GPU rendering is turned on in preferences, yet my GPU doesn't go over 10% utilization even for renders taking around 9 minutes. The temperature of the GPU does climb about 20° C during the renders and the clock frequency ramps up as shown in MSI afterburner, but the task manager window never shows more than 10% utilization the whole time. I've seen comments like this for premiere Pro and After Effects going back at least two years in the Adobe community forums, but I have yet to find an answer as to why this happens, or how to fully utilize the GPU. For reference, I am using a TUF 4070 TI with a 5900X and 64GB 3200MHz CL 16 RAM. Your assistance is appreciated.

Dear all,We are looking for a 3D tool that would allow us to add artwork onto packaging items but, most essentially, that allows to export 3D interactive PDFs so that we can move the item around and check it out from all sides (like IC 3D does, for example).Do you confirm whether we can do it or not with Dimension? If not, do you believe it is going to be possible in a future update?Thanks for your help.

Hi everyone,I'm trying to export my Dimension object with all the textures to After Effects Beta and animate it there but I can't find a way to do it. I tried exporting as an .obj but AE doesn't render the textures the way Di does, eg. glass texture).  I also tried uploading the object in the Cloud Libraries but I cannot past the object in AE. Other elements in the libraries from Photoshop or Illustrator can easily be open in the AE composition but not luck with the 3D elements from Dimension.  Can you offer a solution or alternative where I can create a very basic animation where I can keep the exact textures from Dimension? Much appreciated!

I am creating an art gallery in adobe dimension. But when I create a public link, the panning or zooming action takes the viewport beyond the wall of the gallery. It passes through the walls. How to restrict it within the confimed space? 

Hello, i want to render glass with reflection, I put glass and a vertical plane with  leaf image for the background. i want to render just glass with leaf reflection without vertical plane. how to hide background when rendering?

I am new to Dimension. I used it a few years ago but am just getting back into it and now see there is a whole suite of additional apps. I find them all really confusing...like shouldn't they just be one app in total? but just want to do a few product mockups so DN is fine for me I think..(I also only get the stager and other apps and not the material library included in my school subscription)   I downloaded a basic model from stock and uploaded it to DN but the color of the mateiral is not right. Is there not a way to adjust like the color/opacity of the materials? 

Hi,I have a problem and I can't solve. When I place the graphics on the 3D model in Dimension (Version 3.4.9), they look pixelated and blurry. I prepare the graphics in Illustrator or Photoshop. I have tried all kinds of DPI options (72-300-600 DPI) The 3D model looks fine, but the graphics on it are terrible. I have tried everything, but without any result. The system I am using is Mac Mini M2 Pro. I am attaching an image about the subject in the attachment. I would be grateful if you can help with the solution.I. Erol 

when I open the Adobe Dimension program (MacBook Pro, an initial dialog box opens, and when I want to open a file or create a new one, the panel gets stuck, the wheel spins, and the program does not work.Please advise? Thank you very much. 

I cannot even use Dimension on my Mac. It seems to be about every other OBJ file i need to render will not use the GPU.I have sent in emails previously with no response. Ideas?

Hello, I just downloaded Dimension on my desktop computer. It runs smoothl, but the viewport is completely black. I see the tool bar but the "space" part is black, even during demo tutorials.Setting the preferred graphics card didn't fix the problem.I have a nvidia geforce gtx 1660. Dimension's system requirement's checks out. I read all the other questions but found no solution

Hi there.I'm having a problem with rendering in Adobe Dimension. When I do a render preview, or a full render, the model seem to shift a fair bit. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software multiple times, and tried it on serveral different machines, and it still does it.Has anyone else some across this issue? I would appreciate any help.

Bonjour, Je reviens vers vous car j'ai commencé à faire de la modélisation 3D sur adobe dimension et mon logiciel et très ralentit.Mon fichier fait 2go cependant mon ordinateur dispose largement de la configuration minimale pour utiliser adobe dimension (32go de RAM). Existe-t-il une astuce pour utiliser moins de RAM ? Ou un moyen de rassembler plusieurs objets en un seul ?Peut-être devrais-je dans un premier utiliser un autre logiciel pour l'intégrer ensuite dans dimension ? Merci pour vos retours,Bonne journée,Aurélien.

I rendered some benchmarking projects in Dimension with my RTX 3070 Ti, then swapped out GPUs for an RX 6950XT. Now there is no longer an option for GPU rendering in "Preferences." Is this because Dimension does not work with AMD GPUs?

I've been working on this project for work and since the program was slowing down due to RAM bottleneck I added more ram to the PC from 16gb to 24gb, using two pairs of different brands of RAM sticks. Need help fixing this issue. Thanks. Days of work now lost and doing it over again will not be enjoyable. Other files can open but not this mone with 1.6GB. I dont have it on CC, just local download

I can not open my Dimension-file. Did some changes, saved it, rendered som files but then i got a message:A problem caused the application to stop working correctly.Now i got the same message every time i try to open the file. It is a large file with alot of details, i can not make a new one.  Tried to update the program, install an erlier version and so on. I need to open this file in my work for a client.  I run a Macbook pro m1 max. 

Does anyone find a good solution for the black viewport, i've tried many things, studio driver, game ready drivers, installed all dimensions for 3.1 till latest. not works. 😞 

When I search for 3d models from the Stock templates option it tells me: "You cannot license this asset. Please contact your administrator to add Adobe Stock to your account". Then, when requesting access it tells me: "You cannot license this asset as you currently do not have access to Adobe Stock. Please confirm your request and our team will be in contact". Obviously I do but they never give me an answer. Has it happened to someone?

Hello Community, I am having an issue with Decals. Specifically, I am trying to add a screen image to the default Tablet model. But after adding the decal to the screen, I can scale it, but I cannot reposition it. Any idea what I am missing here?

When running Dimension on a MAC Book Prothe main gray window opens with an offer to open a file or create a new file. But after selection, the panel stops responding and freezes. Reinstalling the program didn't help either. Please can someone help? thank you very much.
