I'm a graphic designer who work doing labels for plastic products. Sometimes I  design 5 or 10 different labels to show to the client. It would be a great tool to have a batch render, were I would only change the linked label and let the program make all the render at once. I used to make my renders in another program that had this feature, but change to dimension to simplify the workflow with adobe.Thanks

Hi, I have a jpeg that's 100x244 and a corresponding 'cube' that's also 100x244 in Dimension. When I place the design it appears stretched and set to 17%.  Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong?  Thanks

I paid for this softcover open book model on Adobe Stock.  Everytime I try to drag a graphic onto this model, the graphic reflects. I can't find any options to change this. Hi!I installed Dimensions yesterday on my MacBook Pro 2020, 16 GB RAM, M1 Chipand when opened there was an orange exclamation point on the little cloud symbol telling me that not all features are available If I'm not logged in. How do I log in? I am logged in on my client and in every other program it does it automatically.Thanks!

I can't be the only one having this problem in Dimension. I work on large scale, detailed renderings for home improvement stores, aisles and products on shelving. So there's lots of objects, elements, textures, and artwork in one design. A trick I THOUGHT I found was exporting your file into a .gltf and re-adding it into a new document created in Dimension. Now I re-did my project two times and neither of them want to open, or import my GLTF files. Other posts about this problem are NO HELP! I don't need an app scrubber tool and I can't open older versions of Dimension, and Apple Support was absolutely no help to me, claiming my file was corrupted somehow. Is Dimension really this bad of a software it can't do large scale files?Running:Mac Studio 2022Apple M1 Max32 BGmacOS Ventura 13.1 

I'd like to be able to download more of the images that work as backgrounds... would these need to be HDRI files in order for them to work properly? e.g. with reflections

Good afternoon I have a problem saving a file in Adobe Dimension. According to my feelings, it cannot work with Windows 10 folders. I reinstalled the program with resetting all settings - this action did not help. I made the program to run as administrator - it also did not solve the problem. Changed different folders and drives - the file is still not saved. Those. the saving process is in percentage when the program makes a temporary file. But as soon as she tries to save the desired file, she gives an error. Import Export works. Hey guys, I have been using adobe dimension to render my company's products and always do 300 dpi render. When sent to the printer they always mention the image is low res. Anyone else has this issue? I also attached a screenshot showing that it has 300 dpi.  Are adobe dimensions render not meant for printers?

I am using Dimension 3.4.7 as of now and i tried rendering different scenes with CPU and GPU. As assumed, the GPU Rendering is about 2-3 times faster BUT as soon as the model gets to "big" that the rendering fills up the VRAM of the graphics card completey the Dimension will just crash or stay with a gray screen without doing anything.I tried the following Cards: RTX 2070 Super (8GB VRAM)RTX 3060TI (8GB VRAM)RTX 3080TI (12GB VRAM)CPU Rendering works alwaysI can render "bigger" Models with the 12GB VRAM than with the 8GB VRAM, but if the viewport gets to big it still crashes.  I can see that the dedicated graphic ram is getting filled up when the rendering starts and as soons as it comes to the limit it crashes. System Info: CPU: Ryzen 3700XRAM: 96GB DDRAM 3200MHZ

Hi, I have tried using support chat and tried emailing Adobe, but nobody has been able to give me a real solution for this issue yet:For some reason, every time I import a photo as background, it loses quality and becomes pixelated.I have tried importing both via the menu and by just dragging it into the window. I have double checked that the canvas size and resolution etc. matches the image. I have also tried changing the canvas size to see if this could change anything and it hasn't. I have tried rendering the images to see if it was just a display issue of some kind. I have made sure my graphics driver is up to date. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Dimension. I have also tried downloading new versions of the image files to ensure they weren't somehow corrupted. I also tried with different images and it's happening with every single one. I'm not having this issue anywhere else on my PC nor in any other Adobe apps. It seems exclusive to Dimension. The is

Before updating today to Dimension 3.1.1 the program worked fine. Now whenever I launch the program I get this message: Check Creative Cloud StatusUse the Creative Cloud application to sign in, begin a trail, or purchase Dimension. Learn more about the requirements.Dimension will now close. And yes, it closes! everytime just about.I have confirmed that I am logged in to CC. I have rebooted the computer to refresh. hiI used dimension for a few months and then it stopped working. I try to open it but it just freezes.I created a new user on the computer and use it there and it's fine. So I moved everything across to the new user and it stopped. Hello,  I´ve got a problem with Adobe Dimension workspace. It doesn´t react to any of my actions. I took a short video how does it look. Does anybody have an idea how to repair it please?

I have a Mac Studio w/M1 chip, running Adobe Dimension 3.4.7 I get a orange warning triangle with an exclamion mark, on top right on the app.next to Lear and Share arrow."You're Not Logged In" (Features that require being logged into Creative Cloud are unavailable intil you sign in).I am logged into the Creative Cloud, I use other apps, and still use Dimension, but that warning has no explanation. I spent 2 hours with Adobe Tech, it was a waste of time, they shared my screen, insatlled and unistalled and many admistrative tricks, at the end he said try after 24 hours, if it doesn clear up give us a call. He thought it was the Adobe Dimension server needed to be cleared.It has been 12 hours now.I have AD 3.4.7  loaded on my older iMac  I do not get the warning Triangle?On the CC under Versions-the Uninstall  points to 3.4.7, but under info it says 3.4.6,on About Dimension it says 3.4.7? Any One has this similar issue thanksYasir

Bonjour,Je voudrais savoir s'il y a moyen d'alléger le poids des fichier dimension car je m'apperçois que j'ai des fichiers importants en poids.1 - je reprends une scène avec des éléments en 3D pour utitliser uniquement la scène éclairage / point de vue2- je supprime les éléments 3D et j'importe de nouveaux éléments dans cette scène.Le résultat est que j'obiens un fichier plus lourd alors que les nouveaux éléments 3D que j'ai importé ne sont pas volumineux.C'est comme si il conservait les éléments en memoireEst ce qu'il y a un moyen de purger un fichier dimension pour l'alléger. Merci pour votre réponse.Christian 

Hi, In addition to the other bug which randomly appeared for me in Dimension a while back, which I still can't get an answer about from anyone: Re: Imported Background Image is Pixelated - Adobe Support Community - 13416647I now have an issue which has literally just appeared since yesterday for no apparent reason: I open my project, I move my mouse into the workspace area (the canvas and the area surrounding the canvas), the canvas view of the scene automatically scrolls outwards. It just zooms out. Every single time. It doesn't stop unless I move my mouse back out into one of the toolbar areas. The scene I've created progressively getting further away within the canvas. Continually. So essentially I now cannot use the programme, because there is no possible way to compose a scene when the view of the scene is constantly moving further and further away. I am not having any issues with scrolling or with my mouse in any other programme. Crashes every day, several times a day to a grey screen, sometimes if I go for lunch and have left adobe dimension open not doing anything it will still crash to grey screen. All I can do is force quite and re-open. Any ideas? It started doing this about a month ago, I have used Dimension on this mac since 2018 with no problems. Spec:macOS Big Sure Version 11.6.5iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)CPU: 3.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5RAM: 32GB RamGPU: Radeon Pro 570 4GB
