Hi!I was uber excited about Dimensions on my new M4 Mac, 24G but already experiencing some discrepancies. Superimposed PNG images are not showing, functionality is erratic, and the ray tracing is insufficient. Am I doing something wrong?! Please help!!!! Screenshots below!!!

I can't open a document in progress in Dimension. I'm attaching the error message. Other documents can be opened. Can it be restored?

Hey all Have just started playing with Dimension and learned how to turn a cone into a pyramid.  Is it possible to change the colours of each side of the pyramid? I've tried the magic wand but it's selecting all 4 sides (as if it's 1 whole) rather than individual sides? I'm sure I'm being pretty thick and missing something.  Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance. 

Hi everyone,I’m encountering an issue in Adobe Dimension where any image I place on an object gets distorted and glitches when I scale it up. I’m working on a packaging design, and as soon as I try to resize the applied image, strange distortions appear (see attached screenshot for reference).I’ve tried:Re-importing the image.Using different image formats (PNG, JPEG).Adjusting the UV map settings of the object.But the problem persists. Has anyone faced this issue before or knows how to resolve it? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Thank you in advance for your help.

Ich hatte in einer älteren Dimension-Version einmal einen schwarzen Schatten hinter weißer Typo als PNG auf einer Glasfläche angelegt.Nach dem Update auf die neueste Dimension-Version wird dieser Schatten nicht mehr bzw. nur sehr sehr schwach dargestellt.Welche Einstellungen muss ich am Material oder am Bild vornehmen, dass dieser Schatten wieder sichtbar wird?altneu Dimension 4.0.4MacBook Pro mit M2 MaxMacOS 14.6.1

Hello,  multiple colleagues run into error messages at each startup of Dimension version 4.0.4.  when you hit OK, it works as usual. Does anyone occure the same or know how to prevent this one?  Thanks in advance and best regards  

In Dimension,  when you select an object and you want to add it to the library you have only the choice for adding a "model" (which is the whole scene, and not the single part) but you don't have the choice to add only the material. could it be possible to get this feature many thanks

I just installed the latest version of Dimensions and the material application is much much slower. It can take up to 3 minutes to select an object again. Rendering with the same settings as the previous version has gone from 2 to 30 minutes. I hope the speed issue gets fixed as it's affecting my workflow in the program. The type of texture being applied doesn't affect the length of time it takes to apply a material.

I need to access specific camera angles in multiple documents that have already been created. In the latest update there is no way to save a camera so it can be used in other documents that have already been created. Support's fix is to use previous version but previous version will not open the numerous files created in latest Dimension. Any suggestions?

When I select objects and I try to move/scale/rotate them I can't see the handles that are normally there. I normally use the handles to move along a specific axis for example. I search the forums and found someone who seemed to have the same problem then they said: Solved. Found them by clicking on 'show/hide viewport extras' But I can't find "show/hide viewport extras"

file opened in previous version of Dimension, it's a large file, so not sure what to do, should i got back to the pervious version of dimensions?

Hello,When creating a new file in Dimension, there is an option for Millimeters for Scene Units, but not for Canvas Units. As I'm from an engineering background, I work in mm rather than cm, so artworks that I create in illustrator in mm have to be scaled up 1000% before importing into Dimension.Can a Millimeter option be added to Canvas Size please? It's only a 10x scaling factor so should be easy to implement. Thanks!

My .fbx file does not appear?I can use FBX Review to see the image, but when Import to Adobe.I gett a blank page?Please see attached.Many Thanks,Gerard

Hi,I am getting this window when I try to open Adobe Dimension on my computer. I have used it before many times not sure what's the problem.I wanted to uninstall it but Adobe says it cannot because it's running.I checked in Windows task manager and it doesn't show there. How can this be solved?Thanks!

I've recently updated Dimension and now a file I was working on the day before won't open, I get an error message telling me to post to the forum for troubleshooting and to include the attached log.

Hi all, I have a model of a 440ml can which I place a decal on to immitate a label. It has worked fine up until the new version of Dimension was released. I am now getting vertical lines across the decal. Please see the image showing what I mean. 

Hello ! I recently downloaded Dimension on my laptop, and it's able to run it. But when I open it, I can see the tool bar without any problem but the "space" part is black. does anyone know how I can fix this ?thanks ! 

I agree that Dimension may need to convert a Primitive in Mesh when beveling or generating UV's  but could it be possibel to keep surface smooth?converting a Cylinder generate faces which are very visible and anesthetic... manty Thnaks
