobe account in which I shared these files to. I no longer work for them and would like to transfer ownership of the files to the other collaborator/their account so that I can remove these files from my personal CC account. I see their notifications, it takes up my storage, etc.I spoke to an Adobe agent about this who, unfortunately, wasn't able to find a solution or recommend anything.Let me know if you have any suggestions for what I can do!Cheers.

Why is it not letting me convert pictures I took to pdf files? It doesn't even give the option to. They don't light up and it doesn't give me the option to make it smaller. 

I get a blank screen on adobe creative could and none of my adobe programs will open. they icons bounce then then they do nothing. Ive tried reinstalling and repair and changing that file in the oob folder and then deeleting everything in that folder. nothing works

Hello there is a BUG in Adobe Spark Post web version! when you export the photos are deformed (regardless of whether you put MOVE FREELY or ANCHOR TO THE BACKGROUND), I tried in different browsers and vertical or horizontal format and different examples and the error does it in all cases, I attached the capture... 

I have created description pages for each of my portfolio pieces. I have a page for work and then subpages for mediums. For example, from the home page of preview I can click work, then illustration, however when I click on an illustration to see the details/pricing I get a message that says "Page not found". I attempted to link them by previewing the details page in a seperate tab and copying the link, going back to the edit tab and editing the image link to the details page, however this process clearly isn't working for this pages. How do I troubleshoot this? I'm also wondering if it's an issue with the placement of my pages. Is it possible to make a subpage for the subpage? Thanks!
