Hi, I just subscribed to the basic photography packaged, which I am happy with. However, in the "Creative Cloud Desktop", I pressed the Free 7 days Trial on Illustrator and now I do not know how to cancel this Trial. I do not want to be charged for this. All cancellation method I use (as described in the support section) will cancel my whole subscription. I just want to cancel this 7 days free trial on Illustrator.  I appreciate if anyone knows what is the solution to this problem.  Many thanksAmir

Hi,The title says it all. I cancelled my subscription on the first day of the trial cause it is useless on the iPad Pro with it limited functions(I was charged the same day I cancelled for the first time). Still I am getting charged but it isn't even the official price. I tried contacting the support the past months with no success. All of the "Contact Us" hyperlinks are leading to the page I started(Independant of browser or device)(https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html). I tried using the hotline for about 37-39 times and getting thrown out of line after 1 to 5 hours of waittime of hearing the same waiting song over and over again. I honestly don't know what to do anymore.

Hello I wanted to know if I buy all apps package . What should be my system requirments?Aren't they too many heavy apps for a laptop?My laptop has good hardwares but I'm worried that these apps make my laptop slower and bad.My laptop is 11th gen i7, 16GB RAM, Nvida MX330 2GB and 512GB storage.Also I have another computer core i5, 16GB, Nvida 3GB.Can I use your apps in both computers? Like some of them on my laptop and some of them on my computer.Thank you

I have not updated to Big Sur yet because of the helpful warnings in this community.  Has anyone updated to the latest version of Big Sur 11.1 [was 12.2]?  If so, is it more compatible?  Thank you

In March of 2019, my best friend purchased a new laptop for me.  I purchased a brand new, never used Elements 2018 from eBay.  I have the serial number & disk, along with the Elements 2018 book for dummies.Unfortunately, this Dell laptop DOES NOT have a CD/DVD Rom to install by disk.  I've tried to download through the Adobe website, but I can't find this version and Adobe is asking me for purchase information that I don't have, because I did not purchase through Adobe.Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.  I thank you in advance.~ Teri

The simple solution for my problem, where the Creative Cloud app would not start and would say the VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found: 1. In Windows 10, go to Settings >> Apps    You should now be in the Apps & Features section2. In the 'search the list' box type  C++ 2015    You should now see Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x64)     and one for (x86)3. Click the Modify button.  (I did it for both, but imagine the x64 version is the critical one)4. Click RepairThis solved the problem for me.    

I have licenses for Photoshop and Premier Elements. Both were installed on two PC's that I no longer own, but I never deactivated them before getting rid of the machines. I tried to follow the Adobe FAQ's, but my online account shows no options for deactivating products. With no possibility of deactivating, I cannot reinstall on my current machines, and thus can't use my licenses. Any advice would be appreciated.

Not sure why Adobe would buy a program just to stab customers in the back and kill it, but I'd like to use Fuse even if Adobe doesn't value the program.

Hello there ! This morning, I subscribe to the Student Formula of Creative Cloud (19.99€/month on the first year).My student adresse has been confirmed, subscription succeed, but when I installed the Creative Cloud App on Mac (but also on another PC computer), there is no way to access to applications ! Only Fresco, Premiere Rush, Bridge & Co. are available,and not Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (i capture screenshots)... 😩Also, when I try to Install applications on the website, the program refers me to Creative Cloud to be installed, and nothing changed ! Applications didn't appear on the Creative Cloud Hub... 🤔 🤔 Any solutions for this akward problem @Adobe?Thank you, and Happy New Year !  

Is there any way to install CS3 in a new computer? I have the serial number but it does not work.

Hi  I moved to another country and I am trying to change my details to pay in the currency of my new country of residence.I saw many posts with links but none of them allow me to change the address, to chat with the support or to have the phone number of Adobe. I am always redirected to the support homepage even when I am finding the correct topic. Thanks for your help 

Hello there, two years ago I've purchased the full cloud for 30€/month. I didn't knew that there was an alternative for students. Now - out of the blue - my monthly payment went up to 60€/month. That's why I want to change my subscription to a students plan for 20€/month ASAP. Is that possible ? Same issue but on MacOS!I started the install from the mail I received. Before installing Lightroom or Photoshop, Creative Cloud should be installed. After signing in and let the app to install the process begins but, after 6 "succesfull adobe logins" it stucks and error 206 appear. I tried to remove Bitdefender antivirus, I stoped any firewall but it didn't work... Also I searched but I can't find anywhere an alternate way to download the apps!I'm in the first days of the trial now, I had the apps back in 2016, but with this problem I think I'll not buy them anymore.

I have a custom domain.  I've changed the DNS and everything is pointing just fine. When I go to my custom domain, I'm linked to Adobe Portfolio's "missing" page. This tells me that my DNS settings are correct. When I try to imput my custom domain into Adobe Portfolio, I get an error: Oops! Looks like you missed a line! Please go back to your domain settings and add an "A record" for your root domain (markadamsdesign.com). Instructions here. (Check your DNS status here) What now?

Hello, currently I am running version 14.7 of Adobe Premiere and Media Encoder, version 17.5.1 of Adobe Aftereffects, Adobe Audition version 13.0.12, Camera Raw 13.0. All through creative cloud desktop service. I am checking here to see if those are all the absolute latest versions of said software available. I am sorry for my hubris post I made earlier this month as I didn't know that just because it doesn't say 2021 in the subtext does not mean that its not the latest version of the program. However if these aren't the latest versions available right now please inform me and I will try to run a complete reinstall sometime early next year.

I just recieved an email telling me "Creative Cloud member benefits: 3 more apps at no additional cost".   I have been using Lightroom Classic for years and have a paid Creative Cloud membership.  I didn't realize I was eligible for any other programs or apps other that Lightroom mobile and Photoshop.  I am really interested in some of the other apps, but can't seem to find any specific advice on what is available to me.I also am paying for Adobe Rush 1.5, but that is in addition to my Lightroom and Photoshop.  I feel like somewhere I missed some useful programs and apps...Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi All.  I've had the "Creative Cloud needs to be repaired" loop since July. I've gone through all the steps (I detailed them on attached picture).  This is driving me crazy.Photoshop will close if I leave it alone for too long.  It's completely random... sometimes it only takes 30 minutes before Photoshop closes, sometimes it's 6 hours... there is no pattern (I've had 5 months of observation on this).  But it does appear to be a conflict of some sort plausibly? Please see attached picture where I detail the problem.  Thank you. ---Guy

Hi,my daugther cannot login, her access was 'blocked for security reasons'. Even though she was entering correct code from authenticator app (code was turning green) she could not proceed.Now she is redirected to support community, but in order to post/receive help she needs to login. This is crazy. I had to use some other account to post this message. Anyone knows what we need to do?I think Adobe won't bother answering... thanks in advance for all your helpJ.

I've been strugging with the programs for a while and I'm not wanting to uninstall everything and reinstall it all. I tried to uninstall the CC desktop app but when I tried it said ""the operation can't be completed because the original item for uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud can't be found". I uninstalled Illustrator but the uninstaller icons for both Indesign and Photoshop won't launch when I double click on them.  I then downloaded the CC Desktop uninstaller which ran but instead of getting the "Creative Cloud Desktop has successfully uninstalled" message I got "Uninstallation of Creative Cloud desktop completed with errors"  Where do I go from here? can I reinstall CC desktop app now and then use that to uninstall photoshop and indesign? Thanks for any help offered, I"m really struggling here.

Hello, I've tried multiple ways by doing all the solutions such as deleting and reinstalling, as well as wiping using the adobe cleaner tool but to no avail. It only says "Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to load. Relaunch Creative Cloud or restart your computer and try again." even if I click 'relaunch' the same thing happens and it loads infinitely without letting me in, I need this to do work.

I own CS5.5I have it registered in my adobe account. this help page is no longer is accurate:https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/downloaded-older-app.html anyone know how to get in touch with someone directly at Adobe to get a direct download link? the people on chat only know about current CC subscription stuff, and cant help with older software. I am trying to finish an edit, but am using a different laptop, and need to reinstall the software. My DVD copies of CS5.5 is back in storage in california =( thanks!

Hey there, I just got a new PC computer today and installed the latest CC Desktop App. I sucessfully installed Illustrator, PDF, Photoshop and InDesign. Both Illustrator and PDF work successfully. InDesign will open but once up for about 5 seconds, it will crash unexpectedly. Photoshop wont even open and gives me an error. "An unrecoverable problem has occurred. Photoshop will now exit." I am not sure what the issue is. I tried to install/uninstall a few times but no look. My Windows 10 is up to date and so is CC. Do I need to use an older version or do I need a Graphics Card (my computer doesnt have one). Please help! I would love to be able to use my CC Apps soon. Thank you!
